Is rosyday.co.uk Legit?

I have had quite a few different outfits from Roseday and I love them all you need to make sure for each item you check the sizing before ordering as for example a top can be xl size but then the trousers 3xl are needed but by doing this you end up with a perfect fit . I love the colours and pattern every time I wear clothing from Roseday I get people complementing me which makes me feel good thank you

Do not buy anything from this company total scam merchants. I ordered two dresses but the fit is wrong. Even though the parcel came via Royal Mail with a return address in Leicester when I contacted Rosyday to obtain a return label which clearly indicated in their return policy, I have been informed that they don’t supply a return label and that I need to return to the suppliers in China then I will get a refund {not holding my breath) at my own cost. Or they will refund 30%if I keep them. Why would I want to keep something that is not suitable. PLEASE AVOID THIS. OMPANY AT ALL COST

Awful clothes & the return policy as set out on their website is not adhered to. They claim to offer a 100% refund and to provide labels. The reality is they still want to charge you at least 50% and won’t provide return labels.I am in dispute with them via PayPal. Clearly not equipped to trade in U.K. and their clothes are hideous- nothing like those advertised & made from cheap & nasty material.

Ordered 2 x polka dot dress - absolutely hideous dresses, awful material, no labels, from China, no proper edging to the sleeves. Seriously bad. AVOID! They will offer to give you money back to 'save the environment' from more polution etc... They they insist you send back within 14days of receiving the products to enable a full refund, but by the time you've faffed trying to get the returns detail and then spend the money shipping back to China, it's not worth it. A very clever scam - DO NOT FALL FOR IT! Buy from a well known reputable shop. I have lost >£50. PS: These dresses are also advertised on Taylor & Sons and are probably the same scammers.

Sadly I have to agree with most of the comments on here. I ordered a dress on 24 June. My order was confirmed according. This has been followed by various tracking information ….China >Uk. It arrived in the UK on 3rd July and was delivered to local courier on 5th July. Following this there has been 5 x ‘Package in transit’ messages. Unless the Courier has got terribly lost, I doubt I will ever see the dress I ordered. Rather disappointed.

Just received ed my dress after waiting for around eight weeks. It looks nothing like the advert. The material isn’t great. The piece down the middle is just flapping around. Impossible to wear. Will be using it for a rag. No one is going to want to wear it. Just dreadful. Cannot believe other reviews that say how wonderful it is. Cannot send it back as the postage will cost more than the dress itself. DONT BUY IT.

Ordered a dress, went with the sizing as per the website, I'm a size 12/14, said L. Dress arrived after 7 days but its honestly like a 2 man tent! I emailed them within 15mins of delivery asking for refund label as,said can be returned within 30 days, explained just needed a smaller size. Rec'd email back saying we suggest you keep the item as will cost a lot to return and i can have up to 50% refund as per there refund policy! I can't be bothered to argue, I've asked for 50% back, let's see if i get it, I very much doubt it. Just avoid unless you've money to throw away!

Was smitten by the the "new arrival dress" on Facebook and was stupid enough to order (order no 80437) six dresses. Five came but they're horrible!!! Material is beyond words, cheap imitations of the dresses in the pictures, completely overpriced, and the dress I liked most looks NOTHING like advertised! Feel bad for the women who make them, because they end up in the bin!!! The last one I'm still waiting on but no hope for it to be any better! Got on to customer services 5 days ago but GOT NO REPLY WHATSOEVER! I want my money back, this is a scam!!! They erased my review on Facebook on the dress I made to warn others within 2 minutes but no one can answer to an e-mail???Maybe somebody will get in contact with me here!Update: Finally got an e-mail last night from "clientplus" to let me know that they have refunded my money and I should get it in the next 3-5 working days. I'll wait now and see...

Absolutely shocking company brought a dress when it arrived it was nothing like they advertised I complained they said they would refund me and to keep the dress never received refund the dress is unwearable. Never order from this company they are scammers

Avoid. I ordered a top which took 2 weeks to arrive. I had used the sizing chart but it was far too small. I am a 10-12 and ordered medium. Asked for a refund. After 3 emails to them and about 5 days they eventually emailed back asking for photos which I did send but never received an email back. I just gave up and item went to charity. Their refund policy is appalling and seems every thing is shipped from China. Not worth even looking at the garments. I gave a 1 star only because I couldn’t give less

Disappointed this is not a dress as it claims to be. The skirt is cute - but the top is a cheap, thin material I won’t be wearing.

dress was not true to sizethin sheer material whereas the dress shown online was of a heavy polyestercant be bothered returning as dont want the hassle

Ordered from this site, some items very cheaply made, emailed for a return label for 4 items, and been emailing since the 12th June with absolutely no response. A dress which arrived about 3 weeks later from the first order also awful, requested a return for this and got offered 50%, but still nothing for the other 4. 7 emails sent so far, disgusting, lost about £80

Since Rosyday Shop has deleted my Facebook review I’ll share here.Ordered on the 1st of July, paid in full over £100 for 4 dresses.Received dispatch email on the 8th to say all dress were dispatched to me, few hours later I received another email to say a Refund of £23 has been sent due to a dress being out of stock, it's now the 17th of July & I have been refunded £56.70 with no further email communications.Terrible company to deal with & they never replied to any of my emails about tracking information, refunds etc.I'm now having to go through PayPal to receive a full refund as I don't believe the dresses have ever been sent.

I placed an order over a month ago after seeing ads on Facebook. Never received the item I ordered. Emailed their email address and received an undeliverable bounce back. No communications from them about my order. No refund ever given. Avoid.

I have not received my order and I have not had any contact from queries on update of my order. This company is shocking, if even legit. Do not order from them!

Absolutely atrocious. They dont accept return and try to fob off with telling you to keep the item and have half refund,which I can live with but now they won't respond to emails to get the refund back .I should have taken note of reviews of this company which are all bad

Rosyday is a superb clothing site, low prices, great quality and easy to deal with. I have bought 4 dresses from them and each one has been exactly like the picture on the website.

Prior to placing my order I did check the return policy, it stated that I could get a refund upto 30 days after my order was received. When I enquired about returning the items (shocking quality and wrong colour), I was told to keep the items and they would return 30% of the costs. I refused, they then offer 50% when I refused that they blocked me. Beware this company is in China, they do NOT want to refund on your items and postal cost is high if you do return items. I will never purchase from them again.

Received my order of 2 dresses One was tent size the other didn’t fit even though both were supposed to be medium. Emailed them for a return document but the email address doesn’t exist. Beware Con website
