Is sharkroulette.com Legit?

So, all my claims are false but all yours are true? I have already understood and accepted that my balance was used to purchase the said tokens that you are supposed to be list. All I’m asking is, if my balance was used to purchase it, then why don’t you give it to me? You are just repeating over and over the same thing but you are skipping the fact that you don’t want to give me the tokens and instead you are the one blackmailing me with legal action and I’m still not bothered about it. So don’t waste my time and return my tokens or my deposit!

I've had a pending withdraw since Sept 24th after after their most recent telegram bonus drop and their guarantee was 6 hours max. I gave them 48 before I chased them for it and now it's been almost 2 weeks and the only 2 guys that claim to handle urgent matters keep going from seen recently to seen over a week ago and now back to seen recently. Neither respond and the confirmation email gives you another guarantee that support with get back in "x" amount of time which turned out to be another lie. This is garbage especially since I joined in 2017

I've been trying to reach out to them for months because my account became mysteriously disabled after I won a considerable amount of money. They reached back out saying I need to verify with my ID and I've sent them a picture of my ID multiple times with them saying they haven't received anything. There is a good amount of money in my account I would like to withdraw and they claimed a bunch of people signed up under the same IP address and no one else in my household signed up for the website. Now when I contact them I get no response and they don't seem willing to give me the bitcoin I deserve to have. They are scammers!

Hello, I would like to write a quick review about Sharkroulette’s customer service based on my recent experience. I have sent 10 emails to management and have received no response. There are many other reviews like this on the web. Please take a look before depositing funds. They are quick to respond if you are depositing money or requesting promotional coupons but, they will go silent if there is a problem with a withdrawal. I understand the pain of so many people out there but, don’t worry I am prepared to fight for the little guy. I have sent a formal letter to the gaming commission and hired an attorney. Hopefully, the site will be shut down as the world has no need or sympathy for those practicing predatory behaviors. Additionally, I imagine they will respond to me today after seeing this new review. Ps If you see positive reviews here about shark roulette, keep in mind that almost all come from unverified users. Clean interface,simple yet elegant and freaking awesome support. This website is very unfair, I tried talking to customer support about how their RNG works and they responded that a 3rd party does the software. Long story short they don’t know how it works. They are a scam account. The disabled my account for even tho i told them over an over il send them my information. I deposited $10 and ran it up to 600. They sent the 10 back but i still have 600+ sitting in my account and they contine to send me promotional emails. Multiple accounts? Lol you are kidding right? Im i only have one accout. Never once have a breached your TOS but ny account is still locked. They just make up whatever they want to try sn keep your money even when you have done nothing wrong. If you want to play just martingale system, help yourself. Keep in mind that you need more than 16K to stand 15 spins. However, if your strategy is to bet/enter at a specific point (after a series of number), this won't be allowed to you, because the roulette does't allow to spin without bet.
