For sure it's another level, It made my Apple Watch look something else, much luxurious.

I was hesitant at first but once it arrived I was blown away! It makes an Apple Watch feel like a professional watch. I've gotten so many compliments and can't wait to order more!!

The Quality of the Product is TOPNOTCH the PACKAGING IS LUXURY TO THE FINEST and Shipping Packaging is Extremely Secured.My only concern is the long wait for the product to arrive.. i wish you could find a way to make the shipment a little bit more faster.. even its worth to wait.

I was curious because it was my first order but i was very surprise the watch it perfect sized, delivery was very fast, just amazing.

Easy to order, sent with tracking information. Delivered in good time. Watch case was excellent quality. Bracelet uses link pins, which requires a pin pusher, to adjust the bracelet size. One of the pins was not inserted properly so the clasp wouldn't close untiil the pins was pushed out and reinserted. There is no micro adjustment so the bracelet can be either a little too tight or a little too loose. The bracelet and case are heavier than expected but excellent quality.

Nice product.Looks perfect on your wrist.Nobody understands that you wear apple watch ultra.The only negative is that is a little bigger than I expected.The 4 star is because that before the purchase I was told that I would receive with dhl and that they have warehouses in Italy.Finally the product came from China.I boucht Jeliel for Apple Watch Ultra.Update. Do not use it for free or scuba diving. The crown button does not work anymore and i couldn't put out the watch from case, because the screws stucked.I broke the case to put out the watch

This case is both functional and stylish. It protects my Apple Watch Ultra while making it look even more luxurious, the only regret I purchased at full price 2 days before 4th July sale

This is my 3rd time ordering the same watch due to broken components. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times to help with the components that broke but received no response.

I was worried that adding a case might affect the usability of my Apple Watch, but this case is perfect! it provides excellent protection without compromising any of the watch's features. The buttons and screen are all easily accessible.

The build quality is better than expected and it is luxurious. It's very satisfying. I am willing to repurchase.

I have received your response to my complaint. I have gone through all my spam and other emails and have not found any communication from you. However, the crucial issue here is that I haven't received the product I ordered, even after several months. The product I placed an order for is an Apple Watch Ultra 49mm, as can be seen in my initial order. I am eagerly awaiting your response.

This case is a high-end masterpiece. The moissanite gems sparkle beautifully, and the 316L stainless steel band is very well-made. it gives my Apple Watch a luxurious and look.

Exceptional quality. Small delay in delivery but nothing unusual. Was a little disappointed with the fact that the pictures on the website with the 6 front screws layout are only for the smaller Watch size, and the larger ones have a different layout that’s not really shown and which doesn’t look as good. Would have considered buying the smaller size instead and bought a new smaller watch to go with it as the big one can get quite bulky. But overall still happy with the product.

I bought from them 2years ago, the strap after 2years of use broke, i couldn't believe it when they sent me a new strap for free, I bought 2 more products, well done guys

Before purchasing, was told package would be shipped via Fedex/DHL, however they ended up using a different provider which took more than a month to arrive. Customer service was sometimes non existent as they only replied early on. The product itself is very nice, however after a month's use, one of the silicon straps has broken off, which is very disappointing for a product so expensive.

I was extremely happy with all my previous purchases from Serafino, yet, the last one was for my son who truly have enjoyed it for less than three weeks and then the crown button was broken from a normal use. I sent two emails so far to help@serafinoluxury with no luck so far.
