Is royalbodykits.com Legit?

First time I bought from this company, and I’m so happy with my Q7 spoiler, is a great staff and a big transformation.Only with my experience was a bit late delivery.Thank you to Gonzalo for being in contact with me all the time, definitely I will buy again, an I recommend to everyone who wants to transform the car!

This is my second review for Royal Body Kits, but it would be a mistake not to mention my experience in order for potential clients to acknowledge that they are dealing with a great company.After a short time that I had received my Urban equipment for my defender, I had a small car accident. As a result one of the Urban side step got destroyed.I emailed Gonzalo and asked the cost of the side steps in order to replace it, as the side steps can only be ordered in two.Gonzalo asked for photos that I sent, and then he just sent me the extra side step and base at no extra cost.This is how business is meant to be done, and this is how customers stay loyal to a business.Thank you again Gonzalo very much, look forward to my next order.Zak

I ordered a lot of Maxton Design parts for a VW Golf 7.5 R and an Audi 8Y RS3 to be delivered to Ireland. There was a lead time with these parts but I was kept fully up to date the whole way through the process. Excellent customer service. We were even given a partial refund as a Black Friday discount because we ordered about a week before the sale started. Can’t recommend RBK enough.

I ordered an item from Japan.This shop offers the best service and the best products.I don't speak English, but I used Google Translate to order.Mr. Gonzalo, who was in charge, responded politely.Unfortunately, there was an error in some of the items that were delivered, but after that, they immediately sent out additional correct items.You can shop safely even from Japan!

I ordered a Maxton spoiler for my Alfa. I don’t know what the previous reviews are on about! The product that arrived was spot on, fitted well and has given the Giulia a better look. I know it’s not the OEM part but it looks close enough. Because I live in Jersey and with current global crises going on I expected to pay extra for delivery, I also expected that as a re-seller for Maxton that delivery times might be flexible, I was told 4-6 weeks and it took just over 6 weeks. Gonzalo was a pleasure to communicate with and I received what I wanted at a fair price. I’d happily buy again from RBR. Thanks Gonzalo 👍

Ordered the Eventuri intake for my AMG A45S from Royal Bodykits for delivery to Australia as there was a 8 to 12 week wait for supply locally. The part was shipped within 7 days as promised and arrived by UPS 5 days later. Communication with the seller was perfect throughout and I am a very happy customer.

Purchased the full kit from Maxton Design for my Audi RSQ8 and from the initial was advised about the current lead time (which was 4-6 weeks). Have to say that it took about 1 more week, but every time I requested an update I was answered within the same day or the next.Goods have been delivered and they look perfect.Thank you very much guys for your work.

3D printed attachment points are too brittle and snap when fitting start button and during installation.Door Armrest and Gear Surround trim have to be installed by applying glue. Buyer should read the product description carefully before purchase. Don't assume this will be what you would expect it to be.

Excellent service since the beginning until the delivery. Very honest. Genuine and perfect Oettinger body kits. Deadlines respected, even though it was an import.

I dislike how u paid for shipping after you order an they give you the shipping cost after, then have to wait 3 months before you get the product . Also after you get your product delivery few weeks down the line fedex send you a letter to paid the custom charges which knocks the price up on your items I really made a mistake buying the bodykit from here . Never again .

Unauthentic parts as I confirmed with manufacturer part numbers.manufacturer states they do not work with Royal body kits.shipping took forever and cost a lot. Now I'm stuck with parts that are junk. Gonzalo does not work either any integrity. Do not order parts from Royal body kits.

I had an absolute great experience with RBK. They delivered a lot earlier than promised. Furthermore a great support that actually responds.

Misleading website - no clarity on shipping price until you place the order and pay for the item in full, then they charge an extortionate amount for shipping on a separate invoice a day later. If you ask to cancel the order they threaten to retain 25% of your money. 7 weeks later and I still don't have my item and beginning to think it will never come. Do what I did and use a credit card so you can get your money back in full.
