We came up with the 12.7 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to sam-wear.co.uk's industry. The algorithm detected high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Untrustworthy. Risky. Danger. tags above. Long story short, we recommend staying away from this website. But let's explain in more detail.

  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status

While some are self-explanatory concerning sam-wear.co.uk, let's look closer at the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between sam-wear.co.uk and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of sam-wear.co.uk. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of sam-wear.co.uk, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. sam-wear.co.uk is a suspicious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

I have not received my item yet, so this a review about the company not the item. It needs to be made very clear that their items are shipped from China and not the UK, despite the company being called SamwearUK. I would not have ordered from them if I had known.
If I could give zero stars, I would do not believe the positive feedback. This must be from employees or their company. Item received not even half of the size that he stated on the website extremely long delivery which was over one month poor customer service if you want to return or exchange an item you have to pay taxes returns label which is not refunded awful company avoid all costs. Also this is from China not the UK. This company is a scam. DO NOT TRUST
Matilda | Luxurious Art-Inspired HoodieOrdered on 17th November. After days of trying to track my order it finally arrived. What a load of rubbish, I didn’t even open the bag. Cheap and nothing like the advertisement. I’m now trying to return it but guess what there is no address on any of the correspondence. I sent an email asking for a returns label as per their online returns policy but instead got a long email about the returns policy and returning to their China warehouse but still no address. Don’t deal with this company. The impression of the advert is they are based in London but the item came from abroad.
My coat took weeks to arrive, is a very different fabric to the one in the photograph and is cheap looking. The colours are different as well and overall, although it wasn’t expensive, it was originally dearer and reduced, so I expected a level of quality. Disappointed and wouldn’t trust this company. The pictures are classy looking, there is a Covent Garden address and somehow the coat came from China. The reviews were very split. Maybe not all genuine but my experience is one I won’t repeat and will only buy from websites I know in the future.
Ordered a jacket which took approximately 25 days to arrive. The item was too small, so I requested a return and exchange. I sent several emails over the course of a week asking for instructions on the return. They then contacted me only to inform me that returns were only accepted from within 30 days of the order. So basically, because they ignored my emails for a week I had gone over the return period of 30 days from older. So I’m now stuck with a £60 jacket that doesn’t fit me. Awful awful company have nothing to do with them!
Just received my order, and I’m beyond satisfied. The fit is absolutely perfect – it's like it was tailored for me. Quality of materials and attention to detail really stand out.
If possible I would give this company a zero rating. Items take ages to arrive then sizes are completely irrelevant to what they describe. It’s impossible to get a return address and refund . Do not use this company is just a scam
Absolutely delighted with my purchase. Each piece has a distinct look and feel, and they all pair wonderfully together, making it easy to create stylish outfits.
SCAMThis company is a disgrace. The goods are not fit for purpose-- the sizes bear no resemblance to reality. They say I have to return to China, an unfair contract term in my view, but do not provide that address either. The company do not resolve issues, will not provide an address for service of proceedings I am bringing in the small claims court, or indeed any address at all.DO NOT TOUCH
Everyone who has been scammed by Sam Wear should report to the UK International Consumer Centre telephone 012688 86690 people should be able to get a refund, let’s get them shut down!!
AVOID THIS COMPANY !!I ordered a 1920s style coat described as an outer coat with inner removable zip in jacket. It took over two weeks to arrive (from a company advertised as being in London). I'd ordered an XL (usually taking size L so left a bit of room to wear a thicker jumper). At best this coat is a size M, probably smaller. I think I'd need at least a 3XL, maybe 4XL to get a decent fit. The quality is poor and the removable inner jacket is little more than a zip in collar and lapel.Returns are impossible be a use you have to return to China within 30 days from ordering at your expense. This is a scam company - AVOID!
As others have said this is a scam company that does not abide with UK consumer laws.My husband ordered an XL coat, when it arrived the measurements were of a small size. Even though the website claims they are in London if you want to return you have to send tracked to an address in hong Kong or China (two different addresses in 2 different countries is odd in itself). The coat weighed over 3kg meaning tracked postage would be almost £40 to get a refund on a £60 coat.UK consumer law states that if seller sends incorrect item that customer is entitled to replacement or refund and that the costs of returning are meant to be borne by the seller not buyer. For some reason paypal also sided with seller as I didn't provide tracking information as I was waiting on a label from seller as is my statutory right.SCAM COMPANY.
Like some others on here, I ordered the Peaky Blinders themed coat. It arrived after about 5 weeks. What I thought I had bought was a long length medium sized grey coat that had an inner jacket. I chose the size according to their 'size-guide'.What actually arrived was a small sized coat, waist length, that had a narrow zip-off polo neck style inner panel - not a full jacket. To be fair, customer service have responded in a reasonable time frame, but all they have offered is a 10% goodwill refund and a voucher for 20% off another item as they already know it will cost me a fortune to return the item to Hong Kong. So the refund/exchange returns policy they have is nonsense. All the great eviews on here must be fake. Had I known I was buying an item direct from a Chinese manufacturer and not a London based outfit like the website would have you believe, I would not have ordered. Looks like I am now stuck with a £70 jacket that I'd need to lose 2 stone to get into. I guess there's always Vinted.
Located this gem while searching for unique menswear. The clothes have a solid, well-made feel that's increasingly rare these days. After three orders, I'm impressed by their consistency in quality and sizing. The packaging is environmentally conscious too - appreciated the minimal plastic use.
Stumbled upon this shop during their autumn sale and have since become a regular customer. The quality of materials is consistent, and the vintage designs are subtle enough for everyday wear. Their tracking system keeps you well-informed about delivery progress. The clothes have a durability that's hard to find nowadays.
Placed an order for a coat, size 4xl, took 18 days to arrive from China, could not get it on, my son tried he’s a medium same problem, 30 return which they then tell me starts from day of purchase, 28 days to arrive 5 days for them to respond to my email, no hope of getting to China in time, do yourselves a favour and order from a proper company, Sam wear uk!! in China
This was bought for me by my partner and it’s an Absolute waste of money. Ordered XXL although labelled as XXL it’s smaller than a large UK size. Obviously made for a starving Chinese person. If I could I’d give zero stars. Utter Garbage.
Purchased a jacket recently, and it's been a game-changer for cold weather. The material feels durable yet lightweight, keeping me warm without adding bulk. It’s rare to find something so stylish and functional at this price.
SCAM-WEAR- Avoid this scam company!I ordered on the 3rd of November, and my item finally arrived on the 20th. I ordered a size XL on the company website, which said it was a UK 18. The sizing is wrong, and this product is nowhere near a UK 18. I emailed the 'UK customer service' email straight away asking for a return as the product was not the correct size. Several emails later, and despite my sending photographic evidence, they are still denying the sizing issue, saying their size charts are accurate! After 12 days they finally sent a return address, however, I would have to pay for the item to be returned to their Chinese warehouse at my expense, and also within 30 days of the order date- which gave me 24 hours! This would cost significantly more than the item is worth, and they also warned me items 'quite often get lost.' Do not buy from this company as their return policy is non-existent. I have reported to the UK authorities, and they will be investigated by trading standards.
The item was nothing like the image on the site. Material was different, it was lined with fur which was not shown on site. Sleeves miles too long and body miles too narrow - even though I used their measurements. Returns are a nightmare. Only if package is intact and you have to pay all costs to China. Well how am I to know if the packaging is damaged during transit and not my fault. Basically you will not get your money back if you send an item back. You have to pay all your own costs and custom taxes. They have got your money and they have got you by the goolies. Will never buy from them again.
