I had a lot of difficulty with my order due to the shipping company being glacier slow and losing much of it. S&N stuck with it and even reshipped my order with another company which was successfully and professionaly delivered and assembled. Hayley in customer service did everything she could to make me happy and I am very much so. The furniture I ordered is beautiful and everything I ever hoped for. Thank You, Hayley!

Rough start to this shopping experience as item was advertised with free shipping, but website automatically added shipping. After speaking with the company, the error in shipping cost was corrected and item arrived expertly packed and in perfect condition. Very pleased with the help received by phone (on my second follow up call) and very pleased with my purchase.

Quick response that I can return even though discount for 4th of July.

A $40 return fee for a light and small mini table lamp does not feel right and is inconsistent with your competitors’ policies. Moreover, I looked into instead exchanging the product (a Poldina Pro mini lamp) for a larger size, but you have priced the 15 inch Poldina Pro $30 higher than every other retailer in the market including Poldina Pro direct. So it does not make sense to purchase this from you. Very disappointed.

We’re renovating our Naples FL home, damaged in the recent hurricane. I ordered two lovely sconces from Scout & Nimble and then realized I had previously purchased those lights. I wrote to customer care for instructions. What I didn’t expect was the kindest note from manager Diana Harris, who not only explained return procedures, but wrote to me again when my shipment arrived, to advise credit was processed. In this age where at most businesses, no live persons even answer the phone, you guys are wonderful.

Amazing and easy experience! We ordered 4 outdoor dining chairs of which one came broken, Diana responded right away and set up a replacement. No followup calls/emails, she took the stress out of ordering online. She also researched a console we had ordered from a different company and sent me the info on backorder right away. Excellent service! Will definitely order from them again. Thank you!!!

Diana Harris is one of the best customer service reps I've come across. She actively reached out when one of my items arrived to the warehouse damaged, and took care of the replacement quickly and with ease. She then followed up with me after the delivery of my replacement, making sure everything went smoothly. It's hard to find good customer service reps today, and Diana is excellent.

Hanna is an incredible asset to your business. I was most hesitant to purchase a faux tree for $1,000 so soon after Christmas. Each time I asked a question that required research on her part, she responded within 18 hours. We appreciated the sale price, delivery was on time and the items ordered were just as described...very cute! One thing we would've preferred is that the items had come in a box and not a padded envelope. They could've been damaged if the padded envelope had gotten crushed by a large package. Great experience all around. Placed an order on 5/23, and the item was delivered in perfect condition on 6/6. This piece appeared to be on back order everywhere else, but Scout & Nimble had it in stock and on sale. I contacted them over email before ordering to confirm that it's available. I was a bit sceptical when I placed my order as I was still recovering from a really bad shopping experience with another seller trying to buy this same item. However, Scout & Nimble pleasantly surprised me.

Excellent customer service! I ordered a piece of furniture, knowing it was back ordered. S&N kept me informed of all timelines and updates, then there was an issue that occurred during shipping, they rectified it quickly. Everyone I communicated with during the process was kind and efficient!

Order has been delayed over four times - never with any rationale. "You're next in line! When our inventory is replenished your items will be prepared for shipment."They then respond with "all time frames are estimated and not guaranteed" if you write in. Buy elsewhere.

I usually don't leave reviews (good or bad) but I had a unique scenario come up with an order I placed on a backordered item and Diana Harris went above and beyond to assist. She made a potentially difficult accommodation seamless and kept me updated along the way. Just felt like she deserved to be acknowledged for her efforts as a great reflection on the Scout and Nimble team.

“Buyer Beware of Scout and Nimble!”

I made a huge mistake by ordering a very expensive chair from Scout and Nimble. I waited over 5 months for the chair to finally be delivered. The chair is horrible - like sitting on a rock. They will not allow for a return or an exchange. I am stuck and out of $2000 for a chair that I don't want. I checked with other large online retailers - everyone else would have allowed for a return (and would have charged a re-stocking fee which is fine). Be careful - don't order from this company. Always check when ordering an expensive item online that it can be returned if needed! Tip for consumers:Do not buy furniture from Scout and Nimble - you will not be able to return it. I see all of these other one star reviews, however, I had a great experience with Scout & Nimble! I have had some defect issues with a chair I ordered a year or two ago and Hayley has helped and kept me informed every step of the way. Bummer about my chair, but will be coming back based on the customer service alone!

“Don't walk, run!”

Don't walk, run from this company. Ordered a $5000 Bernhardt sectional couch with Scout and Nimble with the aid of *. Verified numerous times the correct pieces were ordered. Waited two months, just to receive two left pieces to the sectional. I call in to inform them they delivered two left pieces, only to be told "Berhardt doesn't make a right piece" to the sectional. Which is blatantly untrue as I verified this myself with Berhardt prior to ordering. When the truck arrived with the pieces prior to even opening the boxes I asked them to verify the pieces were correct. Did they do that? Obviously not. Instead they preferred to slam half the sectional into my door frame a few times, scuff my floors dragging the pieces around, and run their nails through the soft leather cushion defacing them. Clearly carrying the cushions by themselves takes too much time. This entire experience has been second rate.
