I was having issue with withdrawal but thanks to A M D A R K L I M I T E D for making sure all my pending withdrawal was recovered..

they playing people deposit. so many people crypto deposit not appear in exchange. till now and start before one month this problem. i think they were take money from people. my personal recommendation don't use this exchange. if you use this exchange your deposit money crypto coins will not appear. or you't can withdraw. and also you will should forget your funds. thank you. i think if this issue continues they loss their reputation. because many people loss their funds. i request they refund fund to customer funds.

I made a deposit of $50 and never show on my account. Etherscan showed that it went to correct wallet. I’ve reached out to service support and I’m still waiting for this issue to be resolved. I am deeply ashamed of this company stealing peoples money. Reading other comments, it looks like I’ve lost my money I hope this people get arrested.

I went to this exchange to buy Qubic, you can only withdrawl an amount of 1000USDT of Qubic! So my $50 of Qubic well i guess i need to sell and withdrawl as USDT (minimum amount is 2 USDT). Was scammed for aproximately 500$ in the deposited coin, when there was a problem occured. All I heard from “support” = your case will be looked in when there is more time. Case would take about 5 min to get resolved, if they were interested in actually helping me. In general an easy to handle platform with some issues. I wanted to transfer my Qubic tokens, but did not received the email with the validation code. Contacted the support many times. First they answered a few times with some questions and then stopped answering. The problem was not solved for weeks. But finally it was solved and that's most important.I will stay with them.

I don't know what happened. I was doing fine up until Aug 28th. Depositing Tether and buying Pulse. But today the deposit of Tether never showed in Wallet. The transaction showed it left coinbase and showed successful in Etherscan but It never showed up in safe trade wallet. ??

I withdrew SUI from this exchange. It is been 6 days still the transaction is pending. SUI transactions are almost instantaneous. I emailed their support still no response. I am not even getting any confirmation emails. This is a scam exchange. Stay away from them.Update:They contacted and send me a confirmation link for the withdrawal. It worked.

hi guysi dont know why are they recieving low stars recently, because they were getting full stars before. for me as a new user to safetrade i was a little worried at the first place. i was mining uraniumx in my wallet and decided to change and transfer it and i saw that i must have minimum 100k btc sat to withdraw!! so i changed it to clore and withdraw easily with min 1clore.i recieved my money as soon as i requested.the only issue i had, i didnt recieve confirmation code for adding address, that was in spam folderand second i couldnt find telegram channel and live support in the website, maybe i didnt notice carefully.anyway i am 100 percent positive with you guys. hope yo have all great times

You can trust this exchange. It's very fast and efficient. I believe that the people that are complaining about the 403 error that sometimes appears did not try to refresh the page. After doing this, they might also need to completly scroll to the top of the page. I solved all the 403 errors that I have received that way. It's only a minor cosmetic bug from their website. They have an enormous backlog in deposits on BSC - it takes some users 11 days to see their money (still not). Support isn't responding.
