Easy to make selections,and to filter what exactly your looking for was nice..I purchased a no-known brand for a meesly $9.99, and was blown away on how nice it was, I plan on repurchasing in another color. Overall..Sam delivered in good timing and there were no unpleasant surprises. Definitely will do business here

Sam's Beauty doesn't disappoint in product, quality, or price. In July my daughter and I took a Sunday Morning Road trip to the Sam's Beauty location in Melrose Park Illinois (we live in Milw WI, so it was about an hour-and-a-half to two-hour trip) and we had a wonderful time!!! It was a beautiful location and there was so much to see that we didn't know where to start first! We spent about two hours there and I must say that the customer service was stellar! Whether ordering online or going in-person to the location Sam's Beauty does not disappoint:)!

Sam's beauty now sells very tiny pieces of the outre Xpression braiding hair, scam!. You will need up to 10-12 packs for a full head which I only needed 3 packs when I last bought from them months ago. They will make you pay to return and still will not give you a full refund-- another scam! It's clearly written in their return email sent after I request to return. Not stated on their website. --third scam! Beware.

“BEWARE SENDING RETURNED WIG UNITS”

Sams is reselling returned damaged units from other customers. Delivery took longer than others once I opened the box, I knew something was wrong. It was halfway out of the net my first thought, Has this unit already been returned from someone else? I called immediately when I tell you Those durty gutta snipes are a nasty piece of work no customer service skills No one wanted to answer my questions screaming over me. So, I sent a request to return it back they only reply through email. I was advised I would have to pay to return something that they sent me that looked used. So, I called again Alexis if that is even her name, she is the main gutta snipe so rude and nasty for no reason her name maybe Yasmine she lied. I asked for a supervisor She said your speaking to them asked for higher authority she said it gets no higher. Also advising me I would not be getting my money back for a unit that I assumed is defective even with large split ends covering the entire unit someone returned. She stated Na, we don't give refunds. I was told I would have to pay for shipping also a restock fee. Never again the best way to hurt a business Don't spend your money with them! “Couldn't Even Purchase What I Wanted”

This company should be shut down. Worst customer service ever, and they will make you jump through hoops for a "verification process" if you use a card to pay instead of paypal. They never refunded my money for an order that I returned nor did they respond to emails regarding my order after initially approving the return. However UPS tracking says they signed and received my return. I am out of $400 and have nothing to show for it. I would strongly advise NOT using their site, unless you have money to burn. A lot of complaints but I have none. So far everything I ordered has come quick and like wigs look like pic. Only complaint I would have is my fav wig now don't come in the lighter shades. And I can't find the first one I liked best. But other than that I haven't had to contact customer support or return nothing. Been ordering 2 years and spent about 1000 and I don't buy any wig over 70 bucks. So lots of orders!

“The worse customer service ever”

Yasmine was the individual I spoke with and she talked over me the entire time. The warehouse lost my order and wanted to penalize me for them screwing up on their end and not once took accountability, instead Yasmine was rude. She told me that me that situation doesn't matter. She told me that she doesn't have a supervisor, she doesn't have a manager and she is the only person that customers can communicate and work with. “Not bad at all”

I ordered 10 items from samsbeauty. Six bundles, a wig, and some hair accessories. I put my order in on Saturday and my items shipped on Monday. They arrived at my door today which is Wednesday. I used regular standard shipping so I was surprised they arrived so fast. I do recommend using pay pal when you order from this site though because my account had random neiman marcus orders a few hours after ordering from samsbeauty. My bank resolved it quickly though. Apparently scammers frequently hack samsbeauty to get credit card info so use pay pal only. I was a little scared after I ordered because didn't see they had such awful reviews until after I had ordered but I'm glad I had a great experience with them I will be ordering again but pay pal only this time. “Horrible service and runaround”

I wish I could give 0 stars! I ordered my hair last month and didn't get a notice until it was 2 days before my trip that they were out of stock! Days after I ordered it mind you. So I requested a refund almost a week ago and still nothing. Lily is very snappy! You should be able to answer basic questions without catching an attitude. She then went on to tell me that I have to contact my bank to see when they will release the funds?!? That doesn't even make sense. Be sure to read there fine print about processing times. Spare yourself the headache and drama and just don't order from this place!

