Is ruedigerhats.com Legit?

Love the hat.. good quality, however the shipping quality could be better. The hat box was torn and a bit flimsy but overall the hat was not damaged.

There was a shipping occurrence and my package was sent back to the warehouse. The rep that assisted me, ensured they would follow up and resend out my package. They even offered an Atonement for my troubles.

By your size guide a large should have been the perfect fit as it is the exact size as all my fitted hats. It’s much larger than that. I love the hat but it’s honestly too big to wear

I think this company has some cool stuff,which keeps me coming back.But there has been issues such as bent brims and ill fits but the latest one was excellent all the way around.So buying from this company I guess is,Do you feel lucky.

Hat is great fit well exactly like the picture on their website. My only real complaint is that it took longer than I thought it would to ship, but no big deal.

The quality and speed of delivery was surprisingly excellent. I was reluctant to order via Facebook but again was surprisingly good. I purchased 3 different Ruediger Hats love all 3. I already had some of your hats from different forums took longer to receive. You need to incorporate more product or variety in your inventory. Hopefully, good sales for the holidays.

They have some really neat hats...unfortunately my order was just too large for me so I had to send it back. But the return was super easy. I understand they have a shop in Las Vegas and the next time I'm there I'll stop in so I can browse their selections.

The hat received I have yet to enjoy it because it was too large. I haven sent them an email to request a size exchange and it’s been two weeks still not heard from them. The hat looks good but is really stiff…suspect over time they will loosen up, but unless I can get them to respond I’m going to be stuck with a hat that doesn’t fit. So if you order anything be sure you get a proper size because so far it looks like you get what you get from this company.

Shipping was quick. Already own a brown one. Must know how to use steam iron to reshape the brim to your liking. Can use sandpaper and acrylic paint to enhance the trashed worn-out look. Can use silicon spray to make hat water resistant. Wish they come in other colors.

I have sent at least 5 emails to Customer service asking for assistance on an exchange. Love the hat, but it’s too big. The level of service for this company leads me to believe it is fraudulent.

After ordering from Amazon 3 times and receiving this same damaged all 3 times I finally found your website and ordered directly from you. It is in perfect condition, for I just now opened because I was afraid of it being damaged. this is my second wide fedora and i never wear any other hats ! the fedoras are unique and cool and comfortable and my chihuahua Freida can get shade when i hold her ( for a moment ) during our walk on a hot day.. i hope you continue to design more of these i may just purchase a third. thank u Holly

I ordered a medium hat to wear to the Red Clay Strays concert Oct 10th. Unfortunately, you sent me a large and I was unable to wear the hat I ordered for myself. Luckily you sent the correct size in the hat I ordered for my wife. Love the hats

I purchased a hat a month ago for my husband for his birthday. We like the hat, but it’s too large. The reason for the negative review is due to the unintuitive exchange process and zero personal customer support. I initiated the exchange process two weeks ago and I am still waiting for a return label or at least a return address. There is no phone number available and no personal customer service. Email responses take about a week and appear to be automated since they do not address my questions.
