I hated the design of my wedding band I originally picked, Serendipity Diamonds have been absolutely amazing in transforming my ring into something i love and marches perfectly now with my engagement ring now!

I found this company when looking for someone to refine my late partners finger prints. Mark was understanding, willing to help, and the work he has done is incredible. Without his help I wouldn’t have any clear prints but now I do. I highly recommend serendipity diamonds, Mark especially! X

The whole experience at Serendipity is awesome, Drina the sales lady is fantastic. She makes you feel so welcome and nothing is too little for her. All staff are willing to go above and beyond to meet your jewellery needs. We purchased our wedding rings here and had each of them engraved. I also had my engagement ring re-sized. They are even researching some suitable earrings for me for my wedding! Professional, reliable & affordable. Highly recommend. What a lovely company. We needed a wedding ring in a rush. Everyone at Serendipity pulled out all the stops to take us through their very sensible and thorough sizing process and get us the final ring, all done remotely, and all with just over a week to spare! Bought a bespoke wedding ring to match my bespoke engagement ring. This is a gorgeous 2.10ccts, platinum set ring. Great customer service. I purchased my partners engagement ring from Serendipity and because I/we were so happy with the ring and the service, we then returned and purchased our wedding rings which were also perfect. I was sent sample rings and photos/videos before making my purchase and the final product was perfect. I've purchased off-the-shelf items from them such as rings or earrings, and I've asked for a bespoke unique item to be made from a simple sketch as well.Mark and Drina have never failed to be highly personable and professional, and the products they offer are second to none. I’ve been using Serendipity for 12 years now as my “go to” jeweller. Having purchased 4 rings, including a bespoke double stone ring, a solitaire engagement ring and his and her wedding bands, and my latest purchase was some lab grown stones set in beautiful earrings. Mark, Drina and the team are brilliantly helpful when trying to arrive at the right choice, great at keeping you updated throughout the order process and delivery, and just a real pleasure to deal with.

I have had a diamond ring which has had diamonds dislodge and fall out 3 times now, two of those times they have fixed it but have said the third time is wear and tear. I do not expect wear and tear on a diamond ring like this where there is no visible damage. The same issue happening 3 times in a row is not wear and tear it is a faulty product that they will not admit to or fix. Would never trust a product from them again.
