Is sax.co.uk Legit?

After seeing a YouTube video on the yamaha synth saxophone I looked into it a bit more and found sax.co.uk YouTube reviews of all available synth saxophone and they said the Emeo is the best practice saxophone on the market. Looking at the prices I was tempted by the Yamaha as its keys are similar to an actual sax at half the price of the Emeo. But looking at all reviews of the Emeo I made my mind up and bought one from Sax.co.uk. Best buy I ever made. I picked it up plugged it into my Mac Pro and was blasting out tunes immediately but silently. Finally, I can play as loud and as long as I like without annoying my partner, kids and neighbours. Sax helped me to pay with two different credit cards online and the sax arrived next day. Great customer service and advice. Will only buy sax related items from Sax from now on. Cheers.

I have purchased the Selmer 501S alto saxophone. I came from far to visit this store and buy the instrument. But since I have had more than 6 years break apart from music I couldn´t check the sound of the instument myself, and I asked to do that for me. And I was immidiately told that the instrument was carefully checked a few days back. I trusted and payed 1300 pounds (1550 euros). BTW this horn was 25% discounted.When I arrived home, I started to practice and slowly started noticing lots of things as: notes sound uniquily, low register- forget about low notes, sound was not easy to create. I used to play saxophone in 2014-2019 and I have had lots of student and pro saxophones and I know enough of what makes the saxophone playeble and what not.I ended up in the local workshop where the sax technician told me that the sax was slightly bent (not critical at all, but still), and there a lots of small licks and a few big lick that are factory work in Taiwan.I contacted their customer service and they claimed that the sax was carefully checked and told that most likely I damaged it myself during transporting it, which is imposible!So, my advice is not trust everything sellers say to you or write in their websites, but take you lick light with you. I wish I had it with me, I would never buy this sax in this conditions.Thanks SAX.CO.UK..

Hi Sax.co.uk, I've had excellent experience from purchasing from your store online. The site is well organised and there are really helpful object tips (for instance from Jules on reeds), which help making decisions about getting the right accessories. Tested a few soprano saxophones at the London shop, very nice experience. The testing rooms are very comfortable and you can take your time and have a go with selected sax models. Staff very kind and keen to help on any aspect. After a few days I ordered the saxophone and the item arrived quickly and perfectly packed.Fully satisfied and highly recommended seller.

Totally satisfied with Sax Co. UK & all their efforts to get my order to me as fast as possible! Jules was especially helpful catching a ligature in my order that wasn’t compatible with a mouthpiece also in my order which they happily replaced with a more compatible one! Imported to the US so first time buyers should be considerate of those import taxes!

The horn arrived in Saudi Arabia very quickly and in perfect condition.I took it out of the box and it played beautifully. I thought there would be a transition period before the Yanigasawi became my primary instrument but I sidelined my Selmer Paris horn after 5 minutes of playing the Yanigasawa.I'm very happy!

My experience with sax.co.uk has always been very responsive to my questions and needs . I had a couple of negative comments towards there vouchers delivery charge. Which from my point was never aimed at anybody personally. Just the system. Which they assured me was going to change in the future. Which I'm happy to say has improved 100%. . I am new to sax and live too far away from a shop to visit. Saw the web page and viewed their videos. I made a phone call to Jamie who helped sort any questions. I chose a Yanagisawa TW02 and a few needed accessories, paid online and received it very promptly. It seems to be a great choice.Communication, suitable personal attention, and promt accurate service made it a pleasure to make this purchase.

Recently bought my Selmer axos tenor when visiting the sax shop, the customer service was very good, I knew what sax I wanted after researching, I was shown to a booth to try it. No pressure to buy or hard sell. When it came home to me I was having a few issues with the sax, it was sounding not right, might have been transit damage. I contacted The sax shop, they sent a courier very quickly to get it, repaired it and couriered it back to me very fast, no quibble or questions asked. Highly recommended, I am saving up for a new Alto sax and will be visiting again.

Excellent Service and Prompt delivery. I am really impressed with the product that I purchased from your on line store. Contrary to many web sites saxophone ligatures only make minimal changes to the tone of your mouthpiece. The product I purchased the BG Otto Link tenor sax ligature makes a dramatic improvement to the tone and brightness to my vintage 8*Otto Link Tone master mouthpiece. I have a message to all Saxophone players in the UK this is a number one on line store and is a must visit if you are in London UK.

This saxophone came packaged really safely, and not only that, but it showed up in three days (which is fantastic considering it was shipped across the ocean!) Purchasing it was a breeze, and there were no issues with payment. Safe to say I'm going to be buying all of my saxophones here.

This is an export - possibly brexit - problem as far as I can see. I was frustrated after waiting a week for mouthpiece, ligature and reeds, so I ordered from another company and it arrived yesterday. Maybe a better courier might help? This is Norway, btw.

Have just received my new Midnight Black Alto Sax. Although on back order and so had to wait some weeks it has arrived and I'm very pleased with it.Tried it out yesterday and it works perfectly. I look forward to beginning to play and practice regularly. Lovely looking instrument, a little heavier than I imagined but the finish and workmanship look very good. The tone is full, deep and resonant. Seems responsive and easy to play, that is, I already get some good notes out in that distinctly cool way. Service and e-mail enquiries are first class with help and responses. Very positive. Plenty of info and demos on the website.

Your products are very good and service also. I only rate as average, because I still haven't receipt de package. I've purchased it one time before and it was lost by the mail company.
