Is ruralking.com Legit?

I am so disappointed in rural king..and how stupid they are ...I ordered a birthday gift on the 9 th of October...by the 23 I still hadn't got an email telling me item was shipping..I called canceled my order told them to return my money to a gift card ...they had moved my item to 3 different warehouses. My money is still not returned...don't shop with them!!!

Rural King (Huber Heights) is the PITS !! Check out cashier is rude, arrogant and nasty. I attempted to return 3 (5W30) quarts of oil and the cashier yells that one quart of oil has been opened. She proceeded to insist that the oil had been used which was totally false. I politely requested to speak with Store Manager who readily accepted the return since 2 quarts were never opened and the seal was unbroken.

When you walk in the store they have clearance and sale items at your reach. My husband like your popcorn(free). You had a big bag next to the free popcorn for $3.99 and he brought his big bag.

This is totally different from your other complaints, but I raise and sell bunnies to local rural King. I call and ask if they need any today since they haven't any in the store and was told since they're not broken color they don't want them. I raise Angola rabbits and sigh says " rare Rare rabbits" Only thing I see them carrying is meat rabbits . I will be taking the 1000.00 dollars I spend each month for animal food somewhere eles.

This company is part of the woke agenda. Selling firearms to illegals and doesn't care about the American People

Purchased a pulsar 21 lawn mower from Rural king, 04/24/24. Lasted 3 months. Grove up. Calling rural king, said they could do nothing about it. Call the manufacturer, called and texted them 3 times. NO REPLY. Rural king equipment is Chinese JUNK

I would give them zero stars if possible, constantly selling things online when they have zero in stock to sell to begin with. Over hour hold times just to get a RUDE cust service rep, then they blame all of their terrible business practices on their "suppliers". I talked to a customer service rep, a super and a manager and all 3 were extremely unhelpful and RUDE!

Judson works outside handling mulch among other duties. He is always polite, courteous and hard working. I highly recommend him!! Having been in management my whole career, he is a model employee and I wanted to acknowledge him. The store is located in Vincennes, IND 47591. I “think” the store # is 21 on my receipt.

they are a scam outfit. don't deserve one star. I ordered an item at very good advertised price. PayPal payment. Next day received msg that order was "cancelled" and a "refund" issued. I checked with PayPal and these folks drew $40.63 from my paypal acct and REFUNDED $10.79!!!!!!! I notified paypal, Rural King, and ftc and will continue reporting this company anywhere I can. They steal, deliberately.

Trying to return goods with a paper receipt.store doesn't not have a posted return policy in the store.You have to scan an Qr code to see online.What their policy is.I was dubbed into thinking that I did not have to have a phone number or anything else to return the products other than the paper receipt We'll be contacting the state of Florida and find complaint. It's a clear discrimination against someone who owns a flip phone. Or wishes to remain private at what they purchase and return at a store

no help only one check out open had a return only one person in before me it took 30 min for them and could only get store credit they would not let go for i could get the receipt the employee at the desk was very rude and now i have store credit to a store that i will never use will never go into rural king again!!!!!the store in Springfield Ohio needs to be closed down

Their online ordering system (through their website) is a complete and total dysfunctional disgrace. Kept on adding my address and credit card info over and over again, only to receive error messages saying that I havent selected a billing address at least 5 times. Hopefully, my credit card info was not stolen (whoever developed that feature on their website is incompetent and likely knows nothing about cyber-security)

If I could give a zero I would!!!!! First time ordering and last!!!!! Cancel part of my order then cancel something else then cancel something else. The few things left still don’t have shipping confirmation!!!!! Shipping is outrageous!!!!

Online inventory is terrible! Tried to order a whiskey barrel planter at 5 different locations and all got canceled because they actually were out of stock. They clearly need to get there crap together!

So I found two pair of Ariat shoes to buy .,after I got home I realized they were a little tight when trying them on bc my feet were a little swollen.i decided I had better get a larger size which I knew they had a few hours before. I called to make sure they still had them so it wouldn't be a wasted trip.The girl answered and I explained the situation telling her I liked them but wanted a larger size and didn't want to drive down if they didn't have them,but she tells me they can't hold them which I can understand,but what really upset me is that she wouldn't even go check for me to see if they had any more!!!! So when I get there,find out they had sold out!!! That's real customer service!!! Have to return both for refund now!!!😞😡

I bought 6 Buff Brahma chicks Saturday May 6, 2023. 2 died on Sunday May 7, another died on Monday May 8. I have not contacted Rural King today. I'll update my review after I call tomorrow. I have shopped here before & was very pleased, which is why I came back as a repeat customer. This was my first time buying livestock.

I was at Rural King today, we had a few things to pick up. I went back to look at the ducks wanted to buy a few. But when I saw the condition they were in I decided not to buy. No water, dirty cages and some looked to be almost dead. I did however speak to an associate and asked her to get someone to take care of them, She said she would get a Manger. I never once heard her call for anyone. I went back to where the ducks were and stayed around nobody showed up. I wanted to turn you all in for cruelty to those animals I still wish I would have.

We don't go to Rural King a lot because of distance. We buy a lot of Feed for our dogs cats chickens every week. Prices seemed good there workers were nice. Seems workers at these type of stores are friendly. Got Sportmix dog food to try for our dogs they love it. Chickens like the feed and scratch grains.

As far a the store goes i love it. But if have one of the credit cards and try to find out about your rewards the custom service is not good at all. You will get the run around all day. they will send you to another department that will then forward to another department and then back around the block again. we have spent a few days now and still havent gotten good results.
