Had ordered a black band with coffin black onyx and got it in sterling silver when reported they said it didn’t cost extra then later said it’d be $120 plus shipping to fix there mistake worst experience and customer service will never buy from here again

Sapphire Studios Design has made me feel like an absolute king. Got my partner the 18k Gold 'Aspen' White Gold engagement ring with hte Moissanite upgrade and my parter is over-the-moon. Absolutely smitten with the product - it's amazing how much better than a natural diamond it is / looks.The SSD staff were throurough, polite and responsive.The made-to-order product from one of their more dated lines was manufactured and shipped in a reasonable timeframe - even in the middle of the melbourne stage 4 CV19 lockdown. Kudos! these folks absolutely nailed it.

I own two stunning rings from Sapphire Studios (Aphrodite and Shadows) and they are both perfect. My engagement ring is adorned with skulls and the mystic topaz stone is one of the prettiest stones I’ve ever seen. I love how unique each piece is and how they suit my alternative style. I get compliments all the time! Great quality overall!

Absolutely stunning piece of art! I purchase the bat Valencia ring they helped me customised it with a opal centre and black diamond side stones. I also got the castile skull ring for my fiance which he loves.Very quick to reply which was good as I had a bit of a time limit to make. I get so many compliments whenever I wear it!The presentation/packaging was beautiful. Once made shipping was very quick, about 3 days to Texas.

Bought the St ivy ring in 10K white gold with rose gold accents and natural diamonds for myself. It took around a month to make and it shipped to the UK in 3 days which was a day earlier than expected. It was boxed beautifully and when I opened the ring box I was floored. The quality and craftsmanship that has gone into my ring is absolutely fantastic! I would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you sapphire studios.

They were super helpful and even able to help me with get my item on time for my special occasion. I can’t believe the detail. I was terrified to buy something like this online, but diamonds verified independently as real.The ring is beautiful. It looks even better live. All the little details are amazing and obviously a lot of care is taken. Definitely recommend. I also purchased their Alice perfume for my wedding and it's absolutely gorgeous, a lovely floral scent.

Absolutely love my ring!When I opened the ring I was literally shaking at how beautiful it is! The quality is good and so intricate while also being really delicate.I asked alot of questions prior to purchase as I was nervous about buying online and without seeing in person, they were really helpful and replied fast. I customised the centre stone to my birthstone. I love that it's really unique, nothing like I have seen while looking at jewellery stores here. Delivery was super quick too when sent out.

Would give more stars if I could! Customer service is 10/10 & super quick responses! The ring I had designed far exceeded my expectations. I have just put in a request for 3 more rings to be made! Can’t recommend enough!

Tried to talk to them about getting a custom ring with an unlimited budget. I received a really rude response saying no and that my design wasn't viable. It's fine that they can't make it and don't want to talk about alternative designs, but the tone of the email was super harsh and critical. Buying an engagement ring should be an enjoyable experience, but instead their tone was strange and upsetting. I've since spoken to two other jewelers (one online, one local) and they either didn't have any issue with the design, or suggested thoughtful adjustments to make it easier to craft. I would have given up on my dream ring if I had listened to Sapphire Studios.

I just received my Alice white gold ring (with rabbit and flowers) and just adore it. The craftsmanship is magnificent and the design is both whimsical and beautiful. My partner bought this ring for me as an Eternity ring, making it even more special. Thank you Sapphire Studios I shall always treasure this lovely ring.

Pictures can't describe how beautifully crafted this ring looks. As my fiance is a big sailor moon fan she can't help but stare at it all the time. From initial consultation sapphirestudios provided us great customer service including guidance and knowledge on the design of the ring that we desired and the process was fantastic and simple. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome, thank you for all the help and beautiful ring.

Purchased the ‘Valencia’ Gold Bat Engagement Ring. The ring arrived and the wing tips were razor sharp. These have injured my partner and she has had to stop wearing the ring. After contacting customer service and providing pictures of the cuts caused by this ring I was told I could either send the ring back to be inspected and the cost of which I would have to cover myself - this response felt like I was being accused of lying about the fault with the ring. The 2nd option was to get this fixed by a local jeweller the cost of which I would again need to cover myself. A once in a lifetime experience has been ruined by the faulty ring I received and the company's terrible attempt at resolving the issue.

we were heartbroken when our ring arrived, the ring arrived unfinished and poor quality, the customer services didn’t help or acknowledge our concerns and they removed any honest fair reviews. Very disappointed and upset. After 3 weeks and no replies to my other half (who paid for it) offered a feeble solution still not taking into account our concerns. Update: Almost 2 months later - still trying to discredit reviews.2nd update: 3 years later and getting another update to my review.The ring was the same in a different metal. We would have had to send the ring back to the full cost of postage and customs fees and for two potential more trips it would have almost been the whole cost of the ring. Pictures provided were inspected by other jewellers and on social media and everyone seemed to notice the flaws. Refund was offered again upon returning the ring to more fees of customs and postage. More than happy with my £30 ring now and have been for the last 3 years.

So far not impressed we ordered two rings one was very nice but the one I ordered for myself started to wear of the black rhodium within the first hour of wear! Leaving my finger black for £298 I expected better. It does say on the website some wear will appear over time but not so quickly surely! I emailed customer support but had A very dismissive reply we love the design but for the money I was very much let down.

I ordered my wife’s engagement ring almost a year ago from SS and the design was so creative and perfect, I decided to order wedding bands from them also. The detail on each ring, especially the diamonds crafted in the roses and skulls are incredible. I messed up and ordered a band too large and customer service responded right away so I could replace it. The process was very easy.

Beautiful ring, beautiful packaging, superb customer service. When I got it and was able to see it in person it looked better than in the pictures. The quality, detail, and shipping (once shipped it only took 5 days to receive on the other side of the world) have all been amazing.The stone (Morganite) is a beautiful peachy pink, and the diamonds accent it perfectly. I recently purchased the Alice and Immortal pefume  and was pleasantly surprised. I normally don't buy perfume blind as like to know how the scent will react to my skin but took the gamble and glad I did. Not only are the bottles stunning, they are both beautiful fragrances. Extremely impressed.

I couldn't have found a more perfect ring. I am completely obsessed! I have a friend who brought her engagement ring years ago so I knew they were good quality but to be honest I was worried about purchasing online and not seeing in person, but I have no regrets. Its absolutely stunning even looks better in person than the pictures online. Great communication throughout the entire process. Very quick replies (usually a hour or so), and they custom made my order exactly how I wanted it.The ring also came faster than I expected considering I ordered right before the holidays.

In the USA and received the destiny bridal set from my fiance. Absolutely love the rings, the prices, and we had the option for the center stone. I am constantly getting compliments on my engagement ring and besides the sentimental value from the game the ring is inspired by, the set itself turned out absolutely gorgeous! Highly would recommend!
