We came up with the 73.1 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to roys.co.uk's industry. The algorithm detected a low risk for activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Standard. Valid. Common. tags above. Long story short, this site's trust score still warrants a little caution. Use common sense when using this website. But let's explain in more detail.

- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection

While some are self-explanatory concerning roys.co.uk, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between roys.co.uk and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of roys.co.uk. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of roys.co.uk, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. roys.co.uk is a likely trustworthy website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether roys.co.uk has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Good choice of Christmas gift ideas and great card selection.Free parking outside store friendly and helpful staff a stress free shop supporting local business
Ordered Lego online as the price seemed reasonable. On the day of the delivery the problems began. Received an email to say the order had been delivered with a picture of someone else’s front door and another picture of a topless guy standing by a box. The email stated that the order was delivered to my address and signed for by someone that doesn’t exist. Contacted Roy’s. Was told driver would return to resolve the issue. Load of rubbish. 2 days later and various emails later, apparently he’s delivered it to a neighbour ( I’ve spoken to all of them ) but we’re still awaiting a door number? Really? Failure to take responsibility of a mistake clearly. Meanwhile I’m £135 out of pocket with no hope of a resolution. Joke!!
I ordered a set of cutlery for a wedding present from this company. The box it came in was damaged, but due to time restrictions I can't return & reorder. More care needs to be taken, goods should not be sent out in this state. Because of this I would not recommend using this company.
Was heading to roys this morning to do some shopping in their stores at wroxham only to find out that dogs are banned from most of their stores, can’t believe such a well known company discriminates against people with dogs, yet guide dogs are allowed!! That’s unbelievable, a dog is a dog.Obviously i will boycott Roys for future Visits.Maybe the management need to think about changing their decision about banning a family pet dog from most or their stores, this is 2024 after all 👎🏼
I recently moved to Norfolk and called into the Dereham branch just to see what they offer. I found a wide range of well priced goods including food, diy, automotive, gardening equipment, plants and general household. Jalapenos, pattresses, milk, hose fittings, paint rollers, engine oil, kindling etc; all sorts of useful things under one roof. The staff are friendly, polite and helpful, it seems that nothing is too much trouble for them. I will certainly be back.
Purchased a Wilkinson Sword lawn edging knife on 9 April, used for the first time 13 April and the handle broke away from the blade.Unfortunately I mislaid the receipt but returned the broken item with a copy of my bank statement as proof of purchase. They searched their system and said they could find no evidence of the sale, so could not do anything about it, even though I was prepared to purchase a more expensive version.Having moved to Norfolk in 2023 and spending a considerable amount of money in Roys, they have now lost my custom.Moral of the story, hang on to receipts, as their system is obviously faulty.
This review relates to Highways garden centre which Roys now runs. Much improvement is needed. The coffee shop is too slow. We had to queue for half an hour. The coffee was good but the pastry stale. No-one was clearing the tables whilst we were there.Ongoing refurbishment meant it was tricky finding your way around. Choice of items, including in the garden centre, was much reduced. Prices generally seemed average or above. We might try again but not for a while as it was such a disappointing visit.
Went in and brought a Chicago town pizza for £2.50 got home went to open them up and that was disgustingly tiny stop selling these crap pizzas giving false advertisement for big pizzas when they are smaller then my head. Rip off im not happy
I live in Norfolk were everyone knows and loves this company. They are a local company that have started to spread. Great customer service, good prices, take care of the community. EDIT: During the lockdown they have dedicated their cafe area to order pick ups (which aren't normally a thing) for NHS staff, and their first hour of opening is for the vulnerable. Thank you for everything you've done for the community
This was the 1st time I've used Roys in Norwich (I live in Devon), a freind had recommended them. From start to finish, they were faultless! They kept me informed of stock being available, I had called their head office for advice as I wanted to ensure they had stock. Once order was placed I was informed of delivery dates .I received my 18ft pool within a week. This is in the midst of the Covid19 situation! Fantastic service 2nd to none.
Been occasional shopping here for around 50 years and always found the staff pleasant and helpful, until today. Went in to the food hall shop, clothing section, to have a look around. My wife picked up a couple of items and took them to the till and placed them on the counter. The shop assistant was very abrupt and told her she was serving someone, my wife apologised and stepped back, the person being served then appeared, she had niped off to fetch another item. After the customer had been served, my wife stepped forward and again placed her items on the counter. The shop assistant then raised her voice and instructed my wife to stand behind the screen. Many wife was now annoyed at the shop assistants attitude and said not to bother, I'll shop elsewhere. To my astonishment the assistant laught out loud and said "you do that". Absolutely disgraceful service and has spoilt our long association with this store.
I have come across roys on the Internet as I was searching for a product and wow what a great price.i placed my order late Thursday and Sat received my parcel well packed and super fast delivery. So happy with service will recommend to friends and family thank you will order again. Roy's just fabulous
Very rude woman in the food hall. What ever has happened to customer service? This shop must be the worst in Norfolk.
In gents toilet in main store in Wroxham, both soap dispensers empty, no hand sanitizitizer or wipes available, and they were signed for being checked 15 mins before, not really acceptable in this day and age Roy!!!!
I use a mobility aid. A man barged past. I said he was rude. He came back, blocked my way, harangued me. I shouted at him to let me pass. Only when I threatened to film did he move. The staff refused to help.At the till a staff member was queueing with a friend. They carried on the bullying till I started to film them. That was ALL the security staff cared about. I deleted the film as soon as they turned away. I have shopped there for years. There are much better shops.
Brilliant customer service So refreshing! My item was sent and received next day! Fab, thank you
I ordered a toaster online which became faulty after just two months. Unable to contact Roy’s by phone and emails are unanswered. Waste of £40!
first i am not sure if im going to buy the item but when i tried few item it sound legit they dilivered fast.
Went into the food hall for fruit, blackberry 109gm, moulding on them, £2.99, won't be buying from them again, rip off
If i could leave no stars i would! Terrible company never even heard of them before 2weeks ago when i placed an order with them for a swimming pool bit thought i would give them a try really wish i had not bothered! Delivery stated 5-7 working days well today i've just had an email from them saying the item is out of stock and that there going to refund me which could take another 5-7 days really!! I know everything that is going on with the world currently with the covid 19 but still to take my money out of my account make me wait 2 weeks then to say it is out of stock is bang out of order! So now i have to wait probably at least another week for a refund then have to buy somewhere else it will probably take me another few weeks now again when i order elsewhere really not happy at all! And in the email they sent me they was so rude and sarcastic dont take peoples money if you havent got the item in stock in first place then to make me wait 2 whole weeks just to say they havent got it in stock ought to be illegal sham of a company no correspondence off them at all till today when i emailed them a week ago aswell to find out what was going on with the delivery incompetent and negligent company which i will never order anything again with them so long as i live everyone else ive ordered with wayfair hermes argos no problem so no excuse stay away and do no order from them unless you want to wait weeks and still not receive your item! You have been warned guys

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
