Is rugbyhaven.com Legit?

Jersey according to the order and delivered in 3 week in Belgium, what a normal period is knowing that it is coming from China.There's a confusion with the uk company Heaven rugby : not nice.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!! These people are the scrummiest scammers EVER-- I ordered two 3XL jerseys and they sent me extra small sizes for my order. Repeated emails back and forth did nothing and I later found out they are based out of China and won't do returns.

I should have googled reviews for Rugby Haven before I purchased my son’s Adidas football boots. I purchased Adidas Predators on sale (still paid $209 AUD). They took so long to arrive that the football season started and I had to buy him another pair from Rebel Sport. When they eventually arrived (after contacting customer service “Anna” to see what was causing the delivery delay) they did not fit my son. I again contacted customer service seeking a refund or exchange as we could not use the boots. Was told then about the policy on return of sale items. So now I am stuck with a pair of boots that my son can’t wear and I have paid $209 plus shipping for. I am reluctant to try and resell online as I am concerned they are actually fakes. Terrible terrible company.

Original shipment was canceled. Had to contact customer service to get new shipment information. Order arrived late. Clothing item was too small. Rugby Haven then refused to issue a refund or accept a return because it was a item on sale. This policy of no refunds on sales items is not presented at the time of purchase. It is buried in the fine print in the return policy. Will not be doing business with them again.

Order did arrive in 10 days (from China) but obviously fake. It was cheap (40 EUR) but I don´t like fake stuff so not worth it. Given that they are in China no return is possible or worth my time... Up-Date - I raised my concerns with their service department and they refunded me in full. This was quick and hassle-free.

Read the reviews but only site that sold a commemorative shirt I wanted... gave it a chance but the shirt was too small and didn't come with personalisation as advertised. However Anna proved as helpful as she could be and after a protracted returns process my initial money was refunded and the replacement shirt arrived quicker than the first time. I have to be honest and say it's brilliant, just what I wanted, thank you.

Please do not buy from rugbyhaven.com !!I placed an order on the 21st November 2023 and I still haven't received the product. After contacting their support team in January 2024, I was told by Anna Johnson (I wonder if she is a real person) to contact the local post office for more information. Looking at the tracking number I was given the parcel was allegedly delivered in Devon instead of Kent where I live!!I am yet to receive my order or a refund as she keeps telling me to check with the Post Office but under consumer protection laws, it is the responsibility of the seller to ensure the correct and timely delivery of the purchased items.

Ordered a personalized rugby shirt and paid. One week later no goods. Tracking link said parcel didn’t exist. Contacted them. They said goods had shipped from China. 2 weeks later I got the messaged my package would be returned to sender because I didn't collect it, I never received a message however. I contacted them and got a reply from Anna they would send another T-shirt. 2 weeks later the new shirt was actually delivered! So all in all in took about 6 weeks and several emails but I got my original Chinese copy of the Irish shirt!

I believe this to be either a fraudulent online store or grossly incompetent. Either way I would avoid. I purchased a rugby top 4 months ago as a Christmas Present. It never came. When I queried this I was told I should speak to the post office. I pointed out that the onus was not on me to chase the post office but on the retailer. I was assured it would be looked into. Long story short, 4 months later I’m still being told that an internal investigation with the logistics team is pending. It’s a shambles and I would avoid at all costs. Following this review I received the rugby top on the 7th May (delivered by Evri and not the Post Office), nearly 6 months after ordering. The good news to therefore convey, is that it’s not a scam.

Bought an item from them and it was fake. So I arranged for it to be returned and despite the item coming from China, the return address was to a butcher's shop in Latvia! You'll also notice that literally the only customer service rep is called Anna Johnson, everyone has dealt with her, because it is a false name for a fake company

Was a bit skeptical after ordering as the tracking order provided did not register. I contacted Rugby Haven and received a quick response from Anna advising that the item was shipped and provided a link to track with Canada Post. I kept checking the tracker and eventually it showed some movement. I then received 2 emails advising the item would be arriving the next day and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived as per the email.. It took just over 2 weeks from oresering until delivery. The quality of the shirt was as I had hoped but the XL, that is my normal size, fits like a Medium to Large. I have contacted Anna to see if it can exchanged for a larger size and will provide further comment once I hear back

Scam website and tracking number currently showing it doesn’t exist. Avoid. Avoid. I noticed in another review the name Anna and I too got emails from this name but no satisfaction.

A great, very friendly team that always tries to find the best solution.The company is also very accommodating when it comes to returns.The only thing that sometimes needs to be adjusted are the size tables for the products.Better to order one size bigger Many thanks and best regards from Germany

Recently, I bought a few items from them. The customer service was super friendly and helpfull. The items arrived in perfect condition, and the quality is excellent. I will definitely come back for more!

Ordered an All Blacks anniversary shirt, good quality when it finally arrived. I must mention Anna at customer support, she was always happy to help, giving regular updates for delivery through prompt e-Mail replies.

I recently purchased a shirt , and I couldn’t be happier. The rugby shirt arrived in excellent condition, exactly as described.I’m thrilled with the quality and will definitely shop at Rugbyhaven again in the future. Highly recommended!

Didn’t receive the ordered tshirt. Good contact with service desk, paid custom tax according to the advice of the service desk, bit in the end didn’t receive anything. Paid tshirt and supposedly custom tax.After this review and contact I received a refund of the paid amount of the t-shirt. Good service of the service desk.Paid amount custom tax is unfortunately gone. But that is PostNL and not Rugby Haven's fault.

Terrible. Avoid at all costs. The shirts are fake. The sizes too small. When I called them out on the fake shirts, after they claimed they are genuine, they stopped communicating with me. EDIT (added after their reply): Thanks for your reply here, yet you have ignored my emails for 3 weeks now. What is your address so I can exchange my shirts for the correct size?

Got items after 34 days! Very disappointing with communication with the company rep. I put a bad review here (tracing link was wrong, asked few times for clarification, and communication was really awful) as i don't think it's a valid brand. Items shipped from China, quality is ok, waiting time disasters, communication bad. I got an email asking me to take down the previous review, with "warning " that they will take legal action against if i would not. I'm disappointed with the length you got to wait for your parcel, I was told q5 to 20 days in obe of the emails, it state 7 to 15 on the page, it took them 34 days to deliver. Products shipped from China so I don't think they are original ( quality is ok) but no mention on the Web where is that stuff coming from. Last thing: the exchange of emails between me and company it's just ridiculous, at some stage I felt like I have to explain myself and why it's wrong to missinform customers. Once you pay the6 don't care. If you have to buy from them pay by PayPal so u can request money back at any stage.
