While some are self-explanatory concerning sergent-major.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between sergent-major.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of sergent-major.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of sergent-major.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. sergent-major.com is a dubious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. The quality of their products is becoming really poor comparing the prices!!! I complained to the customer service about something that I bought that was ruined and the option offered was useless. They didn’t help me at all. In addition this is not the first time the quality of their products disappoints me. I won’t buy from them anymore
I have ordered here several times and have little to no complaints. I love the brand, design and quality of the clothes. The fit is on the small side so I always check the size table to match the height in cm. They did cancel an item from my order once or twice but I received my money back quickly. Shipping is not extremely fast but always around +\- 1 week. So overall happy!
I ordered a few items online. Some of them were too small. (I need size 7 for my 4 years old son) They dont mention anything regarding this on the website. I have to pay 12 euros for returning the items because they dont change the items. You can only return them. And you need to go to a drop off place. Loosing money and time
I tried to place an order on their Website. The transaction was unsuccessful twice. Since the transaction failed, there was no order number or mail received. Almost 300 euros got deducted all together. I noticed the next day and I raised complaint on their Website and no reply to that as well. According to their policies, I should receive qithin 10 Business working days. Now, it has been more than that, still no reply for mail. There is no phone number for customer care. Neither you can ask someone at the store. Just need to be lucky to receive the money back.
I placed an order on Dec 5th and paid for express delivery and it's Jan 3rd and still the package hasn't been shipped. In addition, I tried to cancel my order the same day and order it directly in Greece instead of Qatar where we live and there are customs procedures, but I was told, 3 days later, that their system processes orders immediately, which means we can't make any changes once you have placed it.
I placed an online order on 3rdJan through their website. Payment is already deducted but there is no feedback of order number with no news of delivery status. Contacted their customer care service but they are non responsive and simply unreachable. I have previous orders with them and they used to provide better service. i see many customers who shared similar negative experience and am not sure what changed but please can the company invest in giving customer feedback on their online orders and be punctual with their delivery.
Arrived 4 weeks late & price to return is £16.75! No mention on website about the cost of returns.Very disappointed, won't be using again.
Took payment never arrived what the hell need money back which I’m sure won’t happen
ordered on the 8 th of November 2022. Contacted customer service 6 times, no reply. Wish i had checked here first.
It took them 2 months to deliver first order. The second order they cancelled without any explanation.
Made an order on November 4, they shipped only on 17th, and no other updates on delivery status. Contacted them on December 1, they answered few days later and told me that will find and deliver it. Now it's 23 of December no news no updates, they wrote that they need two more weeks for investigation, while the newborn baby is growing and doesn't have any coat because of them. Furthermore they refuse to refund.
I highly advise you to not buy from them. Once you need to return something, their support service will totally ignore you. They are simply unreachable and non responsive. I also went to their store to return back the items I bought online but they did not want to give me my money back only a voucher + the sales in the store were not friendly.
Ordered cloth for a newly born baby. Paid and received confirmation. 10 days later got email stating that the order was sent. Was waiting for 20 days and order did not arrive. Checked my order number and their website says it does not exists! Sent message to their customer service via their website and asked track and trace number. Two weeks later got a reply! According to them UPS was trying to deliver package but we were not home, then package was left at the pickup location and since we did not collect it, it is sent back. Complete news for us since no UPS was at our doorsteps and no paper in the mailbox saying that we should collect the parcel. Asked them to provide track and trace again. Sure will not receive it. Now will be waiting for my refund! Complete waste of time!

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
