I contacted shein official on their twitter account to complain -cause the originally claimed that they are shein authorised - shein official assured that www.shein help is fake page and that S-merchent edition is not relted to shein official.

I want to assure you that it is a scam. they stole my $14000 store funds and deleted my account. I got scammed and lost my money in 15 days to this app they contacted me on july by instagram DM claimed to be SHEIN and that SHEIN is launching a brand-new system that allows online retailers to open a Shein-authorized store through their platform called S-Merchent Edition.contacted me again On the first of October telling me that they started the system. To download the app they sent me to www.shein.help which contains real links to Shein's official social media pages. So I opened my store. Things seemed real. However, everything was under their control. I just had to purchase the produts that customers place to my store. After 7 days, funds and profits will return to my Ethereum wallet on the app. Originally, I planned to invest a small amount, but they tricked me into paying by trafficking high number of sales, slowing down my funds and profits then threatening me with customer complaints if I had been late in processing. I paid $14000 in total funds . I had repeatedly requested that they limit the number of orders, but they continued to flood me with uncontrollable sales and I could manage to pay until October 22 the allowed $11000+ orders to my store-unreasonable number for new store specially that I never promoted my store- My money had already been spent on previous orders, so there was nothing left to deposit. So they accused me of violating the rules, froze my store and money, and required a payment of $10000 within 48 hours to free them. If I did not pay, I would lose it all. I explained to them that it was their fault for not setting a sales limit for new stores. and that they should have protected me since they already accepted me as a small funded store, They could have offered a settlement like return my funds and take all the profits then close the store. as respected companies might do but nothing was done about it. they just wanted me to pay more. I contacted Shein's official on Twitter to explain the situation and that might be an error in their system. They responded after a while that www.shein.help is a fake page and S-Merchant Edition is not a Sheint platform. I was advised to contact our local authorities. but that was too late for me , I already lost my savings thinking that I was investing with shein official. I hope this help to prove that they are scam
