Is rotimia.com Legit?

THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCAM EVER!!!I am gutted to have been fooled into buying such disgusting quality clothes.Polyester 200% fake photos and zero labels. DONT BUY FROM THEM

I fully agree with previous reviews that state the company has dreadful customer service and I can only assume they are scammers. I ordered clothing from them as they state that goods could be returned. The website also states the garments are cotton and/or linen, but when receiving the goods they not. They are polyester, if labelled at all, and very poorly made. Nothing like the images on the website. I have now tried 4 times to contact them to arrange a return but get no response except the first time when they asked for photos. I should not have to send them photos of their own poorly made clothing! I have not heard from them again despite politely emailing them 3 further times. I am pursuing this further via PayPal and Amex. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Awful fabric not like photo at all why are these companies allowed to advertise on social media !

The price is so crazy and the quality is gross. All the products that I've got were super awful with the fabric.

The pants I bought ripped when I wore it the day after I received it. Did not even wash it. The material is totally different from whats in the photo and no branding / label on each clothing that signifies the Rotimia brand. It arrived quickly as I live in Hong Kong. Also in the website there’s no option to cancel your order.

Awful quality material and terrible fitting clothes! I asked to return the items and they requested photos of why I wanted to return them! I said I won’t be sending them photos, they then offered $8 as a refund after I spent $85!!!I would give them -5 stars if I could.

Do not buy from this company. Poor quality, does not look like item in photos at all. They don't get in touch when asking to return, then offer $5 dollar discount. They only got in touch when I went through PayPal. Buyer beware.

Similar to the other reviews, the fabric is cheap and not true to size. I was not sent a receipt on purchase and when I requested it and their returns address to post back I’ve had no response. Absolutely scammers! I have sent so many emails and had no response. Even though their website says they accept returns:refunds Stay away from this site DO NOT purchase from it!!! If I could give it zero stars I would.

I would like to share my recent experience with this company. Unfortunately, if there were an option to give zero stars, that would be the most fitting rating. I purchased clothes from them, and the quality was very disappointing—they looked terrible. I've been trying to contact them for over ten days to arrange a return, but I haven't received any response via email or through their Instagram account. Additionally, they don't provide any contact numbers. It feels like they're taking advantage of their customers. I strongly advise against even visiting their page or considering buying anything from them.

If I could, I would definitely give this site a negative number, very cheap quality and material , size is not true and photos are fake After the protest, they will not answer you

DON’T EVER BUY FROM THIS BRAND!!! It’s a total SCAM! I placed an order, took 3 months to receive any notification, they are nowhere to be found!! I requested to cancel my order. No answer. Then the package was eventually returned to the sender according to the shipment tracking and they simply WON’T ISSUE A REFUND. They disappear. But to the credit card company they reply. HORRIBLE BUSINESS. They need to be sued!!!!

Worst company I have ever dealt with, requested that I send my order back by registered post which I did, they received it back in November 2023, finally said in April that they were issuing a refund only now to be told that too much time has gone by, I tried to report to PayPal and they also said it was too late, they strung me along until the time elapsed. So upset and frustrated with the whole process!! Down the money for the items and the postage. Typical terrible customer service from china as usual

Horrendous quality garment. Dress ordered arrived late despite assurances it would arrive on time. Tracking via 17Track was dismal at best, slow responders and tracking info. Garment description and photos used are so far from what actually arrived! SO BAD! Do not reccommend.

Don't buy from this company. It's some warehouse in china and the product does not look like the pics. I spent over £125 and all they offered was £14 back so now having to go through the bank to get a refund. The company demands you pay for shipping and freight costs if you want to return, which is garbage. Do not use them! They are 100% worse than shein products!! A week has gone by and no response regarding getting a refun

I am honestly shocked at how well this turned out. I saw this dress that I was absolutely obsessed with so thought I’d take a gamble and put in an order. Paid with PayPal just incase it didn’t arrive / was a scam. Only after I ordered did I see all of these terrible reviews and thought for sure it was a scam or it wasn’t going to work out. What a surprise I got today when only a week after I ordered a parcel arrived with my items. Not only that but they were IDENTICAL to the photos. Fabric quality for the price was also pretty decent. One dress was missing a waist tie but considering the circumstances I am absolutely calling this a win. Don’t know if I was just lucky or if this is normal but based on my experience I’m going to order more.

SCAMDONT BUY FROM THEM! TERRIBLE QUALITY NOTHING LIKE PHOTOS AND NO RETURN OR REFUND. THEY DISAPPEAR

First off, the quality of the clothing is TERRIBLE. The print looks like it's just been blown up and printed on, super pixelated, etc. and the clothing fabric itself is cheap & scratchy. Then, their customer service is just AWFUL. I tried to return my purchase and responded by trying to weasel me into keeping it and giving it to someone else, while they would send me another item. When I declined and said that I just wanted to return the item for a full refund, they just stopped responding to my emails and ignored me. This is a total SCAM, save your money!!!

I placed two orders for a total of 5 items - three dresses and 2 tops. One order arrived within 9 days . Everything else arrived 5 days after the first package came, very clear tracking of packages. I was really pleased with my items and didn’t need to return anything.Quality wise, especially for the price, I was honestly impressed; yes, the tops are unfussy and simply made, but perfect for holidays and under work jackets. the dresses are nice enough to wear under a linen jacket for daily life in this season and great for holidays. The fit was fine. I’ll definitely order again.

Terrible service, never received my clothes!After waiting for 3 months to receive my purchase, it never arrived. Once Ive contacted their customer support they informed me that the delivery could not be completed in my country and home address, and they still did not accept to refund me.
