Is schoffelcountry.com Legit?

Having used their clothing for over ten years, I have always been happy with the quality.

Purchased a dress at £110. After two wears (and washing on delicate) the item is so bobbly that it’s completely unwearable. Unfortunately, I disposed of the receipt, so Schoffel will not replace / refund under their “warranty”. Clothing is seemingly very poor quality for the retail price. Much better quality alternatives available.

Fleece arrived on time and was as expected, albeit a little tight around the waist. Its important to make sure you take correct measurements when ordering This is my second purchase recently.

Brilliant service and quality garment

Ordered on Friday morning - delivered 1pm Saturday Schoffel Hallaton jacket In Chilli Red. Can't beat that for customer service - will definitely use them again !!

We had to return a jacket that my husband ordered in the wrong size. It was a bit complicated given that we live in Canada and he had it delivered to him in the UK. Marine from the Schoffel customer service team was exceptional in handling the return, which was done when my husband next returned to the UK. She was very responsive, followed up throughout, and gave us a great sense of confidence. We both love Schoffel's design and quality, and now we have another reason to think fondly of the brand!

I bought several pairs of Gore-Tex breeks just before lockdown I only wore them about ten times ,and the last occasion it rained heavily ,I was also wearing a ptarmigan classic jacket, I got soaked ,the breeks offer no protection and the jacket leaked in places ,I contacted Schoffel , but they now only offer a two year guarantee.

What an exceptional service I received from the warranty people, especially Amy. I purchased my second Ketton jacket on 9th March 2024. And on Monday of this week 15th April a pocket popper came off, luckily I noticed it and found it on the ground where I was working. I Phoned Schoffel customer services and they got Amy to email me, she did I I took a photo of the missing popper, I posted it to Amy on Monday afternoon and communication was superb, I received it back today Friday 19th April by DPD all repaired & like newThanks again, Brilliant company and most of all the best clothing retailer bar none👏👏👏 👍

I’ve had an issue with a Berkeley fleece so had to contact Schoffel customer services (Marco) to help…absolutely brilliant!He and another colleague at Schoffel couldn’t have been more helpful in resolving the problem with my fleece - they went above and beyond. Thank you.Schoffel products are fantastic quality and worth every penny.I would highly recommend this company.

Amy, who was dealing with my issue was extremely helpful, she went out of her way to accommodate my concerns with my gilet. On reflection, Amy proved to me why we keep returning to the brand name. Quality service! Thank you Amy.

I cannot recommend enough! I ordered at 2pm Monday and my parcel arrived the following morning, I ordered an Oakham Gilet and a 1/4 zip jumper. Both were excellent quality and were packaged safely and securely. Only issue is they don’t offer next day postage but I was informed this is something they will be offering in the future.

ERROR! I wd not have given ANY stars. The garment was hopeless mis-sized - I already had an earlier one from you and I placed it on top of my existing one and it was way smaller.very disappointing as I’d hoped to take it on holiday this coming weekend.

I have recently purchased several items of clothing from Schofield and am really pleased with the quality. The packaging on mail order was first class, delivery very fast, and returns method very simple.I have always been a Gant fan but have now found a company to match them..

I bought 2 x Burnham tattersall Classic loden herringbone shirts ahead of need as they looked good and I didn't want to miss them if they sold out. So 11 months later I pulled them out of the drawer, only to find a manufacturing fault in both. I assumed I would be out of warranty so I reported it to Schoffel just to make them aware of a problem and Amy assured me they were still in the 12 month warranty and immediately sent 2 replacements on receipt of my photos showing them the problem. The service cannot be faulted and consequently I will be continuing to shop from them - the products are very good quality and design is excellant

We bought an Oakham gilet app two years ago and the brown binding has disintegrated. First appearances look like leather as the material - but it’s not, it’s man made faux leather p.u. Only been lightly worn and washed once according to the product care label. I don’t understand why such an expensive item should have a trim that will not withstand normal use? Very very disappointing. Who on earth keeps a shop receipt for every item they buy ?!?

Absolutely woeful company returned all my order due to issues which I cannot disclose. It’s been delivered for about 2/3 weeks now and they haven’t refunded me and refuse to do so! I have no credit on my phone and they insist on me ringing… GDP rules for a return? Avoid at all costs, will be taking this further.

The delivery arrived as expected on time . The shirt , although expensive at around £90, is great quality and fitted perfectly .

Excellent quality and fit. Arrived in good time, colour and size true to description delighted with the product enough so that I have ordered another pair in Navy.

Am very disillusioned.Bought an expensive tweed sports jacket - turned out was made in China!!Also, the price paid on dealing direct was £30 more expensive than through an agent.Think the image is not backed up by realityHarry

Amy (warranty & customer service administrator) was very very helpful. She ensured me that my gilet would get to me the next day and it did. Furthermore I am very happy with how my gilet turned out!
