Is royalmarinesshop.com Legit?

Received extremely poor quality T-shirt, far too small and misprinted. Contacted to arrange sending back for refund and they have not responded what so ever. Disappointed to know they take your money then do not honour refunding products. I would not recommend supporting such a dishonest company who claim to be a charity for Royal Marines.

I come from a military family. My father was a soldier but in 1940 was involved in the formation of Unit 1 Royal Marines, so it’s a privilege to be able to support the Corps Family through buying from the Royal Marines Shop. I’ve found the shop staff to be extremely helpful, always polite & knowledgeable. Great quality products too. Well deserving of this 5 stars review!

We ordered the RM Corp colours lead, harness and collar for our dog. They were delivered quickly and with a little surprise of a treat size bag of Haribos. All items are made of excellent materials and I especially love the locking devise on the collar and harness to prevent any mishap undoing on walks. They are easily adjustable and fit perfectly. He has had admiring looks and comments on walks. I just need a dog raincoat to match. 😃

Christmas Cards,. I am afraid to say this years Christmas card selection was very poor.With the rising cost of postage, the better card with the ribbon bow, can only be mailed as a large stamp size, making it an expensive item.There was very little choice otherwise unless you wanted cards with Royal Marine slang on them.

As a former marine and a full member of the Royal Marines charity the biggest majority of my clothes and other stuff ie dog accessories are all bought from the Royal Marines Shop. Service is excellent and the quality of the products is first class. Prices are great some real bargains in the sales and delivery time is always spot on. Wouldn’t expect anything less from a Royal.

I only requested a catalogue. The small print said I'd receive an email to let me know when my order was being sent, then it would take 3-5 days to receive the order. Almost a week later and I've not yet received the email to say my order has been dealt with. This really puts me off ordering anything else. As a former Marine i have high expectations but this experience has left me disappointed.

I ordered my XXL polo shirts online but when I checked my order email I noticed that the wrong sizes were displayed. I emailed the shop and they immediately corrected the order to the correct sizes.The two polo shirts and one tee shirt arrived within 2 days which I thought was very good service. The three items were all of good quality material and the embroidered badges were excellent.I will be making further purchases.

Thank you - almost 5 but I emailed you to ask where I should add my membership number but no reply. It’s annoying to order a gift for some else when paying and get your emails addressed to that person rather than the account holder.Emailed suggestions about Christmas cards and no answer.

Quality of goods was good. Pleased with purchase.Received notification that parcel on way before the message saying one item unavailable. Only one option for postage which was a bit on the high side.Nice treat inside the package.

This Corps colours bobble hat is what every Royal needs when tackling the school run with 3 kids and a pram. It’s like a beacon of light for when my boys stray from the main body, or acts as a warning sign to other dads that may pose a threat. Unfortunately it does have a disadvantage, as I now have to wear full Gary when walking to school. This is owing to the regular flash floods that occur from the other mothers as I stroll past donning this essence piece of kit.Hoofing. 5 Stars. Highly recommend!

I have been buying clothing & books for several years now. Service is quick, and response to direct email enquiries are friendly & helpful. Prices are reasonable & postage rates are not prohibitive. My main problem is the "Search" bar. Nothing that I type in comes up. When you had the "Pusser's grips": type it in - nothing - so you have to trawl through various headings to find whatever; calenders, diaries...The upside of that is seeing other things you "have to have"!!! I often recommend RM Shop also because profits go to the RMA!Days later...I see that the RM Shop website has changed - now the search bar works better! Great stuff, but I will still trawl!

Amateur customer services and lazy stock management/tracking.Bought an item in Dec which I was told I would get at some point, it’s now Feb and they haven’t responded to my queries.

Excellent website; so easy to navigate through different categories and browse the products. I emailed to enquire about an item that was out of stock and the response was very prompt and they were true to their word, items were in stock within 2 weeks.

I spoke to Tim who went the extra mile to ensure the order was processed and delivered to a tight timescale, my thanks to him and the team for an excellent customer experience. Although, its difficult to concced that the Royal Marines are providing a first class service!Pat Carter ex-Para

If I could put no stars I would! Completely outraged with the RM Shop! A business that I though supported the RMA charity! I’m a former Marine and purchased a decanter for my father (also a former Marine) on the 6th Jan 2022, I was told the decanter would take 2 weeks from order date and then 2 days for delivery, 30th Jan, still no delivery. I emailed Tim Cope (commercial director at the time). I was ensured it would be arriving. 4th Feb, still no order. I emailed again and received an email from Tim Copes email but signed of KR I believe for Kerry or Kelly, saying she would look into it first thing in the morning, no email, calls or anything. I have been trying to message constantly and calling the phone number! No response at all! I am really angry and disappointed and would urge everyone thinking of buying from the store to not bother and go elsewhere!

The ordering and paying were well done but when the goods arrived they were faulty. As it was sent as a Birthday Gift I was very disappointed and the recipient not wanting to upset me managed to get a replacement himself. All is well now

Having purchased a green beret for my husband from you I was very disappointed with the quality of it, the beret sat on top of his head like a pancake with not enough material to pull down over the right ear in the traditional manner, this item has been returned to you and I await your response. If the correct RM beret as worn by my husband in the 50/60s can’t be supplied could you please return my payment. Thank you for your service which was good but the quality???
