Be aware of the colors, if you are buying from the webshop. I bought pants in what looked like light blue og ligth beige colors. Both where very dark colors "in real life" and did not match the pictures on the webshop. The pants looks great on. If you visit the store in Aalborg (Denmark), then you will get absolutly good service! Nice people! The dressing rooms is an experience too.

I recently bought the women’s pants (in black and cappuccino) and I am extremely happy with them! I was a bit worried about finding the right size, but the sizing matched perfectly to what I would normally buy in the US (I bought a 29/28, and would typically buy a 29P for brands like madewell/Paige/reformation). They are probably the most comfortable pants I own, I wear them even when I work from home. Highly recommend!

Customer service is exceptional, even when returning stuff. Can only speak for Copenhagen Store but assume service is great all over. As for the clothing, it has a surprisingly great fit and feel. Do hope admin production team becomes more aware of smaller clothing defects, less visible to the average. This may be normal in parts of the clothing industry, but if anyone can raise the bar on this, which they already did in other aspects like the store experience, it's SNT. I wish you people good luck continuing the great work you do! And let the CPH team know they do a great job!

I was one of the first customers when Shaping New Tomorrow published their first collection and fell in love with their clothes since then. They are honestly the most comfortable and stylish every day clothes for men with demands. I lately bought a blazer that was discounted due to their black week sale but it didn't fit. I had to buy it in XL regular and that fit perfectly, but wasn't discounted. I asked for a discount and got it! Top quality clothes. Have purchased two pair of pants and a shirt from them and they just fit so well. The delivery (to Italy) has been very quick and I've also had no issues with returns before. Great experience and will be purchasing from them again. Highly recommend!

Great quality, I almost only buy clothes from SNT by now because they are always great value for the money and look and feel great. I am a customer since 2019. I once had a quality issue with a belt and they sent me a replacement within 3 days, just before the Christmas Holidays.

My son at 16 and I visited the store at Kurfürtsdamm in Berlin yesterday. He had a starmoment that made his day because of the extremely good service and respect he met. And I had a wonderfull experience aswell. We are back in Denmark today with two pairs of pants that makes my 16 year-old look amazing and feel great. I love it.

Attitude, service, speed in replying to my mail to Customer Service - Carl, as so many other emplyoes at SNT, did an excellent job. I have not meet one unfriendly person at SNT they all add value to the Company. Btw I also love the clothes

Short explanation, we are getting married this summer. The misses loves Green and wants the wedding in forrest colours. We saw the pine green suit at SNT last year and said that is the suit. Now I wanted to get that off my list, BUT only the pants are online. I wrote customer service Friday 19/1, if they are sold out or a special order would be possible. My expectations were that I needed to find another suit. That I would get some standard reply meaning ”bugger off”.But to my surprise, Patrick wrote me back the same day, let me have your fit and sizes, then I will check with all the stores and warehouse. Alright, service in high class. Let us see in part 2/3, if the standard “no” will be the final result anyway.

I bought the black women's pants online. I close the size according to the size guide and was advised to buy 30/30, which also is my regular size in several other brands)However they were way too big, so I changed them in the shop to size 28/30.The length was perfect for me (I am 161 cm) It's really nice to be able to buy pants in the correct length.They are super comfortable to wear and I look forward to other models as well, slim and flare would be really nice.

I have already bought 6 pairs of pants from them and I feel it is never enough to have more. I bought every single color of their jeans because they fit perfectly and feel so extremely comfortable. The quality, comfort, and the feel is just fantastic not only with their jeans but with their other kinds of pants, as well. All of the pants I tried are so comfortable, they fit so well and seem so durable. I cannot think of any other brand from which I would shop for pants but them. Their customer service is also great. The sales attendants at the stores are always very helpful, cordial and nice. Their web ordering service is also super fast.

I had previously purchased their women’s pants in their Aalborg store late last year with no issues. Went to purchase another pair in a different colour and was told I was unable to purchase in store and I had to buy them online. This policy is discriminative. The person servicing me said that they aren’t a shop for women. So why are they selling pants for women? And why can’t they just order more in to replace the stock they have in the store? Plenty of stock online? Really poor customer service especially as I love my current pair.

Products are flawless, but what is more impressive is the quality of service you get anywhere from this organisation. Simple experiences when visiting their store or returning a wrong size of pants through the web service, puts competition to shame. I cannot recommend these products enough, and I cannot speak highly enough of the employees I have been in contact with throughout my purchases in store and online.