In the past I have had no problems with samsbeauty, but on Dec. 2 2015 that all changed, to date I'm still waiting for this package or feedback from samsbeauty, the customer service needs slot of help.

I followed the rules that Samsbeauty has in place for lost packages to NO AVAIL. They never refunded me or contacted me about my purchase. I had to escalate my dispute via PayPal. So here we are 45+ days later just receiving closure because of PayPal. Buyer coverage. I warn all to beware of purchasing from a company like this. I have ordered with them and I received my package without any issues. Prices are very good. It would save me to order from them with 4.99 shipping rather than going to local beauty supply/gas. Some items were 1-3 dollars less on the site. I don't like the fact that they do not have a secure checkout https vs http if not using Paypal. So I give 4 stars for that. I will only order again when using Paypal.

“Scam!”

I did not receive the merchandise I ordered. I emailed customer service, no response. The 800 number just made a buzzing sound when I called, now there's a recording that say "the number is out of service". They send out new email almost everyday so DO NOT place an order. I'm going to try and get my money back through my bank, not sure if I can it's been almost 3 months since I placed my order.

Please stay away from Sams Beauty supply! 1 They send defective items and refuse to give a refund. They ask for a picture of the item just so they can say it is not their fault and nothing is wrong with the item. I asked for a manager and she was talking over me with a nasty attitude. I have been ordering for years from them and I deserved to be treated better than that. It's sad to say, but sometimes your own race will give you a harder time and make things so difficult. Sams have lost a very good customer because I will never order from them again.

“Slow shipping compared to competitors”

I usually use other hair sites bc I get my items within 1-2 days of order since they ship the same day. Decided to use Sam's bc the shipping was cheaper at the moment. $4.99 vs $8.99. Had I know shipping takes about 5 days, I would have just paid the extra $4 on my usual site. Other than that, no complaints. Sam's Beauty work on your shipping time please! Your competition is beating you there!

“Return Policy is HORRIBLE”

I made my 1st purchase on Sam's Beauty site which totalled 32.00. The color of the hair I received was much darker than what was on the color chart, so I immediately called the company to ask about a return/exchange for the unopened/unused crochet hair packages. A few days later I was sent an email with the return instructions. I really didn't think the policy would be so strict, so I called and got a rude Customer Service person to verify the details in the return email. Since this was my 1st order, I received free shipping which they said saved me $15 which would be deducted from the $32 (return now $17). Additionally, I would be charged a 30% restocking fee of $9.60 (return now $7.40). I also have to pay return shipping of $7.50 which means I would lose. 10 to return their merchandise which they will turnaround and resale. Needless to say, I will just keep the packages and gift to someone. Be aware of this policy and make sure you order exactly what you want. Return policy super bad, do not stand behind return policy. I would not purchase from this website. Buyer beware, if it's issues with you wigs. You going be giving the run around, after that take fees for restocking item, that all you doing is placing back on the shelf.

I found this site online after searching for a certain style hair that I really really wanted. Then I got very nervous because they had a bunch of awful reviews. After reading the complaints I realized their problem may not be mines (ie the payments type, past issues, problem with order etc.) So I gave it a chance. The color I requested was not available a rep left me a message and I called back, she actually helped more than she knew because I chose the wrong color scheme to begin with! I rec'd my hair a few days later and I was ecstatic. My hair was perfect and I got the hair in time for my daughters special day as well! I will definitely be ordering again.

Horrible service and horrendous customer service. My box was shipped with missing items and their reply was "our system is 100% accurate so there's no way it is missing". This was not the first time I am ordering but it will definitively be my last. These are items I paid for and did not receive but they did not care. That's the definition of stealing. How fast they are to take your money but don't care about customer Service. I don't recommend them spend your money elsewhere
