Clear pricing. We have had a few issues with our boiler and the problems were very clearly explained to us. The plumbers/electricians were pleasant and helpful.

This company is reliable, pleasant to contact. Very helpful and knowledgable. Have used this company over last few years and feel very confident.

Excellent from start to finish!Communications were excellent, whether email, texts or phone. Everything answered quickly and helpfully.The initial inspection was very thorough and professional as we aimed to replace our boiler and water tank with a combi boiler.The work was done exactly on schedule. The workers were brilliant throughout. All the work was done as agreed, and they kept updating us as they went along. They were always polite and helpful. The final product is exactly what we requeste. They set up and checked everything and made sure we were happy.Totally recommend.

I had issues with underfloor heating since longtime ago. After a central heating cleaning another. Issue was discovered as underfloor heating was heating up too much because thermostat were faulty and box was also faulty. Arranged a visit with the company and I was sent Simon. They usually don’t deal with underfloor heating but were keen to help out. The box that needed to be fitted wasn’t agreeing with our system, at some point they brought two engineers, discovered problem and I was not charged for subsequent visit also one of the cables for the boiler was not connected leaving us without warm water over the weekend. The company sent an engineer first thing on Monday to sort it out and was polite and kind with us. Overall, even if we had some issues, I give them 5 stars for the way we were treated, for being responsive and trying the best to help us. I hope they were not too fed up with us at the end!. :)

This company was recommended to me and I am glad I went with them. They did a fantastic job of installing my new gas boiler in a new position as well as dismantling old one. All parts of old system were removed. It took 2 days where all engineers worked very hard. I was very impressed with their professionalism and work ethic. There was no loud blaring music, no shouting or bad language. They tidied up after themselves. I would definitely use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Can’t recommend this company highly enough. From the moment they pop on their plastic shoe covers to enter the house, to the point they politely and cheerily wave goodbye, I am always delighted with their service. I’ve used this company for 20 years now and their engineers are some of the most professional tradesmen I’ve ever come across. Everything always fixed or explained in a clear and timely manner. Would never use any other Edinburgh plumbing firm but this one.

we found that the whole process was so professional from start to finish ( we had a boiler installed ). the engineers Albert and Cameron were polite and friendly,and carried out their work excellently and made a good job of leaving our home clean and tidy. Overall we were really happy with the work done and would most definitely use S. Findlay again

Had new boiler fitted on outside wall in bedroom.as older boiler was internal and not current from Scott coming to asses work etc competitive quote to work carried out by Brian and Dave. By keeping informed by ladies in the office etc work done in 2 days as agreed including the joiner and plasterer .first class service thanks again Brian Scott

We recently had a boiler installed. They came and gave us a quote, after checking our current system, we had an informed discussion about what was needed and why, without any extras sales talk! The engineer arrived exactly when expected, and just got on with the job in hand, but with a very polite, helpful manner. Would highly recommend and definitely use again for any plumbing work.

Plumber came sharply at the appointment time with all the neessary parts and was very pleasant to deal with. Carried out the work efficiently, demonstrated the new system clearly, tidied up very efficeintly and took the unwanted bits away. Not 5-stars because when using the system afterwards I realised that the water flow set for the new tap system was less than I'm used to which I still find slightly frustrating.

Scott Findlay have done 2 jobs for us in the space of just a few weeks (fix faulty boiler and then a leaky radiator) and they have been fantastic on both occasions.Big thumbs up to both Chris and Kev for their respective efforts - excellent workmanship and simply lovely guys!You can also set your watch by them - something that you can't underestimate these days, especially when you're trying to organise the maintenance work around your job, for instance.The office staff are fantastic, Claire and team are exemplary.Thanks again, guys.
