This is a scam. They advertise made in South Carolina. It took two months to receive my order. When it arrived the leggings and jacket were made in China and very poor quality. I tried to return them and they would not allow and offered to reimburse 28.00 for a 149.00 order.Do not buy. Can’t even make a BBB complaint bc they have no address only email.
I placed an order on Ruwie and never received the items ordered. Contacted customer service and was given a bogus tracking number without a shipper's name. THIS IS A SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM RUWIE>
Purchase was easy. Shipping charges a little higher than I usually pay. Delivered relatively quickly. Leggings seem to be well constructed and heavy fabric. They are a bit larger than I prefer, but should work out okay. (I’m capable of making any necessary alterations).
I had high hopes, but no. Poor quality, random fit. I had two items to return because they just didn't fit = $92. they "offered" me $18 and I settled at $35. No more shopping from Facebook ads! I bought from Ruwie, dealt with customer @ sitoofficial.com for the return, and the refund came from Dress Fashion via IndieFit. Shady.
Received fairly quickly. These leggings are good quality and I've received lots of compliments. I will certainly buy again from Ruwie!
I bought three dresses and a top and not one of them fit, although I went by their size guide. As others have said, everything is made of a cheap synthetic fabric and very poor quality.. I followed their size chart and nothing fit right, The fit look nothing like they did on the website. Total scam. Not a US company. Clothes are not what they appear to be or what their size chart says. They say US shipping and free returns but when you want to return, they expect you to ship to Dubai which is outrageous shipping cost and not worth it. That’s what they bet on. Company should be ashamed of themselves stealing from hard working people and acting like they are in America. Save your money and I wish there was more one can do about being lied to and basically stolen from. Not cool or fair.
They robbed me. I charged almost $200 for clothing they never sent. I could have stopped payment in time had I known, but they kept stalling until my payment cleared. They would say, “We’re preparing your order.” And “You have two items coming but we can’t split the order.” And every other excuse under the sun. Run away from RUWIE. While I’m here warning people, there is another company you should be very wary of called NORACORA. They did the same thing to me a few years ago that RUWIE is doing to me now.I am so angry that companies like this are allowed to exist and get away with stealing. There is no other word for it: RUWIE steals. The only way to protect yourself from them, since they are allowed to keep doing this, is to simply not buy anything from them.
Easy ordering, on time delivery. Ordered 2 items. Both are very lightweight material. Dress is similar to picture. Pant set order the top is very small, pants are correct size. I usually wear a medium and ordered large. The top appears flowy in pictures but is tight. Overall OK quality. I doubt if I order from them in the future.

The delivery time was quite long, I started to get a bit anxious about whether they would arrive or not. When the garment did arrive, the design and colour were like the photo, the fabric is nice and soft, which makes them very comfortable to wear. However I could have done with the legs being about 5 cms longer (I am 1m75)
The clothes are a little different than what I thought they looked like, but I am going to keep them and just need to lose a little weight before I wear them. The sweater is not a sweater but looks like a sweater but is made well and is pretty. The blue shirt doesn't have the yellow trim on the neck or sleeves, but is also made well. The pant suit/sweatsuit is very pretty and I am satisfied with the prices as well.
Clothes are good quality and almost the same as the colours advertised, certainly acceptable 👌 One top a little smaller than expected but that might be an error on my part, certainly fits me 🙏

Ruwie is a BS company, ordered a dress, wanted to return it and they will not send me a return label and keep offering small amounts of my money back and to keep the product.
