Is safira.com Legit?

My order never got delivered. I emailed the customer service right away and got an answer where they told me they were going to solve it. Now, 4 weeks later and no answer from them for almost 2 weeks I still haven’t got my order or refund. I have emailed them several times and no answer. I would not recommend buying from this company.

Insanely good quality of silver jewelry. I sleep, shower and workout without EVER taking them off and they remain as new. Much better quality and price compared to many, even famous JJ from North who's silver also supposed to be of the highest quality yet it dulled off in just three month. Not with Safira though. My smallest complaint would only be that you cannot test their earrings, not even by holding them against your face- because plastic is so tight and with dull transparency so you cannot get an idea if the earrings will fit you or not. Hope that Safira can come up with a bit better solution.=)

I ordered a bracelet for my mum with the initial of my baby daughter engraved on it. Absolutely beautiful and she was thrilled with it! Unfortunately she lost it after only a few days as it fell off whilst she was traveling back home to England but we are thinking about ordering a new one already as it was such lovely quality and a lovely reminder for her of her beloved granddaughter!

I do not understand those negative comments. I’ve got an amazing experience with Safira! I have ordered a few times and everything was completely fine! Customer service is also very nice and understandable! ❤️ I will definitely order in the future again!

The jewelry are quite nice. Not sure if it would last long but agree with some previous comments that the gold color looks a bit too bright and yellowish so it looks a bit "cheap". But delivery is just long I waited 1.5 weeks to get it. Would try it to purchase again when it has some discounts since I feel like it's a bit overpriced comparing to other brands.

I have ordered quite a few things from Safira! The service has always been pretty good, their customer service is always responsive and helpful. On one of my orders they did send the wrong items however I just returned them. It is great that they offer free delivery and returns to the UK and UPS is very easy to use! It does take quite a long time for refunds to be processed however it always eventually gets done. Their jewellery is lovely! I would recommend Safira!

My super experience.I sent an email asking what could I do to repair a bracelet that I bought more that a year ago, knowing that the warranty didn’t cover the damage because it was my fault. Things brake when you use them.In a very short time I got an email back saying what I knew already about the warranty BUT they were SO NICE that even though I say that I could pay for it they offer me the repair for free.I ordered gifts for my girlfriend in a few occasions and I never had a problem before but after this customer service I’m 100% sure that I will order again from them.Thank you Safira

Both bracelets I ordered was nice and beautiful,but they where very small in size,and was difficult to put on the wrist,so thats why i give only 3 stars on this order!:)Hope i can order bracelets later from safira that is a bit bigger in size!:)

Well , if you like super yellow colour gold , I think its for you...for me it look so cheap ... pictures on website not accurate of showing real colours . And there is no information about return policy in their website regarding returns from non eu country's. Apparently I have to pay return fees by myself . Furthermore package came very dirty , no tags on jewellery ... how can I tell if its new or has been worn by someone else 🤔.... IF YOU LIKE QUALITY ,NEVER USE THIS WEBSITE . CHEAP CRAP .

I ordered a ring which when arrived did not match the description at all. It was painful to wear because the claws were too big and scratch my fingers. The color was also different and looked really bad quality. When I contacted them they refused to refund me claiming that according to them nothing is wrong. Bad quality and bad customer service

I´ve made an order from Safari two weeks ago, where I've paid for express delivery. I still have not received the package and are unable to get in contact with Safira though their customer service (despite of various attempts to contact them over phone and over email).Safira has the WORST customer service I have ever encountered! I will highly recommend NOT ordering products from this website.

Helpful costumer service and nice quality ring. The deliviery time was long, so a little minus point for that.

Had a frustrating experience with the customer service at Safira online store. Responses were slow and when they finally came through, they hardly resolved my issues. Expected a lot better.

Lovely ear rings. Great quality and size. I have bought jewelry here before and they are excellent every time.

Due to their return policy ( they dont want you to hand it in at the post office but in a mailbox) my return never arrived back to them. I didnt get my money back and i also dont even have the product now.

After I received the goods, two rings, I asked the customer service why one of the rings was not quite round. Maybe it was a manufacturing defect. I sent them a text and a picture and unfortunately received no reply.
