I bought a bottle from Amazon that came without a top/lid. Amazon customer service wouldnt accept returns and sent me onto the manufacturer website. I chatted with a lady called Beth who was amazing and kindly sent out a replacement bottle even though Amazon orders do not go via their warehouse. The bottle arrived 1/2 days later so I appreciate all the help Beth gave us! Thank you Beth!

I had a problem with my order but their customer handler Jonathan responded really fast and put it right.

Ive not used SIS nutrition yet. But because of the support and info from Vlad the SIS representative, I will try the products for my 2025 challenges.

I revived my order very quickly which was great but I do find the website a bit creaky at times. For example it will show a gel flavour option is available but then if you navigate away and return to that page then it might say that the flavour option in a certain size pack isn’t available. But then refresh the page and start again and it will show as available. Other than that all good.

We moved to using your products as my daughter got into English Nationals this year at the youngest age possible and we were advised to by her swim coach. My daughter absolutely loves the Energy Go Hydration in both the orange and the blackcurrant and says it is by far the best she’s ever tasted . She has really struggled with other brands. My daughter also uses the Rapid Go Recovery in chocolate and although she was used to having her previous protein shake with milk , we stuck with water as per the instructions for use and she really enjoys it. I have really noticed a difference in my daughter’s recovery after her training sessions. We are also enjoying the mixed variety of energy gels. So much nicer flavours than other brands. It’s been like Christmas; the excitement of opening the box when it arrives , especially as SIS always put something free in the box. My daughter loved her water bottle and her dad loves it too - he’s always trying to steal it!SIS - we are glad we’ve found you - the little touches like sending a free gift with every order rather than just a one off is a great idea and will keep us coming back. Bought items for my son for Christmas. The service was amazing and arrived very promptly

Got a few packs of Recovery Powder last week. One of the pack was cracked and the Powder leaked. It make other packs sticky and need to be washed to clean.The crack looked causing by sharp object and was at the foldable size of the pack. It seemed cracking before the transportation.

Delivery was prompt, as always, but I really don't like the revised formula for Rego powder. It is much thinner than before, generates masses of froth when you shake it up and the taste is synthetic. Definitely a regressive step.

I've purchased Go Electrolyte (Lemon & Lime) numerous times. I believe that this greatly helps rehydration after a run. And the taste is good.SiS service and delivery, as always, great!

I have recently increased the length and intensity of my turbo training rides. The Beta gel and Beta recovery drink have enabled me to cope with this demand and I have increased my mileage from 100 to 200 miles per week as a result. As a 62 year old who only took up cycling seriously 3 years ago (after playing squash to a decent standard for many years), I cannot recommend the range of Beta products highly enough.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Johnathan, a Customer Experience Advisor who I must say went above and beyond to help me, my business and the people I represent. Johnatahn could of simply put this in the "too hard" box and said no. But he didn't and that's fantastic to see. I ordered your SIS rego powder last week and it arrived completely covered in protein powder. The box was full of loose powder which made a big mess and was a significant inconvenience and was a pain to clean up. It’s made me doubt the quality of your products if you accept shipping a bag with a hole in it that split everywhere. Hopefully you can compensate me for this inconvenience , however I am very disappointed.

Despite an initial issue on the shipping of the goods, I am very satisfied. The customer service took care of the problem promptly (I have to thank Beth for the patience and quickness with which she solved the issue), and in a couple of days everything was done, with my order correctly delivered to me.Thanks again

I’ve been supporting my recovery with SIS products for some time now and my FTP has seen a significant recent improvement. I’m 68 and this was not what I expected! I’m putting this down to better training and nutrition and the effectiveness of SIS protein and creatine products, especially important as we age maintaining lean muscle.

Fast delivery.Shame the larger pack is no longer available as the product although excellent is expensive.
