Quite disappointed. Price agreed over phone and confirmed in writing. I called back after to confirm whether when driver came to collect bike he'd try to haggle but was assured this wouldn't happen. Driver arrived looked at bike and then asked for reduction because there was some grime below rad! After I refused and reminded him about the assurance I'd had that this wasn't going to happen, he carried on trying to knock me down, so I said 'let's leave it then'. He then calls base and agrees to original price. Left bad tasted in mouth.

Van driving through Austwick 30 June 2024 6.20pm. Road 60mph and wet. Driver should have been maintaining a distance of 73m stopping distance (dry conditions). In wet conditions add another 55m. Person driving tailgated me and others, so much so i couldn’t see the lights or reg of the van, when they overtook me I observed that they were so close to the car in front it looked like they were being towed. Proceeded to overtake six cars and an articulated lorry on a blind bend, on double whites in the wet. Dashcam recorded and photos taken by passenger and provided to the police. Should not be driving.

Chap from company turned up, was polite, straight forward, no quibbling about the price, had the cash in account within a few minutes once agreed, even before bike was loaded in van. Fair and decent company to deal with.

From the outset, SellYourBikeToday.com were absolutely brilliant. Initially started by Luke, the whole process was ease itself. Came back with a price very quickly which I accepted. Ben turned up to assess and collect the bike a very likeable and personable young man. He carried out the whole process quickly and very efficiently no trying to haggle the price down. The payment went through literally in moments. Overall I was very impressed would highly recommend this Company.

Of all the bike traders, these guys were by far the best. They were the only ones not to spam me with text messages and emails. I got a price, then clicked accept a couple of weeks later (after the others had all expired and dropped their offers significantly). They showed up the next day, polite guy (a biker) checked the bike & paperwork thoroughly, then cash in my account within minutes. Price was reasonable (lower than private sale, higher than part ex). You don't get anything for free and the ease with which you can sell to a trader is what you pay for, and these guys delivered that.

Harry , was very professional and friendly. He rang me to tell me what time he would be arriving and he arrived on time. He check my bike over and transferred the agreed price to my bank account straight away before he took my bike.
