royallondon.com Review
The Scam Detector website Validator gives royallondon.com one of the higher trust scores on the platform: 86.1. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Authentic. Trustworthy. Secure.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same results. So, why this score? We came up with the 86.1 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to royallondon.com's industry. The algorithm detected little high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors, as noted in the Authentic. Trustworthy. Secure. tags above. Long story short, we deem this a secure website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning royallondon.com, let's look closer at the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between royallondon.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of royallondon.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of royallondon.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. royallondon.com is an authentic, safe website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether royallondon.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether royallondon.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check

I spoke with a nice lady her name is Jordan, about taking a percentage of my pension pot, and explained that my pot was not large enough for that option. Jordan was very polite calm and good at explaining everything, without going over my head with the information, and jordan set a pack for me to read. Jordan thank you for your patience in explaining things clearly for me. And lastly to the directors and managers, Jordan must be given a salary increase immediately.
I recently decided to dispense with the services of my Financial Advisor who used to deal with Royal London for me. I confess to being a little concerned in regards dealing with them directly myself, but I needn't have been. Their Customer Service team were helpful, sensible, logical and pragmatic. Clear, timely, concise (and secure) communications. Not sure one could ask for more.
Awful truly awful service. I have an income protection insurance policy with them. 4 months now and they still require more stuff even though everyone's telling them that they have been sent everything. Utter cowboys
It was very easy to speak to an advisor and the information they gave was clear and accurate. All transactions were completed well within the timeframes given. I was kept up to date by Danielle regularly.
The new on-line form has really streamlined withdrawal requests. It used to be quite a lengthy phone call, most of which is the legal blurb. Much easier now and definitely an improvement 😊👍
I suggest you start your retirement process with Royal London around 25 years old! It have taken them a year - yes a year to process my request to release my funds and they have still not delivered them. I would suggest you ask for a GDPR of transcripts of all calls - they can't meet the legal timelines so just give you a cash "apology" payment. Please report your issues to the FCA so they are fined.
I lost my husband just before Christmas and when I made a claim to his over 50 life insurance the advisor was polite and sympathetic to my situation. She sent me the link to make a claim, the whole process was simple and I was able to pay for the funeral quickly which was a weight off my back. The over 50 plan was a lifesaver thank you for being there at this devastating time for me and my husband.
I'm happy my employer chose Royal London for its pension and I kept my pension pot with them on retirement. I like that Royal London is a mutual with profit share. And I've come to really appreciate Royal London's low fees and high investment performance. Royal London's Income Release Services team are very effective.
Excellent customer service which justified as following:High, clear and communication skills. Very professional Also, enough information online with multiple option to take the right decision. The application online make a big difference and the advantage of saving a huge time. What I like from this company is to give the option to keep in touch for a long in case if help needed.
A very easy, fast and efficient process. Barbara H has been so very helpful. Would definitely recommend.
Absolutely FIRST CLASS SERVICE from start to finish, big shout out to Dean, fantastic Customer service, more companies need to take a leaf out of this company’s books. Many Thanks.
Friendly straight forward and had a personality instead of the normal monotone voice. Good job royal London or more to the point good job molly 👍
Unable to access e mails sent via mailock. Although I did receive an accessible email mail after informing Royal London
Spoke to Alison Ashton, was helpful, polite ,Spoke clearly, which helps me ,as I am wear an hearing aid,
Rebecca was very professional, clear and calm explained everything I needed to know and set everything in motion for me
I requested a change to be made to the date of my regular payments from my pension. This was promptly actioned by Royal London and I was updated accordingly.
The people I spoke to were very helpful and gave me all the relevant information I needed. I spoke twice on the phone with representatives of Royal London and both times I was very satisfied with the help and information I received. The email from Carol Capper was very quick after the funds were received.
This company is a disgrace and clearly employs internal policies (which they won't share) to hold onto people's money. My father recently past away and had a life assurance policy which when I initially contact Royal London on the 3rd of Jan was told due to the type of product it wouldn't need Grant of Probate to pay out. I then submitted a signed will and death certificate as required legally for it to be released. Today (7th of Jan) I received an email stating they can't progress the claim as they need a Grant of Probate?? no explanation as to why. So after calling and requesting a call back I had a conversation with one of the breavement team who said in summary that they can't pay out due to the amount and that Royal London has "thresholds" that if the value is say one pound over the threshold they won't pay out even though all legal documentation has been given. So for example Royal London as I was told will pay out anything upto £100k without a is Grant of Probate but if you go one pound over the £100k you will need G of P! How ridiculous is that. They have no legal basis to hold onto the money but they have their internal thresholds to hold out paying! So in summary Royal London have no legal basis to hold onto money which is now owed to my family they do have their "thresholds" which has no legal basis whatsoever. This is clearly a way for Royal London to hold onto a deceased persons money as long as possible which is a disgrace! Also on the 7th the bereavement advisor "Josh" said he would send me an email that day covering the points discussed and stating they would let pay put due to thresholds and that they wouldn't share the documents. Guess what??? I didn't get that email !And as seen by their cut and paste response which they put on all bad reviews they clearly can't even be bothered to read the reviews. What a joke of a company and looks potentially illegal what they are doing.
Very helpful lady i spoke to (TISH) She explained everything to me quite pleasant chat.
A very knowledgeable adviser assisted me on my pension account.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
