These saber's are pretty darn cool. They're fun to wield with, makes me feel like a jedi:) or Sith>:) Pretty cool to battle it out with friends.
honestly, I found your ad on facebook and since I have found out that my nephews are becoming star wars fans like me. Well I felt like it was my duty to give them an early birthday gifts. I don't have any of my own kids,yet. But yet in the meantime, I love and adore them and my nieces that are coming soon. They loved these gifts and plus I told them that if they break the sabers well I won't gift them anymore star wars stuff. Thank you for this excellent deal and gifts.
I purchased lightsabers for myself and my fiancée on May the 4th, so I knew that shipping would take a good bit. At one point, my tracking listed as “departed from a shipping partner” for almost a week with no updates. Scared that they were lost, I sent an email to SaberMasters about the issue and, right after the weekend, the tracking was adjusted and SaberMasters let me know that the tracking had updated and the lightsabers got to my house in a few days! The quality is great and my fiancée and I can’t wait to use them for our engagement photo session and future uses!
The means by which the plastic balde is fitted to the handle is wholly insufficient. A days worth of usage and the blade is already loose and shaking. Four screws is not enough to secure the blade in place long term.The ability to change colors, sound effects, and light effects based on pressing the button for minute different amounts of time is annoying and hard to use. Often I press the button inadvertently and go to the color change mode or trigger a flashing and sound effect I struggle to figure out how to terminate. The button should be used solely for turning on and off the saber.The associated phone app is not organized and labeled properly. It is confusing to navigate and require much more work to be user friendly.

One of the light sabers is already breaking after less than a month. It will randomly turn up the volume, make a terrible sound, and be very difficult to turn off. The tips of the blades are somehow becoming a bit dislodged and angulated with normal use. Otherwise they've been a lot of fun.
Absolutely horrible experience. Only half of my order was sent, and when I inquired about this, they refused to acknowledge what I ordered, even though I had proof. Now they won't respond. Terrible! Not professional AT ALL! Buyer BEWARE!
I am more than impressed by the function and quality of these light sabers. I was sceptical because I had previously bought a pair of cheaper lightsabers from an ad I saw on facebook and was very disappointed. The SaberMasters lightsabers are very durable and have awesome motion activated sound and many colours and fonts. I will be buying a second set!
The sabers were ordered Christmas eve, and were delivered 3 days later, super fast delivery. I had an issue with one of the batteries not holding a charge, so I contacted support and explained the issue. Just a couple days later there was a replacement battery assembly at my door. These guys are amazing, and support was stellar. Sabers are flawless now and superb quality! Would recommend everyone buy atleast one of these sabers.
I’m not even sure this company has customer service reps. I have contacted them by phone, email, and even facebook multiple times regarding my package that was lost in transit. I have only gotten 2 computer generated responses by email with the tracking link. The tracking link shows the shipment being lost. Nobody answers the phone no matter what day or time I call. I wish I could tell you if the products were good. Unfortunately it doesn’t appear that I will ever receive customer support or receive the items I paid $200 for.
Ordered the bogo deal for a wedding anniversary gift back in March, & we've loved every second of having them! Our 5 year old got so broken hearted when her little toy saber wasn't combat quality that she refused to use it, & often plays with one of ours. They're lightweight, DURABLE (seriously, my 5 year old swings it like a battle axe), & completely customizable. It's simple enough for her to change colors & sounds without assistance. When "a real lightsaber" made her Christmas list, there was no other option, it had to be SaberMasters! We ordered the Ahsoka deal (buy one get one) so she will have her own, & I will finally have my dual blade, Darth Maul style saber!

Amazing product!Purchased 2 through the BOGO off as a Christmas surprise for my husband. I ordered the jet black and gun metal colors for him. I was completely amazed at the quality of the product and the construction. These sabers are solid! They definitely will take a beating from 2 grown adults going full tilt at each other. Sabers are awesome. Love them. Couldn’t be more thrilled. Customer service and shipping, poor. That’s why only 3 stars. Every response seemed it was just a cut and paste response. They even replied to 2 separate emails with the EXACT same response. Once they arrived, absolutely thrilled with the sabers. Had no idea they had Bluetooth connection! Love the infinite colour choice. Just wish shipping and customer service was better
The Item looks really cool and has great sound effects to it. I feel the weight is great and fairly balanced. Unfortunately Getting the blade to stay in place has been a great issue for some reason. It seems secure but when it comes to actually dueling it wont be long before the blade just slips out and the tightening screws aren't tight anymore. over all its nice but we haven't really gotten much out of it other than a show piece.
I decided to purchase from this company because they were doing a buy one, get one deal free and thought it would be nice to get a saber that I could feel better about practicing with and not worry about injuring it. My expectations were low but was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the piece and that it can be used for combat. I would highly recommend these for sabers to actually use and not just sit there looking pretty like some of the other ones out there!!
Ordered lightsabers for my son for Christmas and made sure to give it enough time just in case shipping went sideways like it usually does this time of year. The post office lost my package but sabermasters went above and beyond to help make it right and made sure my son's Christmas wasn't ruined. And that's not even to speak of the quality of the actual sabers. These things are really solid and I kept stopping while me and my son were playing with them because I thought we were hitting too hard but these things are just as tough as they claim. If you're looking to get into lightsabers as a hobby these are definitely a great first time buy.
Purchased the Asoka deal as a Christmas present for my son and me. Super fast postage, great communication and easy to set up when they arrived. Products comfortable in the hand and have an excellent range of colour and sound effect options to keep everyone happy.The only negative I have found is that both the supplied charging cords do not sit in well and constantly fall out making successful charging impossible.

Sabermasters.com I think have one of the very worse customer services going with a lousy comeback communication and lots of weak excuses as to why orders cannot be fulfilled and in ordering they failed even automatically to provide you with an Order number much less an actual receipt of payment!!! Which is made out to some guy calling themselves Markdemics Ltd - MARKADEMICS LTD. BLAGOEVGRAD BG 199.990000 USD at 1.38029a which to me when I went to check sounded like I have been done by a scam I have yet to see if I actually get my money returned on their Bog-Off But one get one Free offer!!! This is a MAJOR RED Flag company I feel!! That I feel I feel for far too quickly!! Thinking that I should have gone with ES Sabers instead!! Am still thinking that Sabermasters.com are a one off possibly scam-off company that is seeking to rip off as many potential lightsaber customers as they can get away with by BOGUS offers like this one!!! Don't fall for it like I did!!! I feel that I may have lost out and lost my money too!!! I presently will give these saber people a Negative Review because of their awful customer service and No Product info and NO product at all!!
