You truly have the worst marketing I’ve seen in my 40 years of life and 17 years working in marketing. I don’t know who manages it for you, but it’s appalling. You've set up checkout linked directly to PayPal or Apple, taking data directly from them without creating a contact form, as any competent person would. The issue with using PayPal and Apple forms is that people often have emails that are outdated (usually created ten years ago), incomplete addresses, or no longer current info. So, in my case, I checked out with Apple and:I didn’t receive a confirmation email because the email associated was an old one (a "thank you" email is essential for a decent purchase experience).The address was incomplete, so DHL couldn’t deliver.Your customer service rep, Fabio, initially got my name and tracking code wrong, and after days and multiple follow-ups, told me that I was the one who needed to update the address with DHL. When I contacted DHL in NL, they informed me that, obviously, the change needs to be made by the company.So, honestly, you should immediately dismiss whoever is coordinating your marketing because they are far from competent.

Loving my new Shark vacuum cleaner. After several abortive attempts to get the part I need for my twenty year old Dyson shipped out to me to Italy from the UK I gave up and ordered my Shark online on Friday, it arrived Wednesday. It took me five minutes to unpack and put together. It is idiot proof, love that all the bits and buttons have writing actually on them to say what’s what. And the cord is so long my actual retirement dream has come true! I now own a home that I can plug the vacuum into one spot and reach all the corners of the ground floor with. ( not a cordless vacuum hoover fan!) Headlights great for seeing into nooks and crannies and it is true…. amazingly quiet in normal mode. I can now vacuum at midnight without annoying the neighbours. I had already swept my tile floors just prior to delivery but was horrified to see how much yuk this vacuum additionally picked up in a quick once round the lounge. The best bit and I mean the really, really best bit is the pet hair attachment. It’s incredibly efficient and even goes VROOM VROOM!!!!! PS. Yes I do allow the dogs on the sofa. 😀

battery duration very low (when in boost mode). purchase the double battery version: it's a must

I like a lot, very powerful, resistant, one of the longest times of vacuum, but is heavy and it doesn't stands up by it 'self. It's not perfect but it's near.

comparison vs dyson (already in our home):it is not supplied with a charging stand and it seems it is not even availble

I Placed an order 5 days ago from Shark Clean AU and have had no response or any update on my order. I reached out via all the social channels, Email and even tried phoning just to hold for 18 minutes and get disconnected. I have made comments on their posts without any reply. At this point I don't know what to do and I cannot even cancel my order so I can order through Amazon or another retailer. Absolutely Shocking level of support.
