Is sealbabies.com Legit?

Haven’t received products ordered months ago and no longer getting any responses or answers. -5/5

Payed 350 for pillows, Fluffy Seal Pillow, no one received.No communication from them.They just took my money!!

Ordered in July, but did not receive any shipment till now. Request via email were not answered after an initial answer which provided a tracking number that was expired. Contact page and contact information has been removed from the SealBabies company website

I equally have had the same problem as everyone else. I Wish I had read these reviews before I bought. I ordered it in November as a Christmas present for my son. I’ve tried a few times to contact the company but the emails bounce back. I will take it up with PayPal and I’m sure I’ll have my money back I’m just so disappointed my son won’t have the gift he asked for.

The product never arrived, customer support first just said it's a shipping delay due to corona, but then ignored me completely. I contacted PayPal to get my money back. Sealsbabies then lied to them about a delivery receipt, so I needed to contact PayPal again because nothing has arrived. Finally, after months I could get my money back, but just because of PayPal, the Sealsbabies customer support never answered!

Ordered in April, still not arrived. This is a basic drop shipping arrangement - and they can't deliver the goods. Conor - the kid running the company, seems uninterested in providing a refund so have had a to launch a claim with PayPal. First things first.. What the hell instagram, why are you advertising companies that are stealing people's money.Like all the other reviews.. You will never receive the product you ordered and don't ever expect A reply from them.

No star at all from me! Sealbabies is a scam. Order was placed on 14 May 20 on 60cm white Seal but till today is not here yet! My children keep on asking me when are they going to receive their baby seal pillow. After asking so many times, my hubby order something similar, slightly smaller at $10, and we rec it after 2 wks!!??Disappoint with no clear indication when I can received my order from Sealbabies, no proof of so call my order is in transit, and they refuse to do any refund cos is "in transit"! So this company is total scam! Shame of Sealbabies.com!

NEVER AGAIN!They said the company is Ireland wich make make sense on their 20 days delivery they say. BUT IS SENT FROM CHINA!They give you a tracking number but it barely works!You see updates every 3 weeks and IS NOT ACURATE!Took 3 months to reach the destination and is absolutely trash, NOT WHAT IT SHOWS ON PICTURES!.NO quality at all. Bad packing, it arrove dirty. TERRIBLE customer service.They adversite a "sale" LIES, completely a scam, this should be consider a fraud.I'll fill a complain to get my money back.A lemonade stand on the sidewalk have more formality and better quality.

It’s now 1 August and still not received the item.I’ve emailed requesting refund on numerous occasions and am not it’s not possible as the item has been dispatched. Blaming delays on Covid. According to ‘tracking’ information, it’s been in Lithuania since June!! Having read reviews from those who eventually received the seal baby, I have to say I don’t want it now, it was to be a gift for my daughters friend, I think I’d be embarrassed to give it to her!!Appalling!!

Just repeating what everyone else has said...AVOID!!!! been 2 months since I ordered and they are refusing a refund. Worst company I've ever dealt with it's almost laughable...they should be embarrassed honestly

As an internationally operating e-commerce business, it’s beyond crucial that the business and staff within it remain in contact with their consumers when they have demands, problems, or queries of any kind.I ordered a seal baby for a families birthday, however, after over 2 months, the item has not yet come. I have attempted to contact the business and have been left with no response. Recently opened a dispute with PayPal so I will get my money back soon.In my opinion (and many others experience), this is a highly fraudulent business and is not only deceptive, unprofessional, but it also exhibits a lack of respect for it’s consumers and general society. If I purchase from a business, I expect to be supported and assisted to ensure that I as a consumer have my demands met. As the business has not only failed to do this, but has also failed to comply with basic communication standards as I have been left standing on my own two feet attempting to handle these problems.Do not buy unless you aren’t expecting a product to come in the mail.This business fails meet basic requirements.I am beyond disappointed.

The product did not arrive. 2 months.Staff are not helpful.Blame COVID 19 for all shortfalls - people are dying of this and they're using it as a convenient excuse for their poor business management and etiquette. Shocking.Have now had to get PayPal involved.Avoid.

Paid, waited 4 months hearing all possible excuses about how COVID19 impacted the delivery times and then it was never delivered. A COMPLETE SCAM.

I regret ordering SO MUCH!They make it seem like their company is based (and ships from) Ireland, but when I got the T&T it came from CHINA. It took 3 months to reach me and guess what? The quality is absolutaly garbage. It has a yellow cast over the print, so it looks dirty.On top of that, the customer service is terrible with little to no flexibility and type very bad english. Also, don't get fooled by their "FLASH SALE", including countdown. It's FAKE. They have been having this same sale with the same countdown for 3 months. What a joke of a company.

Do Not buy. You will not receive your order and it will be blamed on Covid 19. I have been waiting over 2 Months for delivery and have now tried to cancel my order but they have lied about shipping and delivery. It has not even left China yet. They pretend to be based in Ireland but they are a cheap drop ship Company.AVOID

If I could give NO STARS I would. I have been waiting since May for my order. I WANT A REFUND. I don’t want the seal pillow anymore. I am sick of this companies half hearted replies to my emails. SCAM!! This is a disgrace! One minute my package is being ‘reshipped’ And I should get it in a few weeks then when 2 weeks is up I’m fed more lies saying it will be another 3-4 weeks..... Pandemic or not this is ridiculous.I have since asked you multiple times for a refund to which I am fobbed off more being told to ‘be patient’ which is a insult in itself since it’s been 3 months since I placed my order. I want this resolved NOW.

Ordered beginning of April...still no order. Being refused a refund by the terrible customer services and receiving the same response each time I e-mail them.

I wanted to give this no stars but had to select at least one to write the review. It should be zero as we never received the product and never had replies to requests for an update or a refund. What a scam. Avoid!!
