There are no words to describe this amazing company! I have been obsessed with fregnancies and perfumes for many years and this boutique is something else! Not only are their fregnancies to die for, but they are also are vegan, cruelty-free and unisex :) They have an amazing store in London which I totally recommend to visit and the subscription is a nice way to save money and explore the perfumes to find out which one works for you (or which combination!). Cherry on top is their excellent and efficient customer service which responded to an issue I had literally next day solving it! Will be denifinitely buying more in the future (Lilacs and Gooseberries and English Cherry Blossom are my favourites atm!).

I recently decided to order on a whim! (Too many Witcher ads about the Lilac and Gooseberry scent) My order went through seamlessly and was shipped out within the time they stated. After ordering I received a coupon for my first order, I reached out to customer service to see if I could use it on my next order and she (Victoria) refunded me immediately for the coupon value on my order. I was impressed but it didn't end there. I received my perfume. I LOVE the scent and for me it lingers almost all day; but the collar on the bottle had an issue. I reached out to see if it was a user error and sent a picture/video of the issue. I can still use the perfume but it's a little annoying. I personally was like no big deal; but customer service said they will send me a replacement for the issue and I can keep the one I have. I was in awe of their generosity and diligence to fix the issue I have. Also, to add the professionalism and promptness of hearing back from this small company is amazing. I am beyond impressed and plan to be a repeat customer! I am sold on this brand not to mention I haven't had any allergic reactions while using this perfume. (I normally do with most perfumes) If you are on the fence take the jump and try it! Its worth every penny in my opinion!

My items arrived very quickly. I was making pamper packs for a girly weekend, and the sample sizes made a wonderful addition. The quality of these products is amazing. I cannot recommend them enough.

I was really struggling with using the website and when I emailed the customer services team they dealt with my problems amazingly and also gave me a discount and some free samples.

White Orchid Espresso and Black Tulip are my two top favourites, but the variety and gorgeous aromas keep me changing it up. I love this company. I get so many compliments when I wear their fragrances and they really linger and the smells last all day on me. Cruelty free also! Super fast delivery, great options for savings with the subscriptions that give you time options and opt outs. Love

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! I tried the small $27 one and it was sickeningly sweet. I had no idea it was a recurring subscription and I’ve tried to cancel twice now with a bs reply of “we are a small team of humans” while they can charge me three months in a row $27 with that small team but not reply to emails from actual customers.

Didn't do good. I didn't get my order email. I also didn't get to apply the welcome 20 percent discount. Bummer. Let's just hope those perfumes are good.

I have bought Shay & Blue before from other retailers, but this was the first time ordering directly from Shay & Blue. They make unusual perfumes and I like their brand ethos. I like their Discovery Sets, allow me to order 10ml before committing to larger sizes.So far my favourite is Black Tulip, I am looking forward to trying the ones in my order. There was good communication regarding the progress of my order, and it arrived in recyclable packaging. If you meet a spend threshold, you get to choose 3 free samples. One of my selection was not in stock, I received an email explaining this and they sent me a 10ml instead, which was really kind of them.

Shay and Blue create some of the most unique and beautiful fragrances I've ever found. Their customer service is very responsive and it's a pleasure to deal with them. I'm subscribed to the monthly fragrance subscription so I get to try lots of different smells without the upfront commitment of a huge bottle!

I started my subscription, only to be told 2 days later that my choice was out of stock. I used to work as a chartered accountant. I don't know how any company can fail to keep accurate stock levels, given that they use computer records which can be updated instantly. I've now chosen a replacement. This is my 15th Shay & Blue fragrance added to my collection, so I've long been a loyal customer, but it's a disappointing beginning

Top-class customer service! Sadly, the item is been looking for has been discontinued but the lovely lady who emailed me made a few suggestions for alternatives and included a link straight to them. Fast, efficient service with a cherry on top!

Ordered a large bottle of their lilac and gooseberries perfume but it was taken from my mailbox before I could get home. Reached out to the company about a refund and the wonderful Victoria offered to send me a replacenent and she even updated the address to one that is more secure for me. I am absolutely ecstatic that I'll still be able to get my purchase and how quickly Victoria and the company got back to me and helped me with my issue.

Love the subscription service with Shay & Blue that allows me to test a great range of scents before committing to buying a larger bottle. The added bonus is that I have mini bottles to keep in my handbag, gym bag and swim bag for a spritz at any time!

I have been subscribing to the 10ml version for several months of the salted caramel and absolutely love it.Realised I could get the 100ml at less than 50% equivalent volume.What a bargain.Ordered last night and already dispatched.Amazing
