The site is easy to navigate. Extremely inclusive with multiple sizes available. I love how there are pictures of individuals wearing the items in different sizes so you can get a better idea of how it might fit on your body type.

The experience was very fun. It was exciting. It was engaging. I love the color choice and the selection that was being presented.Don’t like the fact that there’s a membership fee that’s billed monthly. But I get it!

There was no option to finalize my order when using Afterpay or PayPal. Was advised by customer service to clear my cache/cookies or try a different browser. Problem persisted across multiple browsers and devices. It was only after finally trying to directly use my credit card info that it allowed me to complete my order. Why offer the other options if it's not going to work?

I’m pretty surprised that it’s this hard to use the membership credit. When I went into my store in Houston the associate tried her best to help me find another item that I wanted in addition to a baby blue bra. It was pretty hard to find an item that I wanted to get with the bra in order to use my credit (for the first time) without paying an additional $30 or $40. I left the store without anything (the only reason I came to the mall) and decided to try to find a combination online. I ended up finding items after a long search. But I’m not able to try on anything. I hope it all fits otherwise I’ll be back at the store trying to exchange and will probably start this cycle all over again.

Finding clothes to fit & compliment my body type can sometimes be a struggle (size 2X/bottom heavy), but I can honestly say I’m in LOVE with every item I’ve ever purchased from SavageXFenty!!! I love that the sports leggings and shorts are high waisted and keep everything snatched, sports bras support the girls up top, lingerie true to size and fits like a glove! The products are made with the best high-quality material, I always feel sexy and confident in my SavageXFenty fits! And definitely take advantage of their SALES to save big $$$!

My shopping experience is always great but I was looking to buy thong panties in bulk, would like to see a VIP Set in all thongs. I don’t really wear bikini panties or anything other than thongs, so I was disappointed to see there’s no exclusively thong sets I could redeem my credit for. I wouldn’t mind the cotton bra with multiple cotton thongs to rotate. I’m disappointed. Granted I do make individual purchases fairly often, including my credits….but… mens underwear sets can be redeemed with a VIP credit, could we have exclusive panty sets too, like one all thongs, one all bikini, one all crotchless, etc? I think those would sell really well!

The product Ads are well done, the models include Rihanna and ASAP Rocky, having the founder and her partner advertise the products is hands down the best kind of publicity and encouraging way to purchasers. It builds so much trust in good quality, fun and comfortable pieces.Great Job RiRi!

I love the savage brand, but the website needs some work. I couldn’t checkout, every time I tried to pay it would bump me back to the shopping bag screen. Also when you click on a product then return to the previous page, it doesn’t go right back to where you were in the search results. Then when you scroll to get to where you were, it’ll glitch and jump up or down on the search results, it gets very frustrating after a while

To be honest I’m usually very frugal and steer away from name brands unless it’s old navy and target lol ! However, this brand is amazing, you always get deal, additional beneficial promos. The material along with the overall physical and mental satisfaction is beyond match. I willl continue to be a loyalty member and customer until the end of time. Thank you !

I like that there are options for bigger sizes, this order is my first so I pray that the bras fit and are comfortable. I don't like that I couldn't check out as a guest considering I don't know if I will like the bras however I assume if I need to cancel my membership the process will be hassle free.
