Is sats.se Legit?

I was angry with SATS and how SATS approached with my payments.... The customer service agent was patiently listened to me, understand the pain and needs of me and she proposed a solution to fix it.This is greatly appreciated...YES, that is exactly what we expect from SATS !!

The service by Jessica was exceptional and was the only person that was able to help and keep me as customer. I had gone to three gyms and asked for help to freeze my account due to pregnancy but no one was able to help when I encountered problems.

Since I was looking for a new apartment, I delayed the renewal of my membership by 2 months. It usually means you have to pay the new members fees again. I am glad that after asking, SATS understood my situation and reimbursed me the 250 SEK fee. Very reactive customer service. Thank you SATS!No problem on my side on the cleanliness. The gym is well taken care of.

I had a payment problem the other day, but it was resolved the next day very quickly and with little effort on my part. When it was 9 am I received an email notifying me that they had already arranged my registration. Great gym and great service. The employees are always polite, kind and give an air of "welcome" to everyone who goes there.

Emma was amazing, she was so friendly and quick! I was in a meeting and was a bit slow at replying but she handled everything so well and fixed everything perfectly. Looking forward to having more chats with her!

Excellent PT-training sessions, great energy and motivation! Would recommend Alan Reeves as a Personal trainer 100%. He's always been available whenever I needed or had questions, plus, he has extensive experience in this field. Alan also taught me the techniques I needed to properly train and balance with healthy Keto-eating. Thanks a lot Alan!!

I had a 14-day trial membership, and I generally liked the atmosphere in the center and I quickly decided to get a proper membership. However, one week before my trial was about to expire they started calling several times a day, sending texts and emails trying to get me to signup. When I expressed my distaste for this, and asked them to stop calling, it just continued - we're talking upwards of four calls per day. I then tried to write them and ask for all my information to be removed from their system. I have not heard back and they STILL call several times a day. Never before have I encountered a business with so little disregard for their potential clients.

My problem was solved in a very quick and efficient way.

Was a member for 10 YEARS, pauses my membership due to studies, didnt get notified and suddenly my monthly fee was higher. I couldnt get a refund for the month I didn’t use SATS and then I had to pay for the next month as well. I moved to Copenhagen so gave SATS one last chance of transferring my memebership, it could be transfered, but i needed to pay for another month, so double basically. SATS, this is how you loose customers… Horrible service and no regard for loyalty.

I see that my thoughts about membership at this gym chain are totally in line with everyone else.My experience, for what it is worth is that I have been very disappointed with the hygiene of the gyms. They are filthy - both in terms of physical dirt and in terms of smell. The whole place smells like a bathroom and the bathrooms themselves smell even worse, with the loos an absolute state.How this can be tolerated under a health crisis is pretty shocking.The company is unsure of whether or not their standards are applied.Nonetheless, any concerns are dismissed and your contract remains in place.Buyer beware.

I have been a member at Sats for about 3,5 years now, and I really feel the service is declining. I have a membership that includes both gym and group training. Now, they have created a new, more expensive membership that allows the members to book a group training 10 days beforehand, which means that I, who can book a group training 7 days beforehand, never get a spot. Why pay for group training when it's impossible to get a spot? It just feels like SATS are trying to find new revenue without actually offering anything. Now I am paying for a service which I cannot use.... very dissapointed.
