Is selfieleslie.com Legit?

Terrible return policy for people outside the US. I even offered to bring the dress to the states and to pay for the shipping myself, but they have no options for returns, exchanges, or credits of any kind. Their size guide was incorrect, quality is also terrible. Don’t waste your money. Scam!

Have yet to receive something I paid for rush shipping on that’s 4+ days late from the delivery date I paid for, which sat in the same spot for 3+ days business days before actually shipping, and am currently being told ‘USPS does that sometimes, we can’t help,’ and that they won’t refund a thing. Loved their options online but not stoked to be a repeat customer anymore.

Still waiting on my store credit from over 3 weeks ago! Keep being told someone will look into it ASAP and they don’t! Keep your money and buy from other online stores who value their customers.

The dress ran a bit big on the burst area so I sent back the dress to exchange it with smaller size. However it takes them 5-10 business days to process the exchange even tho the dress returned to their address in like 2-3 days. Very disappointing as I needed the dress soon. It should not take them this long to process a dress!! Will never order from them again.

I fell in love with the dresses but they were all out of stock in my size. I don't know when they'll be back in. But the good thing is is that they notify you. Quality is mint condition. I received my dress and it was perfect.

I made a return and it’s now taking almost a month before I even get my return or refund back? I needed it last weekend but that’s now no use to me and it’s so disappointing. Iv been patient but taking over 20 days for a return or refund is absolutely ridiculous… I can’t understand how you run a business with such little care factor on time. I’d hate to see how you run during Christmas being the busiest time of the year, it honestly sounds chaotic. Iv shopped with other online shops who have been so much more thorough and quicker in promptly processing returns which I will be going back to and I WILL NEVER be shopping with you again.

I had a problem with my account, my points and my tier. Izzy from customer service was absolutely amazing. She was with me all the way, patient, and doing her best to solve any problem i had as quickly and as sufficient as possible. And she actually did. I never had any problem with my returns, my exchanges or my refunds. Clothes are great,i have been shopping from Selfie Leslie a year now, i highly recommend the firm. I read reviews that are negative and i cannot believe we are reviewing the same company. Great job guys thank you so much!

It was my first time purchasing from Selfie Leslie and never again. I wish I had read the reviews first. They sent me wrong items and refuses send the correct items! I have sent a dispute but they refuse to refund. Selfie Leslie, based on your reviews, did you take courses on “how to ruin your business”, “how to annoy your consumers”, “how to resell items from Shein at higher price” and “how to create ridiculous return policy”

So upset about my recent experience with this site. I ordered 2 dresses: then ordered another duplicate of both orders because I was afraid first order would not arrive on time with shipping. I reordered with expedited shipping . In the second order, one of the dresses was final sale price reduced by half. I tried to return the first order of which I paid in full and they would not refund me one tiny bit for the dress. I paid 85 and they would not refund me one thing and the package was not even opened awful.

All the dresses I received were amazing quality and super cute! Exactly as pictured! I returned 2 only because I had ordered 3 for an event just to see! The 2 returned dresses were cute none the less! I had some issues returning since the one dress was on sale (but not on sale when a I bought) so I emailed the customer service and they responded super quick and were very helpful and got the issue resolved immediately and helped me with my returns!

Absolute scam. It is identical to SHEIN except they mark their prices up 500%. Spent $100+ per dress and the stitching is so off no human could wear it and the quality is horrendous. Bummer because I read reviews before I ordered and wished someone had left an honest one so I could’ve saved my time and money :/

Just so Obsessed with selfie leslie and I have been collecting selfie leslie dresses for years even im from UK. the customer support team is extremely helpful, i had some problems with one dress strap and i contaced the costumer support team and they solve the problem straight away for me, they reply my every email within 10 minutes, extremely impressed! I trust this company and im continue to have my selfie leslie collection

I love this brand so much, I’ve only ordered 3 times now but honestly the quality of the dresses is amazing, shipping is so fast (literally got it in 2 days) and just overall the style is incredible. I ordered dresses in a size too small, so I will be returning but I bought them in a bigger size plus an additional one. If you need a dress for ANY event, this website is your best bet!

The shipping process was fine, and the product was good. However, the product is not curvy-girl friendly. The return process was unacceptable. I returned my item on March 4, 2024, for a refund and I heard nothing about getting my money back until I emailed customer service to ask for a status update on March 15, 2024. Amazingly enough, three hours after I sent that email my return was authorized. So if you need to return something, be sure to stay on top of the return process.

Came on here to review this brand as I was unsure about them for a really long time. Finally took the leap because they had refunds available, and I was honestly really impressed! I'm generally a size 10 top, size 12 bottoms and I ordered dresses in M. This sizing was quite on point and I was pleasantly impressed by the speed of shipping and delivery. Another thing to highlight is that it's pretty decent quality, like what you see is what you get/ some are nicer than others (but like fair for the price!!). Read the reviews for each item on their page as I find the customer reviews are accurate for sizing recommendations, quality and colour. Also confirming returns process was easy and I received my refund within a week! (I returned 2 dresses which didn't suit me and kept 1 that I LOVED). Goodluck with your purchase!!

I loved everything I purchased but one item fit my chest awkwardly, but it was a sale item so non refundable. Selfie Leslie allowed me to return it for store credit which was SO nice. Then I had a family emergency and couldn’t get my return in time and they extended the grace period. So quickly too! Can’t wait to shop more at selfie leslie!!!

The Selfie Leslie team responded quickly to my email regarding a return. They requested I return in the original packaging but I did not have that, but the dress did still have a tag on it. With this information given to them, they were more than willing to accept it being returned in a clean bag as long as the tag is still on the item. I appreciated their willingness to work with me!

I was interested in a particular dress but concerned about the color because the listing photo was a very different color to a photo a reviewer provided. I reached out for assistance and they took two new photos for me to look at to examine the color. Was very impressed and pleased with how well they helped me!
