Is rugsusa.com Legit?

7 months ago I purchased a washable rug from this company and I had just washed the rug for the first time using the directions on their website and it came out of the wash with a backing partially separated from the rug and the rug was totally unusable. I contacted their customer service. At first they refuse to even give me a credit to get a new rug or a refund. This rug obviously was not a washable rug in the first place. After reporting to BBB and this review they finally gave me a store credit for rug. It shouldn't have taken all this to get this resolved.

I have purchased numerous rugs on this site, even when it was erugs.com The quality to price ratio is outstanding and the free shipping is the icing on the cake. I have a small child and German Shepherd, when ever there is a mess, I can merely throw away said rug and find a clearance rug to take its place.

The rug I ordered was perfect except the dimensions were shorter than advertised. I ordered a 9x12 rug and the rug measured 8'4" instead of 9'. I used the chat to locate my order number to request a return. My request was processed quickly and I was able to reorder a new rug with no issues.

Honestly, it's the website. Many shopping sites are slow and lag in loading the products making the experience time consuming and frustrating. I usually just stop shopping or find a new vendor. I was very appreciative of the speed in my shopping experience at Rugs USA. Additionally, I enjoyed the clarity of the closeup photos permitting me to inspect my selections and ensure I got the color combination I so desired. Thank you.

I have bought several rugs from Rug USA and have had a wonderful experience EVERY time. I have had to return rugs and it has been a very easy smooth experience, so I can't recommend them enough.

This is a very dishonest company. I ordered a rug and a rug pad from them, totally close to $325. I paid extra for expedited shipping. My rug was delayed would've taken nearly two months to get to me. I requested my order to be cancelled, and it was - but they retained $60 from the cost of the rug and $25 from the cost of the rug pad for no reason. They also didn't refund my shipping fees. A completely dishonest company. Do not trust them with your business. I will never order from them again.

Third time I have ordered from RugsUSA. I love when I can purchase runs in matching sizes for my big room. Appreciate the website. Colors of rugs on the screen are the colors when they arrive!

The website worked well but I was getting timeouts when I tried to read the reviews. Suspect heavy traffic due to promo. The filters were nice; I could zero in on exactly what I wanted so that I could easily compare the rugs that met my criteria. As for the rug itself...I'll have to decide once I receive it.

We purchased two (identical) non-washable rugs. The colors were not a good match, though the pattern was a good match. Unfortunately, they are lying next to one another. The other thing is that they sides "warp", meaning they don't do well lying flat. “Already regretting my Order!”

I ordered rugs for my new place. When I entered my Address, it had a different Shipping and Billing Address. But when the order was placed, it had the Billing Address same as Shipping Address. I sent an email to customer care almost immediately, but that was of no use. Later called the customer care, they were not able to change the Shipping Address nor were they able to cancel my order. Hope they resolve it soon. Please check your address before you place your order as it is not able to cancel or change the address later. Service Shipping
