This is for you folk who's very susceptible. Don't buy real jewellery if they are not from a physical store. Go find their instagram page. It has 1 follower. Also why does it share the same name with the official retailer Ruby Jewellers, with one letter difference? As if they're a scam company. Making new accounts is easy. Fake reviews are dirt cheap to create. Pay attention to the fact there's no photo. If you already bought it, see if you can call your credit card company to cancel. Be safe.

Fake, scamming website...Don't fall for their "closing down" sale either. Waste of space for whoever is running this site. Nice one creating all those 5 star reviews as well, next time add in a few 2/3/4 stars to make it more believable not just straight 1 & 5 stars...smdh

Fake website! This is Rubi Jewelers posing as Ruby Jewelers. I overpayed for a cheap, low quality, fake but very pretty ring. I am very disappointed. When I tracked the shipping I found that the ring shipped from China??? Beware of false websites. Rubi Jewelers is NOT Ruby Jewelers it is a fake site posing as Ruby Jewelers.

Scam site, closing down sale is fake, inferior products, fake discounts, huge markups foe the actuam materials used

The "closing down sale" is just a marketing pitch. The prices are actually sold for 2-7 times of what they are worth in materials. (after the 80% discount, btw) The "14k gold" is just a tiny fraction of a gram of gold in the thin coating they put on the silver. The entire pieces are made of 925 silver (sterling silver) with a very thin layer of 14k gold. Sterling silver is 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper. Some pieces go as far as to not even be made in silver. Those that are not silver, are made of brass (copper and zinc) which is even cheaper.The descriptions are scummy and written to deceive the seller. Let me break it down for you:- "Since gold is one of the least reactive metals, it scratches less and doesn't wear out as easily." - less reactive does not mean less scratching. The gold coating will last you a couple weeks until seeing silver- "Our lab-made simulated diamonds have all the radiant sparkle of natural mined diamonds, only at a more affordable price." They are selling silver jewelry with fake gemstones (moissanites) and marketing it as "simulated diamonds" / "simulated emeralds." Moissanites are completely different gemstones and a lot cheaper. (edit: most the pieces don't even use moissanites. They have cubic zirconia, which is just worthless glass. The kind of gemstones you might find in chinese jewelry or some toys)- "14k gold is an alloy created from solid 24k gold which is mixed with other metals to increase it's durability. For most of our pieces we've opted to use a thick layer of 14k solid gold bonded over premium jewelers grade brass or silver." - 14k gold is not really for durability but to cut down costs. this 14k gold is actually 42% copper/nickel/zinc. Also, there is no such thing as jeweler's grade silver or brass. It's regular sterling silver and cheap brass.

I am always looking for stores that sell high quality and ethical/sustainable jewelry. I was excited when I saw they use only recycled gold and responsibly sourced gems.. And also carbon neutral so I had to give it a try! The bracelet I ordered came quickly in the mail and it looks just as gorgeous as in the pictures on the website. Definitely going to place another order at some point!

Anna was a big help during our virtual styling appointment. I couldn't decide which studs to buy and she showed me all of the different styles up close, and also gave me the details about the gemstones. I ended up choosing to purchase some dainty ruby studs and they're perfect.

Love the jewelry itself, the earrings I purchased are beautiful! The only problem was that one of the sets of studs did not ship until 2 weeks after the initial expected ship date. I understand that sometimes there are delays and things can take longer than expected, but it would have been nice if the delay had been communicated more clearly in advance of placing my order.

I ordered a custom ring set with a 2.1 ct loose sapphire. It took a couple of weeks to be finished, but gosh it is stunning and just how I wanted it! I would definitely recommend Rubi Jewelers for custom jewelry because of their stunning design and gorgeous, ethically sourced gemstones.

I've ordered tons of times from Rubi Jewelers. The ruby and sapphire pieces in particular are excellent and I highly recommend them. Delivery for custom pieces can take a while if they need to make the item from scratch, but they still stick to their expected timeline and deliver by the promised date.

I bought my daughter a necklace here as a birthday gift and she loves it! There's so many high quality options available and all of the gemstones are ethically sourced so I don't have to worry about it. This was only my first purchase here, but it's safe to say Rubi Jewelers is a new favorite online jewelry store for me.

I really enjoyed getting my new pieces. I bought two tennis bracelets in solid 14k gold with rubies and diamonds, and they're just stunning. I wanted bracelets that I could wear in the shower and therefore went with the solid gold. The pieces came as expected, really nice quality and definitely worth the price. It took almost 2 weeks to ship but I didn't mind the wait and they were just like I was hoping.

Quality and customer service are great. I've bought multiple pieces over the past year and have done multiple exchanges and have always had a good experience. One of my bracelets broke and they even replaced it for free! The exchanges can take a couple of weeks to process if the piece needs to be made by hand but it's always worth the wait!

They have so many high quality options, and it's probably my favorite place to buy any sort of gemstone jewelry.

I recently purchased a few tennis bracelets in various styles and all look magnificent. I did order some studs once that did not compare to the other pieces I've purchased quality-wise but was able to return without a problem. They have helpful and friendly customer service.

This was my first purchase from Rubi Jewelers and I am so pleased! I love my studs and plan to buy another pair in sterling silver. So comfortable and easy to take on and off. I've even worn them to bed a few times and gotten a full night's sleep without them bothering me at all!

Had to return the bracelet I ordered as unfortunately it wasn't the right size for my wrist. But the team was helpful in arranging for a return and sending me a prepaid shipping label to send the bracelet back to them.
