I will try to tell you everything that happened. I mention that I have proof of what I said. I was contacted a year ago by a person who recommended herself as part of an investment company. He asked me if I would also like to invest in virtual currencies. The lady in question added me to a group that is supposed to be official, it's a telegram group where there are quite a few people. Looks like the lady is some kind of tutor there.On June 15, 2023, I decided to invest, of course with a minimum amount of $214. Basically you invested the amount of at least $200 and in 7 days you got it back + a profit of 4.8% per day, that's what the company promised. I kept rolling the money every 7 days until I ended up investing $907. In the balance, with the possibility of withdrawal, there is $500 left. On July 26, 2023 I decided to withdraw $400. The amount remained in processing until the next day. I asked Ms, the one who introduced me here, how long it takes for the money to arrive in my wallet. He assured me that within 5 minutes, that's only if I have an active referral under me with another minimum invested amount. He suggested I open another account with a different email address under my reference and deposit another $200. I decided to create an account for my husband. I deposited the amount from the same crypto address. Of course, the money didn't reach my account this time either.At some point I received an email from the company informing me that I need to do a KYC check and only then will I receive my withdrawals. This check costs an additional $200. They even asked me for a photo with my ID, address, phone, personal details. After doing the KYC check they asked me another $150 for filling out some forms. Of course I didn't see any forms. After that they asked another $100 for an ID card. I kept asking the one who introduced me to this ghost company, Angelina Bon, what was going on, she assured me that every time it was the last stage. They also asked for $200 for some firewall cleaning. In the meantime, all the money was going into my Ruma account on the balance, that is, it could be withdrawn. I tried to withdraw from them, in total 3 separate withdrawals were made, none approved. They processed them saying the money was sent to me but it was basically stuck with them. In the end they asked for another $200, reasoning that the firewall was not properly cleaned and that I made the same withdrawal several times, which is not true. Each one was unique, they probably found another reason to ask me for money. That's when I decided to stop, there was already a lot of money deposited. All these requests were sent to me by email from an official address I think, and I had discussions with a representative in the chat on the website.I've contacted a few people on the group to make sure it's not a scam. There are a few people in the group who speak in the same terms as the Ms, so they clearly knew how to proceed. I also found people on the group who had no idea about all these fees, they say they were not informed and would never have deposited money if they knew these things.I asked for explanations both from the person who introduced me to this, and on the customer service chat. I told them that I would file a complaint against them for scamming and that I would contact the group members to inform them. As a result, they removed me from that group immediately on the grounds that it was my fault for talking to too many people in the group and that they automatically deleted me. So this company, in addition to deceiving us, also manipulates us.I have all the photos of those conversations with both the person who ad me in this and customer service, photos of deposits, withdrawals that never reached me, I can prove this company is a scam.
