samsung.fr Review
The Scam Detector website Validator gives samsung.fr a medium trust score on the platform: 63.5. It signals that the business can best be defined by the following tags: Small Risk. Standard. Active.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this lower score? We came up with the 63.5 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to samsung.fr's industry. The algorithm detected potential activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Small Risk. Standard. Active. tags above. Long story short, please use caution when using this website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning samsung.fr, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between samsung.fr and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of samsung.fr. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of samsung.fr, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. samsung.fr is a somewhat safer website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether samsung.fr has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether samsung.fr boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, samsung.fr.

Can't work out how to set up my new Samsung tv. Instructions are not clear. Unclear how to get help. Googling lead me to a page where I can ask a Samsung technician but it is a paid for service. Since when did we have to pay for customer service after buying a (really expensive) product? Am regretting buying it already....
My TV QE65Q80RAT (more than 2000 €) became 4 years and 7 monds old ! It just hang on the wall and then 1 day it only show a blue screen! Repair will be expensive (if at all possible and Samsung wont help ! repairshop wont fix a no cure no pay price ! I will never buy a Samsung again ! I SEE THAT VERY MANY SAMSUNG TVs HAVE THOSE PROBLEMS !!
Should have listened to the bad reviews about purchasing from Samsung. I purchased this fridge from a competitor and the fridge wasn’t properly packaged. One shelf fell during transport because it wasn’t secured and shattered another. Samsung said they would take responsibility after several hours on calls with customer service and still not resolved for what broke. Now I have a fridge with broken shelf and shards of glass.
Discount offer by Samsung in France is a scam. Samsung partners for example : Free Telecom collect the money and ask the consumer to claim from Samsung. During the Olympic campaign they gave discount and asked for the label to be uploaded in the web page. Despite multiple efforts , nothing worked and I lost 200 Euros
Just bought the A35 and it is impossible to import and us your google passwords or autofill..you can import them from Google but they are unusable unless you use their samsung "service" and samsung browser known as internet..also Honda link is unusable and a so is duo... and a bunch of other apps related to google or chrome.
Don't like their technology at all, visually it looks ugly plus it often slows down
MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE COMPANY SAMSUNGI would like to share my negative experience with Samsung, not their products, but the Company and how they handle my issue. My out of warranty refrigerator had a problem, so I called Samsung for service; they sent Home Service Network, and after checking for what was wrong with my unit, explained to me that I needed two parts replaced; the technician also told me that they could not fix it because they only service in-warranty products; and that’s where the problem lies! I paid them the diagnostic fee and called Samsung. A representative sent another company, Tekon to fix the issue. They came out twice: the first time to replace that part and unfairly had to pay the service fee again, but since the unit was not working after that repair, they came back again and told me that to fix it it would cost around $1,000, and also told me that it would make more sense to buy a new one. In the midst of all this, I was going back and forth, via email, with Samsung CEO. I wanted them to refund me the second service fee of $120, since it was Samsung who sent the first service company by mistake. The CEO pretty much brushed it under the carpet and I was left feeling extremely dissatisfied with their handling of the situation and found their professional ethics to be misplaced! Moral of the story: Please be careful when dealing with Samsung about any service you might need for all your out of warranty Samsung products.
Robot Vacuum Bought one earlier this year. It's broken already. Things go wrong however their afterservice is terrible. I've been trying for a month to have it collected for repair. I'm told there is a shortage of collection units so I am stuck with a broken vacuum with no idea of when it will be collected or even repaired
Do not trust this company. They do not honour their warranties. I had a 2 year warranty which I was well within. They claimed my phone had physical damage, however, the issue with the fold 4 inner screen is well documented. The black line running down the centre from top to bottom appeared after opening the phone. Samsung claimed it was impact damage. The Black Line issue is happening to many Samsung Fold 4 phones, and Samsung is refusing to repair them, it's fundamentally an issue with the screen, it fails at the weakest point....This is criminal...
