It’s a scam website. There is no way to cancel an order and for return a product, they ask you to send product back to China at your own cost， don’t do it because they will not refund you even if you send it back to China. Sadiluxe promises to refund articles that are returned to them but this is not true. The company is also not located in the Netherlands as their website suggests, but in China. I have sent a pair of shoes back to China without getting my refund. I am waiting for months now and many many emails. Do not order at this company, it is a scam.

They couldn't match my payment with my order, as if the order doesn't exist. Unable to match up payment info with reference numbers etc with the product ordered. This is obviously a drop shipping scam. Sadiluxes website pretends to represent a luxurious Amsterdam (online) boutique with high-quality products - with a corresponding price point. However, they sell cheaply produced, low-quality products from China. It takes months for your order to arrive, it arrives in a wrinkly bag, and it is the lowest quality possible. The piece of clothing I ordered is completely useless and doesn't even fit properly. Don't let this scam 'business' fool you!

Really bad. Ordered baby shoes which took 3 weeks to arrive (while website advertises 2-3 days). By the time the shoes arrived they were too small for my baby and I could only return them at my own expense to China with some random reason about ‘minimizing co2 impact’ (why have a warehouse in China in the first place if this is your company mission ). By now everyone knows that Sadiluxe is ne big scam. I am now using a lawyer to get back my money. The lawyer is going to take action. If more people will connect to this lawyer the more focus the lawyer can gi give to this case. The laywer I am using is from my insurance company in The Netherlands. It is called Achmea rechtsbijstand. I encourage everyone to do the same to ensure justice is served and this fraude company is stopped.

They are a scam.They advertising high quality products but they send made in China items of very bad quality !They sent it to a wrong address & claiming that their site is not working properly,they promised a refund in 5-7 work days but nothing arrived so far !!!Do not buy anything from them!

You buy something thinking its a quality product as depicted in the photos of the products, however they arrive with exceptionally poor quality. When trying to exchange or return the product - you have to send this back to China which costs more than the product itself. They then offer you a 10% refund on your purchase, so they know they are sending you poor and cheap quality, they know it will cost too much to send it back to them for a full refund so to appease you they rob you of a full amount and offer you 10% back in hopes you make you feel better. Its looks like a Dutch company with European quality products but its Chinese rubbish.DO NOT BUY!!!

Do not use this company, it’s a so called “shipdrop” company. The item you order is shipped from China directly to your house. It’s not possible to return your item unless you ship it back to China yourself. It took me about 8 emails back and forth to get this clear. They offered a discount on my next order which of course wasn’t an option. It’s only possible to go after them it there’s enough complaints. I’ve used my legal insurance with Achmea Rechtsbijstand.

I am very unhappy with the product result.I had to wait 2 weeks before the package arrived and I knew only after the purchasing, this is very uncommon cause most of the time the estimation arrival is shown before the purchasing. Beside this I am trying to reach the customer service as I don ́t have any information about the return parcel, but no response from them, also no information/label in the package to return the product in case you don´t fit it. It all looks like a fraud.

Their customer service domain links through to a company in London. But they drop ship their goods from China. They even claim that they are working ecologically. What a joke.
