I'm very pleased with my Monroe coat purchase. The coat is beautiful and well made. Customer Service exceeded my expectations. Vivian is knowledgeable and professional. I couldn't be happier. I will purchase from Santinni London again.

My wife had loved Santinni since seeing them on instagram a few years ago, and I know she always had her eye on a few of their pieces. I ended up purchasing two coats for her birthday, as well as some earrings, as I knew they were on her wishlist.I had reached out to customer service for some sizing guidance, and Vivian was very cordial and informative. I told her I needed the order urgently, and she ensured the it was shipped next day. My wife was over the moon. The coat fits her perfectly, and the quality is truly superb, like her Max Mara coats, but half the price!! The earrings are also truly remarkable, and look much much more expensive. We will definitely be coming back for more pieces. Thanks Vivian!

I love this boutique. As a big girl finding stylish pieces has been a challenge for me. I had multiple tailor made pieces from Santinni which made my experience superb. I have received many, many compliments in their dress. Not only the material is awesome but also the design is super elegant. It makes me feel like a proper lady when I wear them. I have to add, the customer service is very, very professional, helpful and considerate. They make sure every step of the process runs smoothly. It is on the pricier side but for this quality and service every cent is worth it.

I purchased the “Fairytale Teddy Coat” for my wife, and it’s now her go-to choice for both work and weekends. The wool blend is super soft, with a luxurious feel that’s also incredibly warm. It fits beautifully, accentuating her figure without feeling tight, and the coat has a perfect length that flatters her height. The bianco colour is timeless, pairing effortlessly with any outfit. Details like the belt and buttons are well-made and add a polished finish. This coat exceeded both our expectations for style and durability — highly recommend it!

I first saw the white 'Marlene' coat on Instagram and immediately fell in love. I visited Santinni's showroom and had a lovely time trying on their new season and best-selling pieces! I look forward to the colder weather because I get sooo many compliments with this coat. The cashmere wool and faux-fur are so luxurious and soft. I also like the pink packaging it makes the whole experience so nice! Thank you, I will be back for more!

I purchased the « Sundet Boulevard » Coat as well as the Kelly dress and am amazed by the quality ! The softness of the fur is honestly not comparable to anything I have ever seen and am always receiving tons of compliments whenever I am wearing one of them ! I am sure I will be able to pass them one to my children one day !

The two orders I made went very smoothly and I really enjoy wearing the jewellery from Santinni. I value the earrings as a key piece of my wardrobe.

I purchased the Santinni "Marlene Cashmere and Wool Coat with Faux Fur in Rosso". The coat arrived in a lovely box and the color was wonderful. However, upon trying it on I could see that it was cheaply made. First, gold buttons are cheap and it is evident they will not last a long time. Second, the sizing is far off, it is about a size too big and I had to pull the belt very tightly to make it fit me properly which creates an appearance I do not care for. Third, the fabric is cheap, yes, the fake fur is soft, but the wool is stiff, hard and just does not feel nice on my skin. I have many coats, including several Cashmere and other varieties of wool, even some made specifically for me that were off significantly better quality and cost less than this one. I even have coats from the 1950s that have held up better and, I still use them on a regular basis. Santinni seem to want to be viewed as timeless and that requires quality in every area. This is very far off and falls into the category of disposable. There is no value in owning a disposable item that you are afraid to use because it will fall apart. And, as I planned to return the coat, they choose to charge a large "processing fee". This is my first and last purchase from them. Definitely not worth the cost and hassle.

Such a beautiful brand. Outstanding quality and real, human customer service when you need to speak to someone. This is how buying luxury items online should feel - highly recommend

The coat I was told looks and feels nice but this company does not seem properly equipped to cater to an international customer base (yet). The shipping from the UK to the EU took more than a week and the delay was caused by the item being stuck at customs clearance and would only be released after paying 197€ (!!!!!) of taxes. Unfortunately, the delay was too long for me to actually get my hands on the coat, as I had to go on a business trip. I needed a larger size and reached out to their customer service regarding the return. Before purchasing any product, I strongly advise you to read their returns and refund policy!! The conditions will deter you from placing an order, unless you‘re 100% certain the item you purchased is perfect for you. Since re-placing an order for an exchange will cause me to pay another horrendous amount of duties, which will be 400€ in total added to the original purchase price. Save yourself the fuss and stay local.


