Is sevenstore.com Legit?

Terrible Service !!! Such a shame as I was looking forward to trying what appeared to be a great Company.My order wasn’t suitable so I returned them . The parcel was confirmed as received by SEVENSTORE on the 28th August and still no refund ! I have been promised a refund twice and both have said allow 10 days . Never in my life has a refund taken a month. Order number WEB2873663. Please can someone help me ? Thank you

Even though the jacket I bought didn't work out for me, I have to say, one of the easiest returns I've made in a long time. No need to speak to anyone, just took my item into Asda, label printed and done. Money back in my account the following week. Was super simple.

Excellent, mom-and-pop style customer service. Sevenstore shipped me the wrong size of pants by accident and it was going to cost me over $150 to ship them back. After working with Issy, she decided that I should just go ahead and keep the pants, pay it forward and give them to someone who would fit in to them, and that they would refund me, since it wasn't my fault that I got the wrong size. Truly excellent service!

First order through sevenstore and started to worry after reading the reviews about returns, panic over paid for Sunday delivery at 7.99 but worth it Birkenstocks arrived and they fit perfectly they sold out in my size at all other retailers and even better saved £32.25 as used the 25% off footwear code that showed on the app when I placed the order. Very happy

I have cancelled an order because I had bought the wrong color. I bought the right color immediately after and received this one. However, I have still not received the refund for the cancelled order (WEB2870233) which I cancelled on August 4th, and it is now September 5th. I have chased multiple times (ever couple of days) and I have received no response from the customer service team. Please note I have never received the item so that I could potentially return it. The service is appalling considering the price I paid for the item.

I recently brought two items from seventhstore worth £250. My items were not delivered to my house, a confirmation of delivery picture was provided and my items were sent to a completely different house where I have no idea where it is. I have contacted seventhstore on 4 separate occasions, they have refused to help me and now are not responding to any of my emails and I have no idea where my parcels are. I’m so pleased with my purchase and quick delivery, I had to leave a review.I was after some Birkenstocks for my daughter, which were sold out in her size every where. I came across Sevenstore and found them on there. I was a little nervous, as I wasn’t familiar with the website. Anyway, I found the shoes and they were cheaper than on other sites! I ordered yesterday, and they arrived today! Amazing! Postage was free too! My daughter will love her shoes. Highly recommend this company.

They scammed me.I have purchased a pair of shoes from these guys but while I got confirmation of delivery I never got the picture to prove that delivery was done or attempted at the right location. Sevenstore decided from today that you don't need a photo and DPD can say whatever they want and Sevenstore will bend down and believe it. Sevenstore was unable to provide me proof of delivery but decides that I am not entitled to my money, therefore I should lose £165 to thin air. I am disgusted, I will take this further to trading standards as they have denied me after purchase costumer service. Stay away.

Order was delivered quickly and in great condition, I wanted to return the order (nothing wrong with it just didn't suit) and had a bit of an issue doing it through their online return portal. I spoke to Hamza on live chat who was super helpful and resolved the issue sorting the return out for me. Would recommend them for sure!
