I made a standard order 3 months ago, the order is still in processing status. They're not replying to emails to customer service nor to FB message. They're a fraud.

It's a shame there's not a "0" star rating. My wife and I planned a Star Wars themed wedding and thought Arubesh rings would be the "topping on the cake" as the saying goes. I ordered our rings May 31st, 2023 for our August 10th wedding the same year. At the time of this review, (over a year later) I have not received our rings, no one answers when I call or responds to my voice messages, and I've never received any follow-up or responses to emails.

Ordered ring and was told would take 4 to 6 weeks. After 8 weeks 5 emails to customer service and 5 voice messages, never spoke to anyone but the machine, without ever hearing back. I had to call my credit card and report fraud.I have also contacted Disney, Paramount, BBC, and Middle Earth inc about intellectual property rights violations. Avoid this company at all costs.

Just like all of the other reviews my partner and I placed an order for custom wedding bands on 12/28. Zero communication since that date. Voicemails not returned, the phone is never answered. Emails not returned. DM's ignored. This place has to be a scam. I don't expect to ever get our rings or the money back. Unbelievably disappointing.

I ordered 2 rings. Estimated delivery was 6 weeks, actually took 10 weeks to arrive. Sent several emails and eventually had a reply after 2 weeks. My ring fit perfectly but my partners was 1 size too big. It took them that long to reply about a replacement that they had stopped working with etsy (free replacement and you just pay delivery was an etsy offer only) and said I could buy a replacement at full price from their website. Absolute joke of a company. Packaging comes with Chinese labels yet the company states its from Canada.

This company is a scam! My husband and I ordered our wedding bands on October 9th. Payment was immediately processed. We still do not have our rings and our attempts to contact the seller have been met with silence. We cannot even view our order since the company has disabled their site key. Please seek a more reputable company to purchase to purchase your rings from!

I placed an order back in December 2020 and received it and even got correspondences when I reached out to them. I placed another order on March 24th and have not received the order and can not get anyone to contact me back. I have sent several emails, Instagram and Facebooks messages with nothing!!!! PISSED OFF and RUINED WEDDING PLANS!!! I placed a custom order on March 14th and have not received the order and can not get anyone to contact me back after telling me my order has shipped. I have sent several emails, requesting tracking number after being told on April 20th my order is ready and will be shipped in 24 hours. I have already paid for the order and I am now PISSED!!!!!!

Same as everyone else. Got 2 of the 3rings I ordered. Fill out a form online for them to contact me, they respond with an email to verify my name and then nothing. They don’t send tracking numbers or anything, the 2 rings I got just showed up without them ever sending tracking. Website is a scam

Buyer BEWARE! This place is a joke and complete scam! Don’t be fooled by all the false positives on Trustpilot.. once you look you’ll see they’re all false positives. They get posted on the same day frequently, and the pattern is very evident!I ordered with this scam early October for a Xmas present for my boyfriend. It wasn’t long before I realized I was never getting the ring. I got a confirmation email and that was it. Despite MANY contact attempts via their email, their web form and even their Etsy shop, shock… score jewelry (Jonathan) still never responded. It’s a joke. Ordered a ring in June of 2021. The ring still has not been delivered as of May 2022. Score Jewelry has not replied to the 5 emails that we have sent looking for our ring or a refund. Score Jewelry required payment to process the order but will not deliver the product. This company appears to be fraudulent.

This company is a total scam, I have been waiting for over 15 weeks at this point and have contacted them many times with no communication back at all. I would avoid buying from them and buy from a reputable company.

Don't buy from them!!!! If I could post negative stars I would. I first purchased a custom wedding band for hubby in 2017. The 2017 experience was exceptional. Had to reorder in March 2020 due to hubby loosing weight. As of January 2021 I have not received the ring. Customer service stopped responding. No ring, no money back. I tried to be patient but now I'm just angry!!!! Crooks!!!!! Don't waste your time or money!!!

I ordered a His & Hers set back in February 2020, and was told it should take six to eight weeks since this is a custom made set. We had our fingers professionally measured @ a jeweler to ensure we ordered the correct sized rings. The rings were finally received on 7/6/2020. The rings are beautiful, but the Men's ring is one-half size too small (I didn't even try my wife's ring on her), they are unusable as a set. Score wants to charge me $88 to make a new ring in the correct size. Fool me once, shame on you... Please DO NOT make the mistake I made. Trust the negative reviews.

It seems that a lot of people had the curtesy of receiving courtesy lies from Score Jewelry whereas, I received nothing from them at all. I contacted them via email, over their website, over Etsy, and even called the number on my banking information... I never got a reply (or my money back).It does seem to be a scam company. Either that or they are remarkably incompetent and only bother filling out some of their orders.10 out of 10 would not recommend. Score Jewelry seems to be hoping that most people won't bother to push to get their money back or call a lawyer over such a, "small" amount of money.
