Is saphiredent.com Legit?

We found SaphireDent from internet and we have been contacting with Jamil since Feb. We finally could visit Istanbul in Nov and could get services from Saphire Dent. Our experience was amazing! The price was absolutely reasonable. They do everything it is needed included in their price. They gave us even our medicines and gaurantee their work for 15 years!!

SCAM SCAM & BIG LIARSNever Trust them. They all Liars. They will tell you anything without shame to get your money.Make sure you know who's the person behind the WhatsApp. Know them talk to them make sure you have facetime or ask them for a picture. They only do text without you knowing the person because it is easier for them to lie afterwards. They very nice, responsive and respectful until you arrive and pay them. After that you just like an animal.They don't care who you are or even a human being. They just care about the money and they give whatever service they have.

The clinic is a high class and service is perfect however make sure before you go for any procedure to ask all the question and know the downside of what you gonna do . Usually doctors especially in private clinic will not tell much about negative side. I went for back teeth implant and after the x-ray , the doctor told me my bite is not perfect and that can be fixed by crowns, to be honest, I asked few question and decided to go for it, I didn’t make enough search. My front teeth were perfect. To fix the crown they have to sculpture it . When I finish the first session I terrified to see all my teeth became too small and root canal removed , my teeth gone forever. After fixing the new teeth, it doesn’t look much better than the original . And the feeling in the mouth is uncomfortable. Please if your teeth is ok don’t make crowns for cosmetics , nothing like the natural.

Hi reviewers. My Name is Jawhar. Attended Saphir dental clinic in two stages to have 4 implants for my missing teeth. First stage went well. In December last year, attended Saphir Dental Clinic to complete the implants. It was done and I was approached by Ibrahim (one of the guys in the reception) while just finished implants and waiting for transport to get me back to my hotel. Asked me to write a review. I wrote and I was happy at the time. I returned back to Dublin and after ONLY 1 week one of the implants was Loos and after a while came out. Contacted them ( a guy called Mohammed). Explained about the issue. He expressed his sadness asked me to go back to fix it. Given the cost on time, flight and accommodation even for 1 day it is not affordable at all as the cost will be €700 at least. Asked Mohammed to compensate partially at least so money and time will saved for me and the issue will be resolved. He promised to come back to me with good news! But today, 8th Feb came back to me with negative answer. Now I have booked an appointment here in Dublin to fix it. The cost for fixing, is about €250. I suggest you to be careful when dealing with them in Saphir. I will try my other ways to disseminate my disappointing experience with other potential customers.

Very professional staff who are polite friendly and courteous. The treatment I received was very good with little room for improvement. The environment and the building decor was clean and outstanding. I would recommend this organisation to families and friends alike

I was in SAPHIRE DENT clinic from 11th sept until 20th sept and I would like to share my experience. Before I came to Saphire click I talk one lady called Rawana about price and my booking. Price was agreed emax straumann zirconium crowns £5030. Before that I argue about tax. She told if I pay in cash no tax but I pay credit card I pay extra 10% tax. I cancelled this booking with SAPHIRE and after 10-15 mins guy for “cancellation team” call me and we agree NO TAX, total Price emax straumann zirconium crowns £5030. While I was in Turkey I connected turkey government ask them about PAX and they stay to me NO TAX should be add on and all price include tax. I talk them what happens with me (I don’t mention name), they clearly say: total price or price+VAT(TAX) but SAPHIRE NOT mention that…ONLY CASH with is WROGN, and TAX HIDE.1 day. Staring way they put me in room (managers room) and there were 5 men 1 women and first talk about price was eamx £5080 and eamx stranmann £5600. I ask them: why price is different Tham I talk and agreed with lady. They say: I am manager and i am decide price.One guy ask me question> do you have any medical conditions : my answer: yes, I have had a stroke (two strokes). The guy didn’t know what stroke was?? Tell me about more what you mean stroke ?? Me: yes, I show him pics of my stoke and pics of my 3 tablets> bloody thinkers, atorvastatin and gastro resistant (I try in simple way).also I say I have speech problem, I can’t write and wright (I got aphasia and dyslexia but they don’t understand ) . Staring put me in doctor room and they staring with treatment. After fished my upper jaw and dr stay lots bleeding . After that Dr noticed that I have had a stroke. All over my treatment was delayed for 2-3 day. Since Wednesday not contact or neither not text. I text lady call Rawana to ask her: do you know when my teeth will be ready? My last day Monday (check out). NO ASWERS till Sunday and her reply was> teeth will be delay . In Sunday I ask her: who is taking care of hotel fro me?? Her assures: ME.i though they was going to pay for hotel but BEAUSE MY NOT FAULT. Monday morning my teeth was ready and two day check my teeth ok. I was waiting for call or text form Rawana to tell me who hotel I was going to because I have check out from old hotel. definitely sister of Rawana talk to her and pass her to me . And Rawana staring way stay to me: WHAT DO WANT NOW?? Hotel is with the drive and he take to hotel. I was STOCKED with her, way to speak to me. I was disappointed and make me sick. And worst thing they ask me to pay extra 2 nights hotels extra £150. Of course I didn’t pay them and I stay to them “I will care my hotel my self”My teeth not expect to like to be. MT TEETH LOOK AWFUL, DISGUSTED. My teeth upper jaw larger and colour not ok, not white. LOADS GAP BETWEEN MY TEET ESPECIALLY FRONT 4 TEETHS.Before that dr say to me: all my teeth is concocted. I say to dr, NOT. My teeth was one by one crowns. They say ok, but you sing form your teeth NOT protected . Lower jaw is simply better than upper jaw. Now I need to look for another clinck to do again my do teeth probably and again cost me. NOT TRUST THEM, THEY BIG LIE especially Rawana. Rawana tell me lies after lies.for exp: she say they got all doctors with experience for 30 years of experience but ALL DR IS YOUNG,only experience 1 or 2 years. SAPHIRE DENT NOT customers service , THEY ARE NOT EXIST, First I treat you how I want to be treated And then I treat you how you treat me. ONLY YOU CAN GET THAT WHAT THEY WANT NOT YOU WANT. All my treatment, all my money I pay what is-NOTHING ONLY MAKE VERY SICK and DISSPOINTED. Staring with booking lady call Rawana, cancelled team. THE DOCTORS ARE FINE BUT THEY ARE ONLY EMPLOYED NOTHING ELSE.and in the end they just ingored me take pics because they know they did awful job with teets.I don’t recommend SAPHIRE DENT TO ANYONE.these are two photo of my teeth,...I have operation tooth because sapphire dent done very bad job with my teeth and you can see my teeth..awfulBE CARFUL, ALL REVIEWS ARE FAKE