Given their very low rating here, I believe that they have decided to "don't give a single damn about what you have experienced!". Just a reminder that you've got to be very careful with their refund program, and this is a piece of advice from someone who already sent 5 emails to have a follow up of a request of refund being sent almost 4 months ago. Every time they told me that they encounted a technical problem and it has been solved recently so I am going to have the answer soon. Shame on me being fooled 5 times! And also, their products' quality is quite disappointing to such price!
HAD SAMSUNG TV although mange to get 05 years but suddenly caught either fire or started having smoke on only just switching on with plastic burning smell and screen went off.55 inches smart tv I have contacted customer care but they took it in routine and eventually got to repair centre who visited and declared that its not covered by samsung although its fine risk and hazard, this product must be rolled back
Why oh why am i unidated with so many adverts!! really annoying. Just bought an A54, haven't been with Samsung for a while, wished that i still left them alone!Samsung get your act together and stop this harassment of you customers.
I fully agree with reviewer CT. Samsung abuse disabled people and rights. 5he repair agents are extremely dishonest and you must never let 5hem into your property without recording their every move. They are pathological liars. The engineer was a liar, trouble and did not reflect same details to Samsung as he did on report given to us.They never buy Samsung as the items are rubbish. Deliberately put in dodgy parts that obviously fall apart soon after purchase You can not trust this brand and should take them to court for accountability Alone!, teach them not to mess with customers..are now covering up.Evil partners in crime.😡
Bought a Samsung A03 - had to get new one because power button did not work. After spending several hours on phone with so-called customer service being transferred several times, i wS told to contact a Samsung repair shop. The shop said they could not fix it. Since it was still under warranty I git a replacement. The other issue which us call blocking does not work was not resolved. TMibile tried. I will never buy another Samsung product because there us no real customer service.
It can't get worse than that!I'll never get anything from Samsung ever again .Why did Samsung design something so stupidly??? I'd love to have the answer.
We purchased Samsung HVAC mini split units and received NO support from Samsung. First issue, no product numbers so if you call the company, you cannot identify the units. The inside units are up near the ceiling, so there is no way to reach the units to get numbers.User guides did not help, no numbers there either. Finally did a work around and got product numbers. Called Samsung with an operational question and they informed me I needed to talk with the technician who installed the unit who is on the road. They provide no customer service and told me to go ahead and post whatever I wanted because they didn't care.
I have a Samsung LED TV model UE40C7700W and the terrestial tv co-ax does not fit this TV without an adaptor. Samsung uses a special connector for the antenna and they cannot provide one and I connot find one on the internet,Samsung France says part not disponible!!! what a lousy company. I will not buy any more products from Samsung thats for sure.
my replacement note 9 ( after the 1st one over heated and stopped working ) set itself on fire - when i contacted Samsung repairs i sent the phone back they refused to help my claim as it was purchased through ebay and " possibly " dropped over a year and a half ago which caused the battery to ignite in the future... what a load of made up shti! all i wanted my phone repaired even though itself it self on fire. fobbed off with utter nonsense and made up crap. and i have reporrted this to my local newspaper about their sub standard products.
Our Samsung Microwave still under guarantee bought 18 months ago from Rue du Commerce developed a sharp hole on the glass turntable due to heat.Calls to Rue du Commerce told me to contact Samsung direct. Two weeks of calls and emails to Samsung France resulted in being ignored. Dossier 2027528606.Ended up having to buy a new turntable myself. So much for their two year guarantee.La situation ne fait qu'empirer et le service client est conçu pour vous faire abandonner. It just gets worse and Customer Service is designed to make you give up.
Series 5+ 9kg Auto Dose Washing MachineI recently bought this machine and found that it didn't drain fully. This according to Samsung's customer service is because I have attached an extension to the hose...The drain height to the outlet is always the same.I had a Bosch washing machine prior to this which lasted over 15 years, which had no trouble with an extended hose.Of course Samsung has said this is in the T&C.Therefore if your machine needs a longer hose then the one supplied, don't get a Samsung...get a Bosch.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