I've bought a number of pieces from Santinni starting in 2022- two coats (Marlene and Starlet), a dress coat (Kennedy), a cashmere wrap, headband, hat, and a pair of earrings - and I'm about to go back for more! :) First things first, I get SO MANY compliments on each of these. The winter coats and accessories are beautiful and soft but also warm enough to actually become staples of my winter wardrobe. They are really high quality, and I think I will actually wear them for decades. I can't rave about the Marlene coat enough - I was excited to find an elegant warm coat made of natural fibers with cruelty-free vegan fur. I am now on my THIRD winter wearing my WHITE Marlene coat and while I initially feared I made a mad, short-sighted color choice, it has held up incredibly well and still looks crisp and stunning! My experience with customer service has also been fantastic. When the dress I got didn't fit me very well, I wrote to customer service and she advised on a better size for me and managed a quick and smooth exchange. I feel comfortable ordering knowing that returns/ exchanges are handled by real, responsive people. Oh and I got one item custom size and it fits like a glove, if you want to go custom, they are great with that too!I was surprised to see reviews below 5 stars, but it seems the negative reviews are mainly about customs fees - which can definitely be annoying but also not in the company's control. It's a UK brand, just be sure to check the customs in advance for your country and you shouldn't have any surprises.Needless to say, I've become a huge fan of Santinni over the years and would definitely recommend. It's become one of my favorite brands!

Beautiful vintage coats, wonderful customer service. Only downside: you get your very expensive coat in a black aliexpress bag while influencers online receive a pretty luxurious pink box.I'd definitely order again!Edit: I've been informed by the team that all orders now come in a lovely pink bag. This company really cares about their customers feedback and it shows!

I received my coat promptly after ordering. Beautiful design and worth every penny, I feel like a princess. Will buy from this brand again in the future.

I purchased a matching pink coat for me and my daughter after my sister bought one last year that we all loved. I have to say I have never been more in love with a coat before!! My daughter also adores hers, and so happy we can match. The quality is so so beautiful. I already have my eye on a white coat and hat for Christmas. xx

Santinni London is my new place to get all my coats, jackets and earrings from.I have placed a few orders in the last month and I am exceptionally pleased with all the luxurious items.My new "gene" coat arrived last week and is just so beautiful, I am in love !!!! it has absolutely gorgeous sparkly snowflake buttons which are so pretty. At Santinni every item is designed to last, which Is why I am drawn to their items even more. ( I am happy to pay a little extra for a quality item that lasts) The quality is impeccable and the designs are exquisite. Customer service is outstanding , (a special thanks to Vivian). I recommend becoming a VIP as this gives many more benefits! Full stars to SANTINNI London !!!! I am so overjoyed with my new sparkly earrings also, beautiful and sparkly!!!!

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Shipped a faulty coat (one of the arm holes was sewn shut). Refused to refund $300 worth of custom fees. On return sent another coat claiming they would cover the costs of customs second time around. After being out of pocket $300 I wanted a refund. Refused refund and sent another coat in the post without confirming with me. When I asked dhl to block the shipment and send it back said that I should also pay their customs fees upon returning the product. Terrible customer service. Would never order from them again.

Absolutely in love with my new Santinni coat. I contacted customer service to ask for a button change and Vivian was so lovely with helping me out. Also the packaging my order arrived in is amazing (a big pink box and a handwritten card). Such a pleasant experience. I will definitely order again at Santinni.

I ordered a coat which was supposed to be shipped within 5-9 working days. After 13 working days I have not heard anything about my order. I have tried to contact them via e-mail, phone and Facebook to get information about the order but have not recieved any reply. When ordering something at that price, I at least expect to be informed if the order is late, and to be able to get in contact with customer service!
