Is salontotal.com Legit?

My box was left open in my address and one product was empty,I’m very disappointed

I canceled an order on June 17 due to lack of availability of some items. I requested a refund of my money by email and today, June 26, I still have not received it. Finally I have requested a refund of my money via Paypal since it is impossible directly with them. They politely answer that they are going to refund it but they do not refund it. I consider this a scam. I will not buy anything from this store again nor will I recommend anyone to do so. And if you still want to risk buying in their store, try paying through Paypal. That way maybe you will have a chance to get your money back if something goes wrong.

Please avoid this website, they dont care about nothing , i still think its a scam im already waiting 4th week for package that should be next day, one week ago i said i want my money back and they said they agree, but 2days I've get information they will send my package again... still haven't received. Tragedy

Took a month to get our order. Customer service is a joke. They sent a disclaimer claim form that threatens prosecution if you enter “false information”. Basically implying that you might be a thief while they hold your money and don’t deliver the goods.

I ordered Kerastase hair oil on the 18th of March and it still has not been shipped. I have received no help from customer service other than a tracking link - which I had received already with my order confirmation. The package has not been shipped- this is 11 days since I placed my order. I am very frustrated and will not be using this website again.

I can give you my opinion about previous supplies of hair care, but I am unable to comment on the current outstanding order as Yodel have failed to deliver it. Having waited in for two days Yodel have now decided that there is no estimated delivery date. Can you please tell Yodel to deliver my goods and I will be happy to respond to you.

The delivery was promised in 2-3 days, however a week has passed, and I havent received my order yet...

Put an order in, got an email after 4 days to say it would be delayed, no time scale for when it would be sent out. I cancelled the order and was told I would get a refund in 5 working days we are now at 7 working days and still no money. They said it was a clerical error and I would get it today. I did not. Still waiting with no real explanation. They told me to check with my bank!! As if they can tell me why it hasn't been paid in yet!! Disappointing

Products and prices are competitive and it's great when everything goes well. But as soon as you have a problem, customer service is a disaster. My parcel was lost by the transporter, I had to chase all the time, they wasted my time and instead of shipping a new package, they preferred to wait and in the end my products were of course out of stock for a new shipment. They decided after few more days to reimburse me. After 5 working days they said it would be done. Which was not the case. I had to chase again and now we are 10 days later and I still don't have my money back. And of course no commercial gesture to apologize or compensate the mess. Cheap as you can expect in NL... So I'm done with them.

Very satisfied with the service, everything went really smoothly. Paid my order on the 6th of December 2023. Next day I got the shipping confirmation email. Today (12th of December) the courier just delivered my parcel. Delivery was from NL to CZ. Pretty good going considering the time of the year. So thank you very much.

Hi this was the cheapest I could find the steampod and bonus it came with a travel case which is lovely and stylish. I ordered and it came I think 2 days later. My only problem is and I think it was my fault, in that I didn't read the description correctly, is that it comes with an American plug but not a huge issue I bought an adapter for €4 so its not the end of the world. Would defo recommend this website.

Great customer service and fast service on Salon total end. Please change shipping partner (DPD) in Cz, it took them more then 10 days to deliver the package every time for no reason.
