NO STARS deserved...NOT ONE! This company totally screwed me over for $119.00!!! Giving me the run around, emails that consisted of nonsense, constantly asking me to provide information. I would give it to them and then they would ask again as if I never gave it to them. They lost track of my return. They were asking me for the shipping label numbers, when they sent me the label themselves. I took a screen shot of the actual label, and then they would ask for it again. I originally wanted to exchange my purchase for another color, but they can't even find it. The WORST online company out there. They have no communication skills and can not understand English. This has been going on since Christmas. Now they stopped responding. I call that STEALING!!! No integrity whatsoever. they haven't owned up to their incompetence or taken responsibility for losing my return. I feel so taken advantage of. Now I can't even reach them. Thieves they are. SERIOUSLY...SHAME on S-ZONE. I hope they go out of business before they take advantage of another customer.

Poor customer service. Have not received my purchase after 21 days and when I ask for refund they sent me a message saying they needed to spend time with their family and would not respond until 01/27/23. NEVERAGAIN will I order from them not ever on Amazon. They make you believe it is based in America but after lots of research it appears it is based in China. I don’t have a problem with that but just be honest. NEVER AGAIN!!!

On Oct 22, 2022 I order a bag and wallet, I wanted the redish bag, but thought that color was to bold so I decided to order the blue bag with the blue wallet, so after I placed my order I didn't realize I ordered the red and blue bag, it was to late to cancel, so I figure once I receive the orders I would contact them for a return label . The bag is not what it looked like when I re dived the item. They have a 30 day return policy, so I quickly contacted them to get a return label and credit my account. “Great customer service, but...”
The bag is so beautiful, sturdy, real quality leather and exactly what I wanted but the minute it touches my clothing the dye rubs off so right now it's more of a decorative item just hanging in my home, it's seriously gorgeous, I'm frustrated that I can't use it yet and the price is such a great value. I'm really hoping the manufacturer will take note and fix this because this bag is so nice but I literally can't even wear it on my side without it ruining my clothing. I contacted the company and was told this is normal due to the crazy horse leather type. I have cleaned it per their instructions so hopefully the bleeding stops. “Ruins Clothing—Dye transfer”
I purchased a black briefcase that transferred onto my clothes and continues to do so after 2 weeks of use. I contacted S-zone to see if this was a defect and I could return it within the year warranty. Their response was that it was a characteristic of the leather and not warranted for this. This is the second review on this site with the same complaint. This bag is not useful, simply because the dye transfers. I have never had a quality leather product transfer color onto my clothing. I was looking for RFID protection and something that my phone would fit into. I took a chance on the gold and I'm so glad I did. It has a slight shimmer to it and the zippers are gold-tone. The strap is well-sewed and plenty in length. When opened its about 9" across. Each side has two pockets in addition to the card slots. They are 3" & 3.5" deep. The top pocket is lined and 6" deep. I attached a pen to the pocket and was able to zip the wallet shut with no problems. The coin pocket is about 3" deep. My iPhone Xs Max fit and closed with no problems.
