Is rotita.com Legit?

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYAbsolutely disgusting company. They get away with not sending a refund by telling you the product was returned stained with a bad smell. There are several reviews on here to cinfirm.They they then send a picture that does not bear a resemblance to what you returned nor the condition it was sent in.Then when they eventually offer a gesture but only in store credit regardless if you confirming you would never use again.Steer clear of this site at all costs.And before you ask for my order number so you can 'look into it', don't bother and lie about that too!!

Had to return my order as too small, , live chat agent very helpful, so far impressed! hope the return goes well. UpdateThey did try to fob me off by offering store credit but have now refunded to my card and postage very reasonable, £3.99 , makes me think of using them again

The Chat Agent was great at fixing my problem. However your "ordering process via your website" is STILL HORRENDOUS!!!

Very good customer service in helping me with returns. Only downside was that i said i couldn't print the label, they said it was ok and to take the downloaded label to the Post Office, but there was no QR code so Post Office couldn't help. Customer Service did then give me an address to send returns to, but i had had a wasted trip by then.

I was very frustrated to try & get a return label so I decided to try live chat and the girl answered all of my questions & sent me a return label pretty quickly. I only wish I would have tried that first.

Did a return using Live Chat. Was hesitant at first thinking I should have done this by e-mail but Live Chat return was soooo easy!!! They brought up the photos of my order and I chose what items to return, then they confirmed by showing me just those photos and then they provided me a Shipping Label that I copied off my phone and can print right away! This was way too easy!!! And my refund should come to me within the week. Will continue purchasing from this company and I had an excellent person do my return who was straight forward and not a lot of back and forth conversations! Quick and easy!!!

Very nice and helpful. I had purchased a swim suit and needed a different size. So easy to return and get correct size..1st time I have interacted with this company and have had very good experience.

What you really excelled at with this purchase was customer service!! I had a few questions about my order and your agents were very understanding and patient. Your rep was very familiar with your swimsuits and helped me determine the right cut and fabric type for my water aerobics suits.

Over the past few years, I have ordered many items from Rotita and I have never been disappointed. From swimsuits to shirts, the quality is exceptional. Every item I've received has been exactly as described and always fit true to size.

These were my first orders from Rotita and I was skeptical of how the experience and quality would be. I was SO pleasantly surprised!! I absolutely LOVE all my items! I bought a swim suit last year still looks brand new! I bought another color same style for this season! I recently had an issue with a discount being taken off they have went above and beyond getting it corrected!!

I ordered multiple times at Rotita, and you know how it works. Sometimes a product is slightly disappointing or maybe doesn't fit exactly right but you decide to keep it anyway because it's a hassle to send it back.So not this time. I bought 4 items, paid €140,34 and the items really didn't fit. I found out one item wasn't eligible for return unfortunately, so I sent back only the other 3 and had to pay around 15 euro for the return package. Then I received only 69,75 back. One of the items was stained according to Rotita. I am very sure there was no stain on the item when I packed it for the return. Just fitted it briefly and carefully put it back in the plastic bag. So I end up having spend a total of 85 euros on one lousy bikini that doesn't even fit.

Every bathing suit I’ve gotten has been absolutely beautiful on! Very nice quality and a great but! I’ve gotten 7 this summer! I ordered some last year and they were great too but I’ve lost 128 pounds and I’m a size 4 but with a large top that’s my only complaint is the bottoms fit perfect but the tops not so much but that’s my fault! I will probably order more lol