What a amazing experience we had with the clinic from the time we landed pick up drop off can’t fault it the host Nerius Noor mr Mohammad and most of all Dr Reem who did a absolutely amazing wonderful job This has only been possible because of the wonderful staff at the clincDeepest heart felt thank you to you all

I spent a long time researching implant companies before I decided on Saphire Dent and am glad I did.I paid for my own Panoramic Dental X Ray in the UK which I sent to all the companies so they knew the exact condition of my jaw for implants and that is so worth doing.I am halfway through my treatment and from the start Rana has been my Medical Consultant dealing with all my questions as well as organising everything I needed....Excellent.Saphire Dent from my experience is very well organised in all aspects even the transport for appointments is always on time ......5 Stars from me..

I was there for a set of implant and crowns In November 2022. Dr Ismail and Loubna were my initial contacts. They made sure everything was organized very well.I was really happy with the entire experience. I enjoyed interacting with all the doctors and staff. They all showed great expertise in their respective areas. All of the staff were professional and friendly especially Izzetin who took care of every single logistic detail carefully. They took very good care of me with all the meds and the advice. I dealt with Dr Yasemin and Dr Muhammad mostly and they were both exceptional and trustworthy. Especially Dr Yasemin made sure i left completely happy with my crowns.

My name bouchaib I come from USA to saphiredent 3 days ago. I had 12 dental implants, maxillary sinus lift and bone graft. It was done by doctor Mehmet in one visit only. I am very satisfied with the result and I don’t have any swelling or pain after one day of the treatment. I felt very happy with Anas JH who was with me from the beginning providing all details and was with me through all the stages and for his quick replies and care. Thank you Adnan very much for being with me during the operation and translating. Very disappointed with my service from Saphire, Their emphasis was on getting our money quick and thereafter, it was poor communication, shabby treatment, and after our teeth were prepared for the crowns, I was told it would be a 3 day wait until I will get my crowns which was incorrect as it took 6 days before I had the crowns, and another issue was, I had to keep asking when the root canal treatments would be, as again no information. On my return to the UK, I had numerous problems, excessive and sporadic pain, huge sensitivity when consuming food or drinking, there are small gaps between my teeth and the measurements taken, were lacking in precision as I can bite my lip or catch the side of my inner mouth while talking or chewing any food. I did complain to the clinic and firstly I was passed from one to another and then I finally received a reply, asking for pictures of my mouth, to elaborate on my problem, the pictures were sent but no adequate response was forthcoming. I did pursue the complaint with the clinic but they were non responsive (my contact, Jules, who was mostly available prior to the treatment, disappeared and ignored my messages when I needed any information or when I complained post treatment) The last contact I had from the clinic, from the 25th June from Bochra, who assured me she would speak to the dentist and ask him to suggest medication to reduce the sensitivity and since that date, I have had no further replies from her and she has ignored my messages. My husband had crowns too and some treatments for implants at the same time as my treatment and he has had numerous problems too, with eating, drinking and sensitivity but his main issue now is, the temporary teeth, which are placed where his implants will be inserted, the clips have broken and he is unable to insert in his mouth now, when I mentioned this to Bochra, she asked how it broke and again, no further response at all, despite my many messages to her.I am very dissatisfied with the service and the outcome and in hindsight I would never have gone to Saphire, its a poor service, shabby treatment if you complain, lack of information when they do respond and no after care nor information when you have a problem. I would never recommend Saphire to anyone and advise folk to go elsewhere

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. A great job, I felt that I was in good hands. All the people here were very gentle and kind to me. They explained very well what was going on. The best dental care I have ever experienced! Did my moms teeth here and they did an amazing job, the process was so smooth and they were very nice and patient with her. Nerius and Jules were very helpful and kind. Dr. Refat was an amazing doctor he did a wonderful job with her teeth they look so good! He was very nice and every energetic and was very patient and helpful with her.
