Is savicki.hr Legit?

Really great customer support. Purchased the engagement ring from here and we were really pleased with it. Half a year later, we decided to purchase our wedding rings as well after getting a call from a counselor. We are really pleased with the products and service (communication & quality), as well as the unique models.

Nothing is good with this manufacturer. They make promises and the will leave you out in the sun. Is 16th of October and the wedding is on 20. I’ve ordered 2 wedding rings in July they came in a month or so … too small. My wife’s wedding ring was not compatible with her engagement ring, so in order to make things match we sent back de engagement ring and the wedding rings in order to be replaced that was in August 23rd. Since then the rings are still in manufacturing area. I’ve even came with a plan B in order to get the rings in time. But the lady from sales department kept telling me that the rings are on time. After I realized they will not be ready for the event, I asked several times to send back the engagement ring so I could buy a matching ring from local stores. They keep telling me everything will be okay.So here we are, frustrated angry, my wife absolutely devastated because is human nature to attach to meaningful things. Ruined our preparation, our mood etc.Not the first time though, with the engagement ring I ordered black gold with black central diamond . It arrived too small… send it back for resize came back white gold with central black diamond. It was a happy mistake because actually it was looking better. So we settled that.Looking back I would not recommend to anyone else to buy from them. I’m sure they do some of the orders right, but be aware that there is a risk for getting trough what I described here. For me don’t want to get trough this again.Took years of my lifetime , hopefully I’ll get the engagement ring back and my money. But no money is enough to forget this experience.

We ordered wedding ring that was supposed to be with normal white diamonds and because of the mistake of employees it has black diamonds so we had to return it and wait for replacement. Replacement should take two weeks max and took almost four and then we picked up the ring five days before our wedding and.... the ring was too small... SO BIG MESS THERE, THEY JUST MAKE MISTAKES ALL THE TIME.

It's been a year since I bought the engagement ring, and my wife and I couldn't be happier with it. The customer service was fantastic, answering all my questions throughout the buying process. The delivery was prompt and seamless. I'd give this company a solid 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!

I didn't give 5 star review, because firstly I asked remotely about possibilities of creating a specific ring (with lab diamonds) and it was negative. I've decided to go personally to the store and it came out that creation of the ring that I asked is possible. So inside communication should be looked at. Later there were no problems with resizing the ring and giving it an engrave (both included in the price).

I had an unpleasant experience. I ordered an engagement ring, but since the size was wrong, I requested it to be resized. I sent it back to them, and they told us it would take 16 days—lies! It took a month, also I sent the ring in the original box but they sent it in another box, I am not referring to the păcate, but the box I was proposed with...they sent me a ugly one, I wanted back the original one.

Savicki has the most beautiful jewelery, earings with sapphires are awesome. There is helpful chat on website. Delivery is fast, package is elegant and fragnant. It has been a pleasure

I ordered a ring for the proposal, they told me it would take 2 weeks, a month passed and it wasn't ready, I urgently bought another ring that arrived on the last day in the evening before leaving.Very bad experience.

We ordered the engagement rings from Savicki in a rush having only 2 weeks before our big event.The customer service experience was great! The communication went smoothly and the sales agent was able to provide us useful information, help us to place the order with custom specifications (unavailable on the website) and keeped us updated with the status of our rings. We specified a date which is impossible thinking about wedding rings when we placed the order, but Savicki didn't let us down and we had our rings delivered on time.The rings are perfect for us, exactly what we desired!Thank you Savicki!

The delivery was fast, shorter than stated on the website. The sales consultant was open to make sure that the products are shipped in time in order to make the delivery on the schedule i needed.The products ordered were as expected. Look like quality products, hope in time they will maintain the same.

Great support and communication during the process of choosing and shopping for the ring.The ring arrived as promised, on time and in perfect condition, with necessary certificate. There is lack of any official stamp on the certificate, I suppose the invoice I received serves instead.Overall, good experience.Hopefully all will be well in the future in case of any repair etc.

I had a really good experience with Savicki. I ordered a full set with a ring, earings and pendant. The pendant would have been available in 60days, but they made an effort and delivered everything in 2 weeks. The customer support was always helpful and friendly.One thing that can be improved is to send an email to the client, when the products have been shipped, with a tracking number.

Second time I ordered from them and once again they did a great job! The ring was made exactly as we wanted it, a very nice accompaniment to the ring we ordered before. The customer service is excellent, I will recommend this shop to all my friends!

My story in short: I wanted to order a ring in a size that wasn't available on the website. I tried calling customer service for hours, but they never picked up. Then, a few hours later, I received a callback (hooray). They told me to pay a 30% deposit, place the order, and they would call me back (they said the same day) after confirming the feasibility of the ring with the Polish workshop. The callback never happened, and I haven't been able to reach them since. Not by phone (I tried three different numbers for hours), not by email. Luckily, I only paid a deposit. :) Don't fall into this trap, avoid this store as much as possible. I'm sure all the positive reviews are generated. I don't even dare to think about what would have happened if I wanted to exchange the ring...Excitedly, I'm looking forward to what excuse they'll come up with in response to this review. I've never experienced such poor attitude. How can a business be run like this?

If you need jewellery by a certain date (eg. a wedding ring or a birthday present) please do not put your trust in Savicki. The girls who phone are sales girls, they don't seem to know the production time, they apparently will do anything to get the sale. I ordered a ring and told them I needed it before a certain date because I'd be out of the country. I also asked them to ask me for an address before sending the ring because of this. They were late twice with fake excuses (first they didn't have the stone but could offer me the same stone in a different size(??), second time the gold testing machine for a different próba was broken). In the end I cancelled it, they told me I cannot cancel it because it was personalised. It was not personalised. They then asked if they can send it to the address from the invoice, I told them no, they sent it anyway knowing I was out of the country and then the courier forged my signature. The package was left on the floor outside in an apartment block, I had to pay a lawyer to collect it for me. They sent the ring just because it means it would be difficult to get a refund. Shady company, avoid.

I bought a engagement ring which was as expected and I am very satisfied with the whole experience. The size was right. Very good communication with the seller and fast delivery.
