I'm shocked by how cheap flights can be. It was also super easy to upgrade and book my flight. Took me less than 5 minutes. Then, it took about 2 hours for my booking to be confirmed. I was nervous that the site wasn't legit, but I received my confirmation code for my Delta flights in the booking confirmation, and put that code into Delta, and I am booked! Reason I chose this business: I’m traveling abroad as a student, and I don’t have all of the money in the world, so using this was my best option by a long-shot. I spent 5 hours repeatedly talking with Mulan by phone, and the result was that I was given no option but to re-book the flight for the next day, wasting a day of my life. I was left to either spend 24 hours sleeping on the floor, or to go get a hotel room at my expense (they refused to help). I don't understand all the happy reviews on this website -- are they fake? “WORST EVER EXPERIENCE”
Refer to attachments This is what my experience is. I had a cancel my flight ticket. Initially told out of 2200 $ ticket for 2 person, they will refund 1600$ and then said more 280$ per person i.e. 560$ extra and now saying in one transaction bank will charge for 2 person more 33$. This is bull$#*!. It has been more than 3 weeks, I haven't received my money. They are saying bank takes time to refund whereas bank only takes max of 2 days. This is a fraud.
