I booked my order on 8th April, 2022 and till to date haven't received my delivery details from your shipping dept. Mr. Tom..... i am very much upset for delay delivery and I need to repeated same two orders...but 1st order not yet completed so what to do now under this circumstances.... kidly update urgently without any further delay

I received the unit as expected on Thursday and put it upon Friday as it was to dark outside. I got everything together and the console programmed. I started to get the head together and found that the thumb screw for the battery compartment was broken off it was to late to call Davis so I‘ll call Monday or Tuesday for a replacement. Made temporary repairs and unit it’s working fine

Received my SkyScan Lighting Detector as promised. I use for Little League Baseball Tournaments and I have unfortunately already had to use it. I prefer to have it close by in it's case knowing that when needed it will work as designed. This was a replacement for one several years old.

Everything received promptly but after all was set up we found out with the help of Davis instruments the console was not functioning properly so we hooked up our older one and works fine so DI is sending us a new console and we will resend them the defective one. Thank you

This is the successor to the same item, which I was very happy with for many years (I can’t remember for sure, but I think it must have been at least 10 or 15). This one seems identical to the last and was easy to install on the pole already in place from the prior one. Considering that it’s in the outside north country weather winter and summer, I was not terribly surprised when the prior one quit, and I’m very to have the very same thing now in place.

Second Vantage Pro I have had. Love it. Very accurate with television weathermen. Like to know temperature before venturing out. Rain amounts are spot on. Interested in yearly rainfall. Just wish I could leave light on and not effect the indoor temperature.

After placing my order, I realized that there might be an issue with delivery time based on some grants. I called customer service and was assured that everything would work out satisfactory, which it did. I recieved my order in plenty of time and installed it yesterday!

Order was processed quickly by Scientificsales. However, the USPS was slow in delivering the order. The package label said 2 day mail, but it was almost a week before delivery. Be aware that the Post Office is slower during the Corona era!

There was a short delay receiving the shipment but had nothing to do with Scientific Sales. Feedback from S S was prompt and informative with a real person; not a VR named Bob. Everything arrived in good working order and as before, a pleasure doing business with Scientific Sales.

Shopping was easy and order confirmation delivered with quick response. As an European customer it would be nice to have an option to select proper AC transformer. Voltage range itself is ok but physical wall socket is designed for American standards. Many alike products do contain an adaptor for other countries standards also. Otherwise, very smooth service and good tracking method (UPS) for following delivery.

Just received the Davis Vantage Pro2 this evening. Box appears to be in good shape. Will not be opened for a few days (Christmas). The pricing was very good. My only suggestion is better communication concerning shipping and delivery. I had to reach out to your sales department to get an update on the expected delivery. The sales department was very prompt in getting back to me once I reached out to them. All in in all I would purchase from Scientificsales again.

I think the shopping experience was good. Delivery was fine. i just received it Yesterday.The Only thing that got me by Surprise was all the Hidden Tax/Disbursement/ Handling/ customs costs that UPS passed on to me. Was not very Pleased with UPS service.

I received exactly what I ordered, the only point was when I did my payment, I used International shipping and could not have the answer if the customs fees were included. So till the last minute I was expecting extra cost. But finally I had nothing more to pay. Thank you.
