I should have checked here first! I gave credit card info for a purchase. What do I do now?
Avoid!!!!! I just received my order and the purse is not the same as what was shown in the advertisement. The card holder showed was able to hold 6 cards the one I received only has space for 4. Was also very disappointed that it was stamped on front, “orininally from Korea”. Who wants that on the front of their purse? Not worth the money I spent. AND they do not do return if you bought it on one of their sales which they are always on sale. Wished I had read this before ordering. Should know to stay away from Facebook orders.
This is a scam site!! I never received the purse. When I contacted them they kept saying it’s on the way. I asked for a refund and they said they don’t refund for that reason. Do not order from them. They advertised on Facebook and I’ll never order from a FB ad again.
I was a little concerned after I placed my order because I read these reviews after the fact. I was still worried because it took so long to come, but they did say it could be up to 19 days. I would check the tracking and it felt like it was taking forever to move. I finally was resolved to the fact I was scammed and to be extra cautious in the future. Well, today I received my two Clutch Wallets. I'm happy to say they look similar to what I ordered, and nothing on it said originally from Korea. I just wanted to add my experience, but until the scam rating gets better I won't order from here again.
Lesson learned. Received my wallets today after about 16 days from Los Angeles address. The merchandise wasn't as advertised and I was unhappy with it. Now, trying to return and was told I could return for a refund but must return to Australia. Make me an option of instead of sending back there, they could give me a 15% refund and I could keep the wallets and not have the expense of sending to Australia. Yeah right!!! If I'm unhappy with the product, why would I want that deal. Will see what happens at the USPS when I go tomorrow. Like I said...........lesson learned!! Should have gone to this website and read these reviews BEFORE ordering.
I purchased 2 clutch purses from Selena and I did receive them, probable 20 days to arrive. After a few days I did open one and it seemed to be good quality. A few days later I checked & my cell phone does not fit within the cell phone pouch. When I contacted them by email they reply it is after 14 days so no refunds. Then they say that the item was sold on sale so no refunds. I did want an exchange, so my cell phone fits within the purse. I looked today at this same purse & it is still "On SALE" so they are trying to eliminate any refunds. But on the first page of the item for sale it says "RISK FREE 100% Money Back Guarantee". Poor Business practices! Don't buy from them!
My wife wanted one clutch purse. The ordering instructions on their page said to select 2 in order to receive the the BOGO, which she did. She recieved a total of 5 clutch purses. After inspection she decided to return for a refund. It took a lot of effort to find out how to make a contact to request a return. They were reluctant to give return instructions but after several email exchanges they replied with an address to return the purses, but it is a Vaccant apartment in Australia. They essential stole over $100.00 from my wife. Printerest list them as a verfied online store which mean all of their product are as listed and has a clear return policy. I am contacting Printrest next. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Update: I received the purses in the mail today. I was able to put my iPhone in the holder for it and there is a case on my phone. As mentioned before, there are only four slots for cards-two on each side. You can put two cards in each slot if you like. FOREVER LOVELY Design For Medley is what is written on the flap of the phone holder. These purses were made and sent from China not Korea but there is nothing written on the purse to show that. The strap is adjustable. All in all, I am satisfied with what I received.
I would not rate this company very high. Do NOT buy this product. After just 11 days of normal use, the strap began to separate from the purse on both sides. After reaching out to the company, they would not pay to have it shipped back to Australia and would only give me a half refund if I did not return it. Very disappointed with the quality of this product and the failure of the company to take full responsibility.
Another one of these "wish I'd checked here first" messages from me. When I placed my order (for two wallets for one price), it seemed to go through ~ until the “before you go” offer of one more phone/wallet for $15.37 appeared, which I decided to take advantage of, also. When I received a "problem with my card” message, and to try another card, I thought it was for the bonus wallet. Rather than introduce another card number, I decided to forego the bonus, after all, and be satisfied with the two for one order I had made. The following day, I began receiving emails asking if there was a problem why I didn’t complete my order, so when I clicked on that button, nothing happened. The other alternative was to replay to that email, which I did, expecting to receive back a probably automated response. I wanted to know why my original order wasn’t completed, after all, and what the problem was with my VISA card? I was looking forward to resolving this issue ~ especially if the offer actually ended…yesterday, as advertised. I (sort of) received a response from "Sophia."
